San Marcos, TX
Stayed here recently and was very disappointed in their customer service. The manager was very rude. I was appalled at her attitude for no apparent reason. We stayed in 704 and our condo was very nice and well stocked with cooking supplies. The security guards were probably the only pleasant employees at this condominium complex. My biggest concern was the fact that our condo did not lock. The lock was broken the whole time with our belongings unsecured during entire stay. After our second day and second call to office asking them to fix it we were giving nothing but a quick and annoyed response telling us we will get to it. They never did. I would not stay here again

New Braunfels, TX
An old «mall» renovated into a hotel. Family suite is awesome. 2 king size beds, a pull out sofa bed, kitchenette, spacious bathroom and a huge shower. Front desk was very helpful on check in. Will definetly be staying here again on our next vacation to SPI!
