Emily C. made my day by making sure everything was perfect. She was super cool and extremely helpful in choosing a drink. The Starbucks was fairly quick and my drinks were made correct. Emily C. was one of the best Barista’s I’ve had in a while. I got the GTL9CL Light Ice came out perfect, apparently my coworkers coffee came out pretty good too because he wouldn’t shut up about it. Thousand Oaks Starbucks you are awesome!

Terrible location. We ordered a grande pike and unlike at most Starbucks where the coffee is handed over to you right away, we were told we would have to wait but«not to worry because the staff will see it’s just coffee and pour it right away.» We waited over ten minutes and had to inquire as to the status of coffee you just need to pour out. Then we asked for an extra cup and were handed a plastic cup for cold drinks. Next time, we know to go to coffee bean.

Worst Starbucks ever! Waited in line for 15 minutes — then another 15 for my drink — no line expediter — new hire at the register. When I asked for someone to help the barista. Blonde with blue eyes rolled her eyes saying she was busy. She was doing a supply order on a Saturday morning!!! Four people working at 10am but apparently no one wants to help customers.. . If I could give 0 stars I would

I love this Starbucks! Each time I approach the counter, everyone has a smile on their face and calls out my name like I’m at Cheers! Except my name isn’t Norm. They anticipate my drink but always check to make sure I don’t want to change it up that day. No one ever sounds annoyed or grumpy when I ask for ice and timing is perfect for either warming up pastries or making drinks. Not only do I get a perfect snack or beverage, but I get my comic relief in too! So much fun. It doesn’t hurt that I work right across the way, but hey. Fantastic staff, always clean. My favorite!

Just waiting 15+ minutes for a coffee. And they gave me the wrong thing. There is only one other order and 4 employees working. Only one barista is actually working though. I might have come at a bad time because the team on staff isn’t very good.

This Starbucks is incredibly slow. I don’t think their staff is particularly friendly either. I’d much rather go to ebar or coffee bean to be better served than wait for a good 15 minutes for my drink here and not even be treated nicely.

I was at this Starbucks in the evening of April 1st2015. I ordered a latte, I did not asked for nothing special just a plain latte. A very young female barista made my café latte and when I finally received it, it tasted awfully sour. The milk was NOT aerated or steam properly. My latte didn’t taste creamy or had a slight of sweetness that it has when the milk is properly steamed. I spend more than $ 9 on my transaction. I asked them to make me another latte so the girl did, but again it tasted worst than the first time, like she did it on purpose. I left and didn’t bother to ask them for my money back or to make me another one. I was so upset and dump the latte in the trash. A home made coffee would’ve been a 1k times better than a sloppy made coffee at this location. I’m not coming back to this location. Employees don’t care, they have no ownership or show pride to what they do.

This is a nice little kiosk location in the mall. They have one cash register but the line moves quickly. Everyone that works there is super friendly and cheerful. They have some tables set up around the kiosk area and they are kept clean. I am happy that they finally put a Starbucks in the mall. It is nice to have a few different choices for coffee when you are shopping.

Always great coffee and so convenient because it is right under my work. It’s nice to have a coffee shop or snack in the middle of the mall verses trying to go through the food court. I do however feel bad because since so many people go to the mall they have a lot of people to serve in a small area. I say if there’s a line be patient and enjoy your drink or treat.

I can’t find anything to complain about. They are all super friendly. I feel I have not been there that frequently but they treat me like a regular now. I even got into a conversation with a barista about pokemon

I like them. Yeah there’s only one register, but what do you expect? The staff is friendly as hell and they all work pretty quickly. They did my order right every time I went there. Be warned though, it can take upwards of fifteen minutes to get through the process. I’m amazed they fit all the things they needed to into that little booth.

Small kiosk in front of Macy’s. Only one cashier, so might see a line. The staff is friendly and tries to take the orders as fast as possible. The pastry selection seems less compared to the store locations. There are seating area right next the kiosk. But might be a bit noisy since it is in the middle of the mall.

Service was very slow because the baristas are busy talking about my order. I can tell by the nerd looking woman’s mouth and facial expression. I asked for salted caramel frappucino with a pump of raspberry. Guess she never had chocolate covered strawberry with caramel syrup. I suggest you treat yourself to Godiva after your work. They have store at the mall. And also comb and fix your hair. Go to one of the stalls that offers free hair ironing. Don’t come to work looking like a mess.

Okay. So I actually come here more than I care to admit because I work in the mall.(Just got my gold card AND first free drink… sigh). I usually get an iced coffee or an iced americano. They’re still really inconsistent, but overall, they have a really friendly staff and try to work with the space limitations. At&t hotspot, but the internet connection is terrible =/There’s some seating right behind the booth, facing Macy’s.

New Starbucks — staff learning the regulars quickly — almost always a smile(they can improve on that front) but always polite. Need to ensure they are a bit more ‘polished’ in regard to dress /makeup!
