Found this place while deiving to Kennedy Space Center, we decided to eat there just because we needed something quick. It is a great place, with great service, and offered great food. It really was excellent

Consistently positive experience every time I visit. Quick, friendly waitresses. Fun drive-up service. Excellent food, and the best milkshakes in town. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. Burgers, BBQ, fried chicken and fish, corn dogs, subs, it’s all top notch. Almost too much on the menus that I could recommend, but my standard order is the deluxe burger, fried mushrooms, and peanut butter & Oreo milkshake.

It has the charm of a typical American restaurant that I know out of films :-) I enjoyed the experience! The food is ok you can buy burger and good milkshakes! You should also take a look inside they have an old jukebox!

We were hungry after my son’s basketball game so we pulled in. Very busy but good service! We ate in the car and opted for curbside service. Hamburgers were hot and yummy! Fries were delicious. Chicken fingers meal was great according to my 9 year old! We ordered milkshakes and they were creamy and tasty. Definitely glad we stopped in!

My husband wanted a really good burger and he suggested Moonlight. Several years ago he had a decent burger there. We ate about a week ago and it was horrible, lacking in taste and food service. We ordered onion rings and were charged $ 3.00 for six small onion rings. The food was cold and very bland. Save your money. For a really good burger go to Walkabout Golf Course or The Blue Heron in Titusville.

Cute little diner/drive-in. Better like fried! Fortunately they do a good job of frying. Fried shrimp, fried mushrooms, fried pickles… They also have every flavor of shake you can think of. You can eat in your car or come inside for a rock and roll atmosphere. Very unique.

Great little drive in American food and the family that owns this place are awesome. Service with a smile if you wanna feel like opening a time capsule and revising the doowhop Era this place is a must. I love the steak sub with banana peppers.

This is a perfect old school drive-in. The food was delivered fast and fresh and with a smile. The chili was homemade and everything tasted great! The restaurant was sparkling clean and so we’re the bathrooms. We ate here after a day at Kennedy space center, it was close and the prices were super cheap. Everyone in the family loved this place!

What a gem! I drove past the Moonlight Drive In yesterday evening but the dinner rush was in full swing and I wasn’t mentally prepared to wait for food(I wish that was an exaggeration). Today on my way from NASA to my hotel, I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. There was one other family and one single diner inside when I walked in. I took a seat and my waitress was over pretty quickly. I knew what I wanted so I ordered a #2 without the cheese(double hamburger with fries and a drink). The food was to me maybe 5 minutes after that. I absolutely devoured this thing. If I hadn’t skipped lunch and been in the sun most of the day, I’m not sure I could finish it but I put the entire thing and the fries away with no problem. I even took a regular chocolate milkshake with me. The burger was perfectly good and the bun was great. The fries were thin but perfectly crispy. My waitress was super friendly and the bill(before the tip) was just over $ 10. It’s probably a good thing I don’t live near the Moonlight Drive In because this place is fantastic.

Cute, nostalgic fast food restaurant with table service. It has a jukebox that place old 1950’s songs and framed photos on the walls of yesterday’s TV actors. Service was friendly. No drink refills. $ 7.99 for a cheeseburger, fries and a drink. Food quality was similar to a cafeteria. My dad didn’t like his pulled pork sandwich. The cheeseburger was ok, not thick or grilled but broiled I think. Awesome milkshakes and fun carhop service if you want to eat in your car. Tables inside can only seat parties of four or less. It was a little cramped sitting in a both with five people.

Should have turned around when I saw a Sysco truck unloading outside. The food is cheap for a reason.

Ok let me just preface this review by saying I don’t drink milk, I don’t like milkshakes and I’m pretty sure I’m lactose intolerant. The milkshakes at Moonlight are literally THEBESTTHING I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. They’re rich, creamy, decadent and completely irresistible. I’ve gone twice now and both times I’ve ordered the chocolate and peanut butter milkshake with hot fudge mixed in. You can tell they use real ingredients and no gross fake fillers. You can taste the creaminess of the peanut butter(literally like you’re sticking a spoon in a jar of Jif) and the hot fudge is rich and delicious. I can’t say enough good things! I haven’t eaten anything else there, nor have I even stepped foot in the place due to the refreshingly retro car hop experience Moonlight provides but I guarantee you cannot go wrong with a milkshake from there!

They hung a tray full of food on my window what’s not to like. Burgers, Tots and a Coca-Cola all for about 6 bucks. It’s not your typical fast food but it’s typically food fast. These old drive-ins are far and few between so experience one while you can, this one provides you an opportunity to do just that. My 3’star review shows my approval.

The best milkshakes EVER. Take yourself back to those great drive-in days and feast on perfect American diner style burger and fries. The best part is that I can drive up with my dogs in the bar and enjoy a cheat meal together. :) They have limited sometimes so be sure to check ahead of time.

Been here a couple times. It’s not a bad drive from home and everything I’ve had to eat has been good. My wife and I took a drive tonight after deciding our usual dinner choices were getting dull. We headed for the Moonlight and just got home, satisfied. Burgers and fries, a butterscotch shake for me and a Mr. Pibb for the wife. Nothing fancy but it fit the bill. Great service and a nice drive to boot.

I have lived nearby for 20 years and have never been to the place until today. Why I waited so long, I really don’t know. It’s divy, greasy-spoony, and looks like it needs a little TLC from the road, but once you get close to the place you learn it’s got some charm. Clean, courteous and friendly staff greet you at the entrance and the ambiance is definitely family-friendly. The décor is full of pictures of TV and movies stars along with famous musicians such as The Beatles. They have a decent menu from burgers and fries, to sandwiches, salads, and dinner meals. I had their Chuckwagon hamburger which was delicious, while my wife had their oyster dinner — plenty to go around for the two of us. Drink sizes make up for the fact that there are no free refills on the tea(my only nit.) The place was clean, very well lit, and very cozy. Overall, I had a great time as the service was efficient, the food came out very hot and very fast, and like I previously mentioned, very good.

I have to give Moon Light Drive In 5 stars!!! The food is cheap and tastes great and the waitresses are awesome!!! I had the regular burger and you know what? It tasted like a REAL burger… not a frozen one or one from a fast food joint like Burger King! The burger was like $ 1.29 !! I had a corn dog and tater tots and my total bill was a bit over 6 dollars! I found out they have been doing business since the 60’s and that is awesome! I shall return on my next trip to the Space Coast!!!
