Chris was amazing! He looked in my pc to find my less than one year old laptop’s HD was dying. He gave me a few options to consider, one of them was to get a new better laptop. He was very honest with his assessment and never tried to sell me additional work. I ended up buying a new laptop and he was able to do a data transfer from my old laptop to my new one.
Chris answered my questions promptly and I will 100% use Chris in the future with anything pc related.

Very patient and accommodating (doesn’t mind working around your schedule). Understands you are clueless. I’ve worked in IT for the last 20-​plus years so I can pretty critical when I am on the receiving end of technical assistance. Therefore I really appreciated Christopher’s professionalism and technical knowledge. His recommendations for repair or replacement were invaluable in my decision-​making process.
In a world with too many shady dealers and techs who are full of buzzwords and themselves, speaking to Christopher was refreshing. Knowledgeable, quick to return your messages, and able to adjust his conversation to whatever level of knowledge that the customer has.
