I love this store. Their clothes, even simple things like bras, are cute and feminine and functional and their staff is always sweet and helpful. Even their shopping bags are reusable fashionable cloth bags. Always a pleasure to visit this store.

I love this brand. They have such wonderful clothes, and I have owned many pieces in my lifetime. This location is a beautifully decorated store. They have a ‘sale’ room in the back left and dressing rooms in the back right. But the customer service here… it was non-existent. There were probably three or four employees when I walked in, and I got nothing. No greeting. Nothing. One of them was either talking to another employee really loudly, but I’m almost positive it was a friend. Anyway, I’m pretty sure I’ll go to this store again… I just hope the employees work on their people skills.

Went in for a return and the amount being refunded did not add up to what I paid. Sales associate Lily helped me out, and being the only person working at the time, still stuck with me for over a half hour to get everything resolved. She was so kind and I really appreciated the time/detail she spent to get everything squared away. Definitely great customer service!

I love Free People clothing but am not fortunate enough to live near a store so I usually shop online. Yesterday, I happened to be at the Bridgeport Village Mall and was pumped to find there is a Free People store there. I HAD to check it out. So, inside the store, there were two girls working and a couple other shoppers. One of the girls did greet me, but only after I had a couple of items in my grasp. I wouldn’t say she was friendly, but she definitely wasn’t rude. I tried on my items and ended up getting a dress I’ve had my eye on online for a while, but hadn’t ordered because it’s super expensive and I wasn’t sure of the fit. It must’ve been my lucky day because it was almost 50% off in store even though it’s still full price online. The cherry on top was that there’s no sales tax in Oregon. :-) I’d definitely recommend this store to fans of Free People clothing. I wouldn’t expect a full inventory or super friendly service, but you can definitely find some treasures in there!

I absolutely adore the Free People brand but I had the most unfortunate customer service experience at this store location. My friend and I walked into the store(5÷22÷15, a little after 1 pm) and for five minutes neither of the two girls working said a single word to us — or even looked at us! We were the ONLY customers in the store. They were standing behind the counter chit chatting away like they were on a coffee date, not working a high end boutique. One of the girls even came and put something away at a table we were browsing… and again completely ignored us and went back behind the counter to discuss her personal life with the other associate. We promptly left — stunned at the rudeness we had just experienced. Free people Bridgeport. I honestly was extremely disappointed in my experience there.

Meh. If I was 6 ft tall the clothes would maybe look good on me. Also my mom and I went shopping at this location to find a simple wedding dress for me. The girls were not very helpful. At one point the girl got a bin out of a closet. This is where they keep dresses they don’t want to hang up for whatever reason. She put the plastic bin on the floor and told my mother she could dig through it and see if she liked something. Who would pay 300 dollars for a dress they dug through in plastic bins? Also a bone since that attempt failed horribly. I ordered one online… It came in a plastic bag. Not so boho chic environmental friendly as they portray. Over it.

Pretty store. Pretty sparkly walls. Pretty floral hangers. Pretty wood cut doors. Pretty high prices for diaphanous hobo chic clothes. If only I were Kate Moss 20 years ago, then this would be divine.
