Love the pizza. Terrible customer service. I don’t know if it was a bad night for them, but we waited over 3 hours for a pizza. They delivered the wrong one the first time, so when we called they said they would have
The correct pizza to us in 45 minutes. Waited almost two hours and they had no idea what was going on. Drove up there to get my refund, and Bryce was extremely rude. Will not be back to this one, and that’s a shame because I love their pizza and I am a generous tipper.

I love Papa Johns, but I was particularly annoyed when they charged me for sauce. Alright, no big deal, that happens sometimes. The worst part was they didn’t even deliver a sauce when it delivered. I paid for two. I was looking forward to that sauce. I called them back and complained, and they said they’d send someone out. No one came. Not sure what that’s about. Awful customer service.

What can I say, I LOVE Papa John’s Pizza! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! Now that there’s is a location in Belton, I think I love them even more. I called in my order, arrived 20minutes later and WaaLa! It was ready, they were fast and the food was hot. What more can I ask for. Its a tiny inside, but it’s designed for pick-​ups & deliveries, so it works just fine.
