Burn Hookah Bar

My cousins and I visited Burn tonight and had a pretty good time. We paid $ 25 for one hookah and 3 us of blew from it. We had are coals changed twice and when we needed adjustments the staff was helpful. The music selection was a nice balance between hip hop and rap, the cashier was nice, and the ambiance was chilled.
Overall, pretty good experience but nothing to rave about.

This was the worst place I ever been!!! After buying two hookahs n one not working we asked the rude lil girl to check at least 3x to get no results but thrown out after asking for a refund on something we couldn’t use! I will not refer anyone to this childish place a d not to mention unprofessional employees. I give them a –5 star but since that’s not an option I had to give a star

This place is a joke.
I’ve been here a couple times, when it first opened, I enjoyed it.
Now it seems like they straight up don’t care.
They never answer the phone.
They’re supposed to open at noon and sometimes I’ll go there at 2 to get a head to go and guess what, still not open.
Not to mention, they’re extremely overpriced.
Last time I went it was a $ 10 cover fee and they tried to charge me $ 25 for a hookah, so I got my cover back and left. I don’t recommend this place by any means. Drive to iHookah. It’s about 2 miles down the road and 5x better.

Nice relaxing place. The staff always stays on top of the coals. I drive by 3 or 4 other places just to come here.

I had a great experience! The guy at the counter Andrew was very helpful and courteous he made sure we got what we liked and checked up on us more then he needed too. The hookah was great and it’s a nice clean environment.

If your looking for a place that has a minimum amount of flavors to smoke, more security than the white house and some quickly harsh hookah, this is the place to go! The music sounded like someone was picking songs off pandora or spotify. At best it was an okay experience, good thing iHookah is just a little farther down the street!

Went here once just to see how this place is.

1. My hookah hose was broke. After asking for a new one, I never got it.
2. Head is pure sh**.! Feels like it’s re used and I would never get my charcoals changed after asking twice!!!
Never again. Worst hookah place in town.

I try not to judge any place on on just one visit. I have been here twice now but based on my last visit pretty much any positive experiences I had the first visit were wiped out.
Burn is situated in a strip mall facing the street. there is indoor and out door seating. Several couches with flat screen TVs on the wall as well as some high top tables in the center.
On my first visit i stopped by on a day off during the week. I was greeted by a friendly hostess and encouraged to sit wherever I would like. I ordered a Hookah and ice hose and sat down. After fiddling around with the TV remote for a while I asked the hostess about it and she tried as well and came to the conclusion that it wasn’t working (thanks) the Hookah was good and she was very attentive keeping up on the coals and checking in to she If i needed anything. All in all it was a positive experience. I really should have counted my blessings and stopped there but because of the first visit I rated them 2 stars.
My next visit occurred at about 9:00 pm on a Sunday. I called from a bout 5 mins away and was told there were a few couches available as well as a group about to leave and she confirmed they had the game on. I showed up and the first thing that hit me was a not so pleasant smell. (If you are a Hookah smoker you know that this is unusual, hookah shIsha it a pretty pleasant smell across the board) in addition the place was pretty full and the only seating available was right in front of the door. Chairs not a couch and way in a corner in a «cubbie» in the back, also chairs not a couch. The music was extremely loud and very unpleasant. pretty much consisted on the N word and multiple female body parts. I’m not offended by much but this seemed pretty over the top. some table where up and shouting enjoying it as well as the 2 employees i saw. the game was on a couple TVs but nowhere I could see them without sitting at a high top table in the middle of the lounge. I ordered a Hookah and sat and watched the employees dance around and hand out some hookahs. Mine was not one of them. I decided it was no the place for me.
