Wow! Did I just receive the best service ever? Are you kidding me! I’m visiting Temple TX and the service at Pizza hut here is great!!! Nicole thank you for your service and the awesome experience.
Nicole took down my phone number and name and said she would be creating an account for me, I don’t even live in Temple but I’ll be coming by often and now I have my pizza hut Temple TX account yay!!!
When my pizza was ready she opened it in front of me, showed me that everything was fine, asked if I needed cheese and crushed pepper and PLATES!!! What??? Wow!
I wish all Chicago Pizza hut locations applied this type of service.

Called my order in like I usually do. They said order would be ready by 6:30, I got to the drive thru at 6:25 with 3 cars ahead of me. The car in front of me was then at the window and eventually gave up and went inside. When I got to the window I understood why. I sat at the window without anyone even acknowledging I was there for 5 minutes. I finally honked, they still didn’t look my way! Honked a 2nd time and one girl– further away from the window, told the girl closest to the window– to answer me. I gave her a piece of my mind and told her to at least acknowledge that there is a customer sitting in the window. She handed me my order and old me to check it. It was missing my wings. I have never been so upset with the lack of customer service. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. If you think working for Pizza Hut is stressful, you would NEVER make it in my line of work when you have people’s lives in your hands.

It doesn’t get much better than Pizza Hut when it comes to large chain restaurants; and this place is no different. I’ve been here on several occasions and the pizza is always fresh and made just the way I specified. I usually order online & when you walk into the store there is a display with your name, telling you how long until your pizza is ready. Pretty high tech. Now only if it were cheaper. Ohhh well, atleast its good.
