My daughter put $ 220.96 on a prom dress at Runway Fashion. I spoke with the owner because she no longer needed the dress and I wanted to get her a dress for the amount she put down or more. The owner refused and told me that we just lose the money. We have no merchandise and they refuse to make any compromise. They said there is nothing they can do. They are only willing to take an additional $ 441.94 for the dress and that’s it. The receipt says no refunds, no exchanges, no credit, no cancellations and the government allows them just to keep my money. That is pitiful. Help me by not shopping at the store. If you are looking for a prom dress, go to Group USA instead!

They carry over 500+ high end dresses in store and have the possibility to order things too.
They are rather pricy but I’ve never been here without finding a dress.
They also have a closet in the back of imported couture one of a kind dresses from Lebanon and Dubai. No price cuts on those but they’re too gorgeous to pass up!
They also do great alterations :)
