Domino’s Pizza

It tastes terrible! Way too much sauce!!! All I tasted was sauce and the cheese was almost raw and not cooked well!

This dominos has never been up to any kind of par. They have failed many times to bring the correct order and twice have delivered to my neighbors and not even offered to fix their mistake.
Half the time the pizza is cold and the air pockets always larger than a quarter. Honestly it’s worth the money to go buy digorno

My wife and I come here quite often for the pan pizza, Double pepperoni and stuffed cheesy bread. I love that it’s only a few minutes away from our house and they deliver. Open till 12am. I wish they had crushed red pepper, I guess I can always buy my own bottle to keep at home. The customers here are always friendly and polite. We usually pick up at drive-​thru but inside of the building is clean and nice.

Ordered online. Received call from store saying they didn’t deliver to my location, but would refund my money. The store that DOES deliver to my location refused to answer the phone even though they’re supposed to still be open. 2 charges on my account & no pizza! Unacceptable!
UPDATE! After complaining & being contacted by the district manager, all charges have been removed from my card. He was even nice enough to credit me what I’d ordered the night before. It was another location in Temple, so I can’t speak on how good this locations pizza is, but the order arrived on time & was delicious! Thank you for making right, Dominoes!

Lots of people love a good pizza, including me, An 18 year old girl and aspiring chef. However I do not enjoy extra crunchy items on my pizza that I did not order.
I was serving up my dad his pizza and he found a baby roach in the cheese. He had to dig it out with his fork because only the legs and head was visible.
We called and spoke with the manager, who proceeded to tell us his passion for the business, how he used to be an engineer and that his restaurant was the first in his region to get a 100% on their inspections. Instead of taking responsibility for what happened, he tried to pass it off and tell us there was no way the bug was in the pizza when he gave it to us, and that we would have to contact headquarters.
Very unhappy domino’s. I don’t think I will be spending any more money there again.

Everyone loves a good pizza pie with awesome toppings. I am 41, lord knows I love a great pizza. But what happened here is beyond the required daily allowance.
My daughter and I found a Baby Roach in the pizza, I saw a speck and legs and dug it out from under the cheese. Sorry, but I did not order that Topping, even if it is free at no charge.

What happened to listening to the customer, and empathizing and making it right? Really, well here are the pics. I am in the culinary industry myself; I don’t go around placing bugs in food to get it free, just not something in my bag of tricks. I am flabbergasted at the insult.
You know, I am not going to cry over $ 25, Ill just simply inform the public of what happened with my interactions at this establishment! From now on, ill just make my own (I am a chef after all)
@ 4pm, called HQ, case opened, said it was a franchise and will forward to the appropriate persons. We will update you when they offer a resolution
@ 2pm on ⁶⁄₂₆ HQ franchise HQ reached out and sincerely apologized and refunded the full bill. They emailed me a confirmation. Had this been done up front, this review would not be here. I will not go back to this location, mostly because of the local management and the way they handled this.

They no longer have red peppers. Not even for extra! I’m out, no more Dominos for me!

Nice, new Domino’s Pizza in the area. Just opened not too long ago so the facility is clean and the staff was helpful. Looking forward to ordering lots of pizza from here.
