Staff is very slow and unprofessional. Never seem to get my order right! Food is always cold no matter what time I go.

Granite everybody makes mistakes that’s okay. but everytime I go to this McDonalds they mess up something every single time and they want $ 15 an hour! they can’t even follow a simple order. Whoever owns this McDonalds you might want to think about a retraining!!! But do you think the owner cares, they don’t care if they would they would do something about it. I called and complained the last time they messed up my order and I’m not the complaining type. You can tell when you talk to somebody they just don’t give a s***. and that’s how they acted…

On October 18th at 6:32 a.m. I went through the McDonalds Drive thru. I ordered two breakfast burritos two sausage McMuffins and hotcakes and sausage for my kids. My ticket number was KVS order 18 my total was $ 9.52. I drove all the way home only to discover that both sausage McMuffins were missing. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with a woman named Rachael. She stated that they had no such order that morning and she had been on all morning. I know she didn’t check because this was an immediate response. I’m not so angry about the missing McMuffins as I am about her inferring that I was lying. This is how McDonald’s staff treat their customers? Are they taught to treat them with this way? Avoid this restaurant unless you don’t mind being ripped off and having your honesty impugned.

I think the employees need to go back to school. Everytime I’m there to order food they mess up every time. the last three times I’ve been there I’ve ordered a 20 piece nuggets and there has never been 20. Cheese burgers taste like that its been sitting there forever. Employees are rude, loud, arrogant, and just plain stupid. I am hoping these are not the same people that are trying to get $ 15 an hour. I think customer service at all McDonalds by Tony Boselli has truly gone downhill. the last 10 years have been a nightmare for any McDonalds owned by Tony Boselli. I think I don’t mind wasting my car gas to go to a McDonalds that is not owned by Tony Boselli.

This is inside of a gas station. It often smells *terrible* in here, though, from what I think is the fryers. It’s that overwhelming stale, greasy McDonald’s smell. I’m not a McDonald’s hater. Some of the staff here is also pretty terrible. Just pretty apathetic overall. Knowingly serving old, stale fries, slow, not friendly. I received an order with some pretty rancid stale fries and asked for new ones. They dropped some new ones in, but didn’t get them out in time. The fryer alarm was going off for a good while before they pulled them out. So I got a replacement batch of terrible fries. No apology, nothing. They weren’t even busy! This was like 9pm on a weeknight!
