I will tell you about my experience from begging to end. When I first walked in I was not greeted. My husband and I wanted to get a 20 minute massage and I had asked a question regarding the massage and both ladies just look at each other and gave me the price and time for the massage(didn’t ask for that. but whatever). It was clear that both did not speak English that well. Therefore communication was not there. Massage was fair I’ve had better…5 minutes into the massage they both started talking in their language it was rude and couldn’t relax it was annoying. Once we were done my husband went to go pay and the lady was not happy that we only tipped her two dollars. She took the money out of the jar and looked at my husband and said«only 2 dalla» my husband turned around and looked at me and asked me if I had cash, which I didn’t. I thought that was so rude. I mean who does that? Who asked if that is all we are going to tip. Never again will I go to this place. My experience was bad.

Place is clean and I always have a great and relaxing experience here. Perfect pressure and the price is right. The only drawback is you can hear some of the mall noise with the doors open. I’ve always been a fan of massage and will be back again.

Finding the place kinda sucks, but besides that everything was great! They were able to fit me in just in time, or WASNT crowded and the gentleman there was fantastic. Also his wife was there, so it didn’t seem weird. But 15 minutes felt like a refresher for my day, it put me in a much better mood. I think it might be better to bring cash here, for the tip and for the extra dollar that they charge if you use the card. But otherwise fantastic! Will definitely be back here

Got a 30 min back and 30 min foot for 48 bucks. I have been to A LOT of massage places, more than just the mall and this was by far the best I’ve ever gotten. I told the masseuse to focus on my shoulders and back. She relieved pain in areas no other masseuse had. I’ve had chronic neck and shoulder pain for months. Foot massage was relaxing, no problems with my feet. I had intentions of just a back massage and after it was so great, I added the foot massage. Highly recommend.

Why not??? A quick 30 min foot focus… Wish is was a little less on the pocket book, then I could do it more often. But considering you could do this or pay almost as much for those dirty mall massage chairs, this is a much better way to go… I also liked that my lady wore gloves. My husbands guy did not which was fine with him, but I am a bit of a phobic so gloves work… Would come back…

My wife and I got the 30 minute foot massage for $ 25 each and it was great, especially after walking around The Oaks mall for a bit. Very relaxing environment, we were given towels to keep warm, and the chairs were laid back to a comfortable position. We recommend this place!

My husband and I made our 3rd visit to Just Relax today. We love to walk around this mall while traveling between the LA area and home. Adding a 30-minute massage to the stop makes it even better! Today we walked in as both massage therapists were giving client chair massages. Out of respect for their clients, the male(I later learned his English name is Michael) tried to keep massaging his client while attempting to tell us a good time to come back. English was not working so well, so… I summoned up my beginner Mandarin — which I have not practiced much this year — and used by baby to talk to say we’d come back in 15 – 30 minutes. He replied that 3PM was better. We enjoyed a stroll around the mall(and making goo goo eyes at the cute puppies for sale a couple doors down), and went back. Michael did a table massage on my husband. The lady therapist worked on my feet. Less than 2 weeks ago we got super crappy«reflex foot massages» that turned out to be full body massage that left us both with mild injuries. So my husband was grateful to have a skilled massage that helped his lower back relax after getting incorrectly massaged weeks before. My foot massage also reflected the massage therapist’s skill. It hurt a few times, but it was a therapeutic hurt that helped rebalance specific pressure points. Well worth a stop! Foot massages can be a little intense but they actually affect your whole body. So you get a full body massage without getting your hair messed up! The table massages are great for your back and legs. They are also intense. Lots of pressure to points on channels running along your body. The chair massages involve various levels of pressure and can be as short as 10 minutes. Grab a «menu» on the door and point to what you want. The staff know basic English and a very sensitive and respectful to clients. And…leave a very nice tip!

I was shocked to not find this listed in the Unilocal directory! [Hooray! I get to get 1st review marks! :)] This place is located on the west end of the Thousand Oaks Mall between Macy’s and JCPenney on the 2nd floor(See the mall map at ). The atmosphere is clean modern, and pleasant, with light colored wood flooring, warm lighting, and plenty of floor space. The din of the mall is present in the background. There were about six or seven massage chairs, and maybe three or four massage tables. When I went there this afternoon, there were only two persons there present.(Husband and wife team owners? I’m not sure). The lady was my massage therapist. She was waiting by the front door. Here’s their pricing list: CHAIRMASSAGE 5 Minutes $ 6 10 Minutes $ 12 Specials 15 Minutes $ 16 20 Minutes $ 21 30 Minutes $ 30 FOOTMASSAGE 20 Minutes $ 21 30 Minutes $ 30 60 Minutes $ 48 TABLEMASSAGE 20 Minutes $ 24 30 Minutes $ 30 60 Minutes $ 48 SPECIALCOMBINATIONSFOOT&CHAIRMASSAGE 30 Minutes $ 33 60 Minutes $ 48 DELUXECOMBINATIONTABLE, CHAIR, &FOOT 60 Minutes $ 48 I opted for a 20 minute chair massage for $ 21. «Lisa,» as I’d later find out, tried to persuade me to do 30 minutes instead. She didn’t persist when I said I wanted 20 minutes. The massage itself? She started out w/just the right pressure for me, but she was using very fast strokes. I like it firm, but w/a slower(more relaxing) pace. I tried oto tell her this, but as I found out, language difficulties were present. :(. Through so many words, I was able to convey what I wanted. And I was not disappointed. That was probably the best massage I’ve had in a long while! I gave her a $ 5 tip on top of the $ 21. And oh yes, this is a cash only business. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star review was due to the language difficulties. I do like being able to communicate easily with my massage therapist easily. And oh yes, they do have a customer loyalty card. Your 11th massage is free!!! I think I found my new favorite quickie massage place! I would recommend this place to a friend.
