My boyfriend was moving until late into the evening & commuting from PB to RSD, it was getting later and he had left his storage unit open as he was grabbing one more load from the car. Without realizing it was already 7:00 pm and he had gotten locked out of the building. The manager or gentleman on duty was extremely generous for coming down and helping me out. The facility is always immaculate and the security is great.

Looked at several other storage facilities in the Rancho San Diego area, and this place won on several aspects. The price was right with the first month being half off on rent. Everybody in the front office was extremely helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions proficiently. This was one of the newer storage units, hallways are actually ventilated and not scorching hot and they keep the facilities extremely clean.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! Being in the military we’ve encountered a lot of storage units due to moving a lot and not finding a house to live in yet. Bri the front office lady is awesome (: she’s very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to finding the right unit and convenient at the same time. They do carry military rates as well which is always good in our book. This storage is well kept and clean and also offer free use of a cart dolly in the inside units. We will definitely be using them again !
