McDonald’s

Horrible!!! The workers are rude and do not know how to handle customers. We were told to call in a big order instead of showing up. They more or less placed the blame of messing up our order on us not «calling it in». I thought this was a fast food restaurant that i could go in to anytime i want to get food? They do not make you feel welcome, the manager sounded irritated when we called to let them know we needed to come back. When we called, the girl on the phone said she was the manger but when we showed back up to correct our order she wasn’t the manger and would not come address the problem and made the counter girl do it. In which she was very kind. We bring our business here all the time because we work in a fast paced business as well and we need «fast food» and its always the same experience. We will no longer go to this locations due to the lack of respect they give out. Is it that hard to put a smile on your face?

Learned that «All Day Breakfast» means that’s how long it takes to prepare a sandwich. Part of the problem is that there are communication issues between workers. Too many don’t speak English. Three more complex orders behind me got their food before I did. Had I not interrupted the cashier, I might still be there.
The Sausage McMuffins were to corporate standards. The coffee also, meaning too hot to drink.

Not sure why they would make us park and wait for our food but yet forget my salad? Drove all the way home and there was no salad so i called back and all they say was do you want to come back for your salad. Why should i waste gas to come back? One of the reason why i don’t never want to go to mc Donald! They always forget something it never fails. Btw why ask us what kind of sauce we like for our nuggets when you guys dont even give it to us? Please hire some people that can do the job and not rush customers out!

McDonald’s is usually my go to place for a beverage or a $ 1 breakfast sandwich
[ I cannot eat lunch or dinner there, as their mystery meat does not agree with me ]

Drive thru here is very quick do not let the lines here fool you
my caramel frappé with a shot was made perfectly & all the attendants provided smiles, what more do I need?

My four star rating reflects this location and what I ate on this visit.
I tried the new spicy McChicken sandwich. It’s the usual compressed McChicken and not a full white juicy breast and only a $ 1.00. I love the full size big breast, but this isn’t bad. This is a good start for McDonalds into the spicy chicken bracket of fast food. It has a nice, not too hot, spice. I requested a ranch dipping sauce to add. No reason to comment on the best fries in the world as they were hot and delicious. Next venture for Mickey Dees, full breast. If they hit a home run with that they could take away from the best spicy chicken sandwich at the other burger joint, Wendy’s.
This location is horrible for traffic through the driving window. Small location, too crowded. They were real fast though.
