KFC

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. The counter service people are kind and efficient. The chicken and all the extras are good and hot. Although this is not a «new» KFC building, it does have some old school appeal to it that I like, a classic feel that has been worn in a little bit, but it’s also as clean as you can get it without some unnecessarily over-​priced remodel that never guarantees more customers. If that happened, than it would lose its past. And I don’t like walking into stale modern environments, much less eating in them. There are plenty of people that have commented below on its less-​than-​stellar visual, but those are the same people that also have no problem walking into a stinky dive bar at midnight getting drinks without realizing that the glassware they went in was only semi-​clean. The parking may be a little weird, but deal with it and stop your petty American complaining already. Appreciate what you have available to you. When many KFC’s are disappearing, be thankful this one is still here with individuals that are keeping the doors of business open and working it for you.

This store was completely disgusting and dirty. There wasnt even a health grading in the window or behind the counter anywhere. Flies in the dining room, dirty tables/​floors, the chairs are sticky.

My friend & I visited here last night. We were impressed by the service and food. It’s a lot better than the Burbank Blvd. (that one needs new mgmt BADLY). At this location tonight, Mowzam, their manager made sure we were very satisfied. My favorite dish is the cole slaw. I loved their mashed potatoes & gravy. The chicken and biscuit were served hot! We were craving our KFC and got our fix! Thank you, we will return.
P. S. The place could use a facelift. But as long as the food is good & the place is clean, that’s all I care about when I’m hungry! ;)

Horrible atmosphere, sad and dumpy eating area. The chicken was way overcooked, very dry and leathery. Hope we don’t get sick!

Horrible service. I waited in line watching the crew take their time and it took forever to get them to assist when at the register. What a sad place!

We walked to KFC to have lunch. This place was running with on lady. She was cleaning the tables, getting orders from customers, cooking the food and serving the food and standing behind register… All of this was running by one person. She was doing all the cleaning and touching the money and without washing her hand she was serving food. Very dirty place. We decided to walk out and go another place to eat.

What a disaster! Zero customer service and absolutely no one in here speaks English! KFC hiding rock bottom! That’s what you get for seeking the franchise to everyone and their moms!

Got food poisoning from here. Not coming back here ever again. Very very disappointed with the quality of food here.

I have been to this Kfc many of times. They have very rude employees there. At time you can go in after 7:00pm they run out of certain pieces of chicken. Then they say they will not be cooking anymore because its so late. Now I go to there competitor they never seem to run out of chicken. This was a life time KFC customer no more.

We walked in an ordered food. After we ordered the employees refused to allow my 8 year old boy to use the restroom. He really had to go! I pleaded with them. We ran across the street to another business but we didn’t make it. He was crying the whole way home.
I absolutely hate the people who run this restaurant. They are the lowest form of scum on the planet!

Over all I like Kfc but in this location I wasn’t happy cuz first when you are about to order either they don’t understand you or they are just like that to sell you as much as they want also they don’t like to provide costomers with napkins and for using restroom you can’t just go ahead and use it you need to ask them for some dirty and greasy looking coin that they use to open the restroom door and inside the restroom is extremely dirty and nasty!!! I hope inside their kitchen won’t be as bad as their…

Surprised this location didn’t show up when I tried to check in. This was an ok KFC chicken. Very small location with a very intimate dining area, if barely having any dining room is intimate.
No complaints about their chicken, good enough chicken. Nothing to make it stand out though so I’m leaving this place as a 3 stars.

Bad KFC, poor customer service, rude and slow, I’m sure this isn’t what the colonel had in mind

Service was so slow I signed up for Unilocal and wrote this review in the time it took them just to make my food let alone the 25 mins it took to order my food with only two people in line before me with two cashiers. Then the other 20 mins it took then to «make» the food witch looks and tastes like it has been out since noon. Then after I get my food try tell my boyfriend there is no bacon left after we have already been there for 45 mins. I also in my time waiting got to see two people come in and complain they got their orders wrong. Worse kfc I have even been to.

Can I give negative stars? Just don’t come to this KFC. They gave our order to a different customer, the worker lady gets in an argument with the other worker. She made the worker try to chase down the previous customer to take back the food and give it to us. Luckily (for us) the customer left. The worker was aimlessly running in the parking lot searching for the lost order. Then we have to re-​do our order — but wait, they ran out of chicken! Huh? KFC has no chicken? So we have to change our order so something they have in stock. Here is the best part. They drop the tongs on the floor pick them up and start to fill our order using the tongs that just dropped on the floor. I interject — excuse me, those just fell on the floor — and what happens? She agrues with me «No, No they didn’t». Really? Never again. I am certain their «A» rating is a forgery. Must be bought on the black market — I hope get rated again. I’ll rate it an F yo (u)!

KFC Chicken is always on top of their Chicken.
Went with my family cause we were driving through the area.
The original chicken was nice and flaky. I was kind of disappointed by their Mashed Potatoes; they tasted mushy and bland.
On the flip side, we ordered a Chocolate Chip Cake for dessert and it was delicious! The cake was moist, sweet, and very eye-​opening; KFC having such a great dessert surprised me.

The service here is terrible. They’re slow and they get half the orders wrong. Do not come here if you are in a rush and/​or if you have little patience.

This KFC is the smallest KFC ive seen in a long time. It has such a small parking lot, that you basically have to park on the street. BUT to be on the positive side, its all worth it at the end becuz their chicken is the best!
