Great service and a fantastic deal! Cut my bill in half and new iPhones for life… plus a ton of laughs and fun with the staff. Thanks all for a great transition to Sprint!!!

My wife and I found this store on line and drove from Fernley to add my wife to my account as a friends and family member.
I have been a Sprint customer for years.
My wife’s Verizon had very poor coverage in Fernley and my Sprint phone has good service.
I had contacted Sprint and they told me we were eligible for a free phone on lease and a $ 100.00 a month friends and family plan with unlimited talk, text and data.
After answering the customer service persons questions she stated that the rate would be 160.00 per month and there were no free phones available.
We left and called sprint again. They directed us to the new Sprint store In Sparks at the Radio Shack store on Mccaren.
Shawn was helpful and provided us with exactly what Sprint had quoted. I even upgraded my galaxy 3 to a galaxy 5.

This sprint store is by far the best! Kindra is really knowledgable and the rest of the staff was extremely helpful. I was looking for an iPhone 6plus, which I realized after I began my search, how difficult that was. I had HORRIBLE service at the Damonte Ranch store and went to this store right after. Kindra was so helpful in helping get my new iPhone and situate the upgrade. I recommend this store for anyone needing help with an upgrade or new phone.

While the service was a little slow, I thought these guys did a great job getting me what I needed and for the best deal. I upgraded from the iPhone 5s to the Samsung Galaxy s5. The phone itself is a lot different from apple and I probably should have gotten a tutorial on how to use the phone, but I was in a hurry. The framily plan sprint offers is a great deal! If you’re looking for a certain accessory for your phone I suggest going to the corporate store because this place only has a limited selection.

This about the worst store and service you will ever find for sprint customer service. They do not know how to answer any questions and are clueless how to do upgrades. They make their customers wait for hours because they are to busy trying to figure out how to do their jobs. I have nothing against no one but if your going to be working in high/​fast paced sales area you need to know your stuff. My needs were not met.
