A Permanent Solution Precision Technique Electrolysis

I am not sure why Unilocal didn’t post my original review in May even though I can see it in my Unilocal account so I am going to report via an update: Jade is the best-​I have been having electrolysis treatments for about 15 years. Started going once a week for 45 minutes, then once every 2 weeks for about 5 years. I moved to San Diego from Chicago in 2003 and Jade was one of the first people I met as I needed to find a new gal pronto! Jade made so much permanent progress that I was able to start coming every 3 weeks, start work on areas I had never been able to focus on before, shorten 3 week appts to 30 minutes, then start coming every couple months for 30 minute touch ups. She has a talent for knowing the perfect amount of current needed and finishes up with cooling/​oil treatment. Sometimes I will have slight red bumps in worked on area which are easily covered up if desired and gone within a day, but most times you can’t even tell even though I have sensitive/​fair skin. To sum it up-​she is too good and will need new clients as she eradicates the unwanted hair problem on her current clients. She has been in the business for 25 years with thousands of satisfied customers, so to see she had only 1 review claiming how awful she is was shocking to me. I want anyone else who found her on Unilocal to hear my experience, try her out for themselves, and come back to post a review of your own experience for her :)

Saw the owner Jade Easton for electrolysis appointment. Had multiple areas worked on including eyebrows and upper lip. Jade was polite and able to fit me into her schedule with very little notice. I am giving her a rating of 1 star because that evening the redness on my face did not go away even after using aloe Vera, tea tree oil and lavender oil. The next morning I woke up with little burns all over the areas she worked on. My eyebrows and upper lip was covered with little scabs. I’ve seen 3 other electrolygists in the recent past and this had never happened before. Jade burned my face badly because she used too high of heat and worked on the areas too long. I left her a polite voicemail telling her of my concerns and she offered to put some tea tree oil on the burns. She made sure to cash my check immediately. I’m not pleased with this experience at all and I will never go back. I pray that Jade did not leave me with any scarring on my face.
