Dr Haines and Staff are great! Beautiful, clean office, I would strongly recommend. The Dr was very conservative and caring. On the same day I had my cleaning done by the hygienist and I can honestly say it was the best cleaning I’ve every had. She was very thorough and knowledgeable!

We have been living in snohomish for over 30 years, I started out with Ted, been going to him for years. I had dental insurance from my job and also my husbands. Never a problem, until one day I was told that he was changing his billing and that all dental bills had to be paid in full and that we would have to wait for our insurance to re-imburse us. You know how costly it can be, and I don’t have an extra thousand or two to throw down to pay off Ted while I have to wait to be re-imbursed. If you’re rich and can do this fine, otherwise go to Monroe Family Denistry, they’re open for evening appts and saturdays too. Dr Pratt is great. And they bill your insurance!!! yeah!!!

Dr Haines has taken care of my husbands family for years. When I moved to Snohomish I naturally tried him out as my possible new Dentist. I have gone 4 times for my regular cleanings and one time for a sharp edge on a tooth to get filed down. He smoothed my tooth and then put some filling material on the new smooth edge. My tooth hurt for a few days. When I called the office told me it was normal. I felt something sharp in my mouth and after eating a cracker a small dental tool drill bit aka bur fell out. I was again told this is normal. My tooth still hurts and I am searching for a new Dentist. I do not recommend this business for your dental needs.

Easy to get an appointment, always willing to tell you all the available options or try something different if you want something that isn’t on their menu (my mom wanted a plate just like she got way back in the day even though no one did them any more and Dr. Haines made one for her), and they are cutting edge tech. All the bells and whistles to get it done right the first time. I even can communicate via email and get email reminders about appointments. They always keep to their schedule. I never wait in the waiting room past my appointment time. Love them!
