You might be better off digging food out of the dumpster. I’ve been here countless times and it’s only gotten worse and worse. How can this place even be considered real food???

We arrived to the KFC on Metropolitan Parkway in Sterling Heights, Michigan on October 2^nd at 11:20am. We ordered a 10 piece hot wings, a chicken pot pie, and a to go cup. The crew member specified it would be a 4 – 5 minute wait on the chicken pot pie, so we agreed to wait, since it wouldn’t be too long. 20 minutes passed and we STILL had not received our food. Several customers after us had ordered their food, sat down to eat, and left, yet we couldn’t even get any of our food. When we finally said something, the crew member gave us our food. After we had left, we realized they forgot our to go cup. We drove all the way back to ask for it, and complained that not only did we have to wait 20 minutes when the crew member said a 4 – 5 minute wait, but we also had to drive all the way back because she forgot something in our order. She also had the audacity to say, «I told you 20 minutes.» without apologizing, AND lying about it. When she clearly had said 4 – 5 minutes. If she had said 20 minutes, we would not have agreed to wait for it and would have ordered something else on the menu. It’s ridiculous how unprofessional the employees are at this location. Will not be returning, and am not recommending anyone else to.

I’m not going to rate any fast food place more than 4 stars, but don’t get me wrong, my experience here was great! I got a 2 piece meal with a breast and leg. The meat was juicy and flavorful. The inside of the restaurant was pretty clean, and the bathrooms aren’t disgusting. Good for a quick and cheap dinner.

I have a great KFC by my house, so I might be spoiled by that one, but this location was pretty bad. There was only one car in front of me, but I waited 5 – 10 minutes to get one Famous Bowl. The chicken seemed rubbery and stringy at the same time, either way it was terrible. I ended up eating around the chicken.
