Great view of the fort. Live reggae band sounded really good. The reason I didn’t rate them a 5 star was because the can beer I had wasn’t cold and every bar stool outside was about to break. In their defense it was 95 degrees out so its hard to keep it that cold.

If you’re out around town, must see the band Chillula. Dance funk hip hop r&b. They play at no name bar a lot.

Friendly bartenders, fun dancing music! Went on Memorial Day Monday night so it wasn’t too busy, but still a good time! Nice outdoor seating as well! I probably wouldn’t spend too much time here(more so a early to mid twenties crowd), but we went with a buzz and stayed for a drink and a shot!

My friend and I went here on a Friday night, and after a long week we were looking for a drink in a great atmosphere. We got both here. They have some pretty good specials on their board and we took advantage of those. The drinks were tasty and inexpensive! The atmosphere was awesome, the bartenders and patrons were friendly. We opted for sitting outside and the view overlooking the Castillo de San Marcos was amazing. Overall I would absolutely come back and bring people here as well!

A great spot for day drinking with cheap drinks by the water. With the Fort in front of you and the great water view, combined with the Pirate museum nearby, you can easily feel like you are a pirate from back in the day. Drink prices are ridiculously cheap. This place can get packed at night which turns into a good nightlife space. Highly recommend if you are in the area with some friends and want to grab a before dinner/after dinner drink.

Great specials on beer. Got a rolling rock for $ 2. However the bill comes out to 14.75. Meaning the rum runner i purchased was $ 12. For a place advertising so many great specials that is a ridiculous price for one drink. Decent atmosphere(most of the people here are wasted by 6 pm and dancing everywhere) nice breeze off the fort, however; I recommend only ordering drinks after asking for the price. Get verification off computer also because the bartender informed us it was only $ 8

Great«dive» bar Not much to it but a great patio with an awesome view and a bar inside, but nice selection of drinks and great prices. Definitely a good spot for a drink.

Enjoying a nice afternoon in rainy St. Augustine. Always a Great place to have happy hour — Shelter from the rain of lightning and a great place to hide from the heat too.

Light and fun atmosphere with live music and a great view. Not a great draught beer selection, would have liked some more craft beers and IPAs. Although the street was busy and the bar too, it has a «dive» feel to it, like dirty tables and kind of shabby. Worth the stop if you are walking by, but if you are like us, you will probably have one drink and keep on walking.

I had pros and cons to this bar. I came here on a Friday night. The atmosphere seemed pretty awesome until I spent some time there and not just walking by. My drink was nice and chill(Margarita) but it was a little on the weak side by personal preference I suppose. The bartender however was really friendly and made sure to ask if we wanted our glasses salted, which I appreciated. Once we got our drinks we decided to go to the outside seating as the inside was way to crowded and loud. There was one table left but no stools to be found we stood at the table to enjoy our drinks while we killed time waiting for our Ghost Tour later that night. Went to the Restroom which allows for one person at a time per male and female. How big the place is and how crowded it is this created an undesirable situation. A super long line that just seemed to not really move. I was in line for the Restroom for about 10 minutes while my friend drank alone outside waiting for me. When I finally got in the restroom the smell of ammonia literally burned my nose and eyes. There was urine all over the seat and all over the floor and the toilet was not fully flushing properly. I will be honest — it was so filthy I didn’t touch anything not even to wash my hands and I used the bottom of my shirt to open the door to get out. I heard great things about this place, but Friday night I suppose was not the night for me to go there. I am in my 30s where as most the patrons where in their early 20s which could be expected with the college being so close by. Just wasn’t my scene. We only got the one drink and left. For the mature crowd check out Stogies Jazz Club & Listening Room around the corner… a much better scene and better drinking experience.

The cups were a little bigger than what I’m used to in Tampa so the drinks were a little weaker. That’s just preference though! The bartender was friendly and the live music was great! Very good chill hang out

This is a great outdoor bar across the street from the fort. They had live music the night we were here. It is kind of on the dicey side bit a good atmosphere. Good beer selection and it looked last me a good selection of liquor even though we stuck to beer. Good place to stop by for a drink.

Awesome Bar! Another Unilocaler had told me this place was on her Bar Bucket List so I was anxious to try it out! Don’t get me wrong, it proved to be a bit of a challenge to find but when I walked in and asked the bartender what the name of the bar was and he smiled and said«The Bar with No Name» I was like JACKPOT! There are tables and chairs located outside, inside and around the bar but on this particular occasion everyone was inside(due to the rain). Sam Williams, an amazing local solo artist was singing and playing guitar to original and cover songs which had a Jack Johnson/John Mayer feel. He played from 5−9pm and then the real party began! Their is a jukebox located inside the bar and everyone seemed to be choosing Hip Hop songs. It was a blast! The bartenders Ryan and Tony were not only hot but VERY attentive! They worked that bar like it was their job!(pun intended). They were both all smiles all night and a pleasure to be around. This bar would be great for hanging out with friends, coming with a date or even coming by yourself because everyone that comes here is so friendly!

It was a rainy Friday night in the great old town of St. Augustine. The Bar With No Name was on my list of places to visit. Due to other reviews I knew it was across from the fort because it is not marked well from the street. There is a sign for a Liquor Store… I am so glad that I found this bar. The bartenders were great. They were fast and the drink special prices were great. A Modelo was 2.75…not bad. As others have said, ask first for prices on drinks other than specials. Sam was playing guitar and singing original tunes that reminded me of a cross between Jack Johnson, Dave Matthews and John Mayer. Excellent! The live music was from 5pm until 9pm. So make this an early stop on the bar crawl. After that it was mostly loud hip hop… It was all good. The crowd was lively and friendly. No bottled water at this bar, so ice water had to suffice. It is a dive bar but a great one and I will be back!

Used to be great when it first open. Last few times I’ve been in its been a disaster. The bathrooms were pretty awful. Drinks are good though.
