I usually order online because I don’t want to stand in line & hold up the line with my large order. Plus I always think they can’t make the order wrong. Not the case. Every time they get at least one sandwich wrong. I don’t get it. I call & they say sorry & say that if I come back they’ll make the right one. Uh, no. You are close to my house, but not that close! Good sandwiches & friendly service, but whoever takes care of the online orders, please read it carefully.

Just went here for the first time, and I must admit I was pretty impressed. I go to subway a lot so thought I would give it a try here. They don’t have as many veggie choices like subway does(being a vegetarian I like different cheeses etc.) they do have some interesting toppings you can put and I like how they toast it on a grill. I will be back for sure.

Walked in and thought I was at a funeral! No greeting and the employees all had a smug look on their faces like they did not want to be there. Could be because it was 91 degrees inside according to their thermostat, but after reading other reviews I see its common place. Every other Jersey Mikes I have been to the employees are super nice and friendly. This one not so much. Drive a little further to the next one people, you will be glad you did.

I love jersey mikes sandwiches and anyone with a brain would agree that the meat quality compared to subway is better but the workers at this location are on a next level of stupid. asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich and literally about 10 seconds after the guy reaches for tomatoes then gives a cheeky smirk and says«hey its hot in here man» seriously bro? and most recently i wanted jalapenos on my sandwich and the guy asked me 3 times in a matter of 30 seconds to confirm i wanted jalapenos like wtf, employees always have a smug look on their faces like they dont want to be there its really a joke management needs to be better im gonna have to drive a little farther to a better location from now on.

Overpriced, over loved, over valued! The employees gave out wrong prices on their trays. But when I went in to order, it turns out the price for one sandwich tray is more than twice what they told me on the phone and what Subway is asking. And there is not much variety with regards to bread, cheese and condiments when compared to Subway. I asked the owner ‘What is the added value?’ What am I paying up for? He couldn’t tell me except that they had better quality meat. I used to work in a deli and wasn’t buying off on that as I’m looking at the ingredients of the turkey breast in the case, turkey and loads of sodium. I would have believed his story if the meat was oven baked on premises perhaps or if he gave me a taste test. It’s still all cold cuts. Duh! And their trays are fixed with regards to the number of few mouths they feed. I would have had to buy two which would have been way to much. The owner couldn’t work it out where I could perhaps get one and one-half tray. It was all or nothing. Subway has more sizes in their trays. Sorry but for party trays I’m staying with Subway. Quality is comparable and they are much more flexible with how they sell their product. Owner, please get control over what your employees are saying so no one else goes to your place with unrealistic expectations. I really wanted to be convinced of why their product is worth twice what their competitors ask. However, I remained skeptical as the owner attempted to justify these prices with no real tangible backing. I really wanted to order a party tray from them and at least give them a chance. He was not about to make something work out given the wrong information I was given. So he let me and my money walk out of his shop. And I was the only customer in the store at the time. He had several employees watching but no other customers. Where’s the logic? My order could have paid their wages for that evening. If you can’t win over a skeptical prospect then maybe you shouldn’t be running so much as a lemon aid stand. NOTE: See my Subway review from last year. I ended up going back to that store after my experience today at Jersey Mike’s.

Try another location. This one is MISERABLE. The other reviews complaining about poor management are 100% accurate. We ordered four sandwiches and it took FORTY minutes from start to finish to get our food… And it wasn’t even the lunch rush. This should not be happening. None of the employees had any enthusiasm or sense of expediency.

Like the food but the customer service here is bad. I got this half a*s greeting as I came in. The girl helping me was busy talking to her co-worker to take my order correctly. And when I would ask a question about a particular sandwich she would get annoyed and have a face like I was an idiot. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Subway has better service, sure there subs are crap but there customer service is better. Even Quiznos is better.

Complete idiots working at his location. Internet order would not go through 2x(probably not their fault), but then I called and waited on hold(fine), ended up with a distracted order taker that needed me to restate everything because he wasn’t listening, then the line went dead. Called back twice and both times someone picked up the phone and hung it up without saying a word. Will never order from this franchise again and recommend that friends and family do not either. Plenty of other places to take out business.

I love the subs here but the people who work here are not friendly and this one guy who is always making the sandwiches is really rude. Like I just want to ask him, «are you always having a bad day or are you just an asshole?». Also the rap music is obnoxious wayyyy too loud.

Soooooo salty. We had the #7 turkey and #31 cheesesteak. There was so much salt I couldn’t believe it. The girl sneezed on our sandwich as she made it and set the bread on the dirty counter to make the entire sandwich. Absolute yuck! We need a jimmy johns in tarzana pronto!

I have no idea why this location always gets my orders wrong lol but it’s not a big deal for me to stop going. Pricey but delicious. Love their hot subs but you can definitely customize what kind of sandwich you want. :)

This place is so poorly run they should be embarrassed! I placed an order over the phone before noon(11:45) and I arrive at 12:15 and my order was not ready. I waited about another 10 minutes and my order was still not ready. Yet the 6 people waiting in line had all been served and gotten their food. Tell me, what was the point of placing my order in advance over the phone if they were going to ignore it??? When i approached the counter and asked about my order at 12:30, it hadn’t even been started! And the excuse was that they had a long line! What kind of business is this!!! Any other restaurant that received a phone order would have completed that phone order so it was ready for the customer! Instead this place just kept dismissing me and not a single person apologized. I told them to cancel my order and i then i definitely gave them a big FUCKYOU. I have never seen such inconsiderate customer service. They also allowed a customer to bring their dog inside. Isn’t that illegal? You can sit with your dog outside, but bringing it inside a restaurant?! NO. Not preparing phone orders when you receive them is such poor management I will never come back to this location!!! I hope the owner reads this cause this is atrocious and they shouldn’t be allowed to own a business, much less a business that is centered on customer service!!! I’m not only writing this review on here, i’m going to let the corporate office know. Because I am so insulted and down right disgusted by the service i received i want to make sure everyone knows!

The subs are ok. I have had better. Their service is decent. I wish I can give them more stars but you have a checkin for a free drink try not to charge people for it next time«by accident» for that reason I am giving them 2 stars. Who knows this might change over time but as of now I am pissed!

I was disappointed to open up my meatball sandwich and realize that I can not touch it without it falling apart. It was soaked in marinara!

This is the only jersey mikes that closes ahead of time. As many as I’ve been to, workers are happy to stay a little longer to provide service and food. Never coming here.

OMG… has to be the worst Jersey Mikes on the planet. Go to another location… run far away this place. The staff on August 24 at 10:30am was rude and the food was horrible. Had to throw it away. I ordered the Big Kahuna sandwich, it had… no joke 2 handfuls of Jalapeños inside. I tried to complain but no one at that store seems to care, they really need new staff and ownership there. One of my worst experiences in a very long time. Stay away from this place, you will thank me later! Update…9−28−2015, Jersey Mikes corporate still has not contacted me. I guess it’s true, they really don’t care about service, the public, or their corporate image…

Ordered my 2 sandwiches over the phone in rush hour lunch time and got my sandwiches within 10 mins. Now that’s fast service. Very clean place and everyone was sharp and friendly. Definitely a great place to go to if you want a heartier sandwich. 7″ sandwiches are huge but if you want a longer sandwich you will definitely have enough for leftovers. Pastrami sandwich and the meatball are my family’s favorite so I suggest you try that if you want a suggestion from me.

Had the Italian as I usually have the cheesteak. Asked to have it toasted… it wasn’t. I didn’t notice as I was moving in line to pay and only recognized when he was loading the sub up with veggies(the things I should have more off rather than salami — health benefits). While he was doing that he started with onions and dipped his gloved hand in them… luckily I caught him in time before he placed them as I hate even the smell of them. $ 13.50 for a Giant sandwich which can feed one large guy or two medium sized girls.

Ever since I discovered how«healthy» subway is I began stopping by Jersey Mike’s for my sub fix. First plus, is that they freshly cut your deli cuts for your sandwiches. Love it! Second, all the staff is really nice and witty which makes your stop a great experience I typically order The #7, turkey and provolone Mikes way and I add jalepenos. It’s great! I have also tried the philly steak with all the veggies. If you are ever in the mood for a hot sandwich, I would HIGHLY recommend it! Overall great spot for a quick hunger fix

I went in for a sandwich and the guy behind the counter was making a sandwich for someone else. He asked me what I wanted so I told him. He asked me a million questions while he was still making the sandwich for someone else. Than my turn came and while he was making my sandwich he was asking the next person what they want. Stopped making my sandwich to go get bread sample sizes to show the next costumer and than came back to my sandwich TALKINGOVERMYFOOD the whole time! WTF?!? I don’t want people having a conversation across the counter over my food and spitting while making my lunch! Discounting!
