What the heck happened to this location??? I am an big fan of CBTL and work at the Mall but will not go there again. The Manager Diana is so rude and her shirt is gathered up above her waist when she is working to show her tattoo to everyone. The place is not kept clean and their hair is not kept covered. I now stop at the Moorpark Road location and get my $ 5.00 drink.

Tasty coffee, service with a smile. And I love their combo bagels! It’s a bummer that the chain discontinued flavored coffee in the shops but that’s not the individual locations fault, so they still get 5 stars.

Just waited 10 minutes for a latte… They take on too many orders at once and get swamped with making drinks… Better service somewhere else, but the coffee quality beats out starbucks…

Taylor is the greatest barista I have ever truly encountered, she is genuine, courteous, upbeat, friendly and a great worker. She knows our usuals and will ask if we want them, welcomes us with smiles, and delivers top customer service in doing so especially when there is high traffic and long lines. She is able to still deliver all of this excellently and makes us coming back.

This location is always hit or miss for me… but to be honest, all of the CBTL are probably like that. But, the last time I went, they hit the spot! I ordered an ice blended toffee nut. This may be my second favorite, next to the english breakfast latte. Since this CBTL is inside the T.O. mall, lines can get long, but the staff are ALWAYS friendly!

This coffee bean in the thousand oaks mall is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The staff is very friendly, professional, and Über cool. They have an awesome selection of drinks and baked goodies! If u are in the mall, have a drink, better than starbucks in my opinion. Great coffee, awesome service, and clean!

I love Coffee Bean, hands downs more than any other coffee house, but I Iove this particular Coffee Bean location fur to the excellent customer service and quality of drinks. I live closer to two other locations, but I drive the extra distance to this location. I’ve never experienced anything but friendly customer service. In addition, my drink of choice is an iced chai tea latte and this is the only location I continually receive my drink «iced». At other locations, they pour the hot tea over a small amount of ice and when they hand it to me, most of the ice has melted and the drink is still hot.
Great drinks, great service!

If given the choice between Coffee Bean and Starbucks, I pick Coffee Bean any day. Their coffee has a sweetness to it which suits my tastes and the cream cheese for bagels is the bees knees.
This location is quick and always brings a smile.

Not being a coffee drinker, I always come here for tea. For some reason, I always want something to drink when walking around in the mall, so I come here to buy their marvelous Japanes Cherry Blossom Iced Green Tea. It is unsweetened green tea but with the essence of cherry. Very subtle but very good. My only criticism is that sometimes, they let the tea steep for too long because it can be quite bitter. Other times, it is perfect. That is all I ever get @ Coffee Bean, but I look forward to it each time.

Dude, like I was totally in the mall and I really wanted something to hold onto and suck while I walked from one pretentious store to the other showing off my hot outfits to make everyone else jealous and to look for more hot outfits to make everyone jealous when I saw this cute little place. So, normally I totally go for the Grande nonfat no water 7 pump chai latte at Sharducks, but this time I got a vanilla tea latte and it was soo yummy that I just had to share with all my peeps.
