SOTASTY! and SO many choices. The seasoned fries were also good and they had great customer service. The girls in there were super friendly. I’ll definitely be returning!

First time here. I got the jackfruit smoothie and it’s actually pretty good. BUT the two stars are because of the«customers». One of them commented«dayum gurl», as I walked out, then proceeded to follow me out to my car and knock on my window, trying to talk to me, and would not let up, even when I told him that I was not interested. I understand that they can’t control who comes in, but I definitely will not be going back.

I really want to give it another star but it just wasn’t happening. The moment I was parking, a bunch of kids were playing and hanging out right in front of Honeysuckle. I almost wanted to drive away. I’ve been wanting to try the place so I stayed. Mind you, I tried really hard to ignore the rowdiness. They were the only ones there as «customers». It must be a daily routine. Looking over the menu, they had a good amount to choose from. Thanks to Unilocal,I was informed that Thai teas are cheaper on Tuesdays. A regular size is $ 1.50 and large is $ 2. You might as well upgrade. Toppings are 50cents extra. THEREDVELVETMILKTEA was a complete AMAZEBALLS! It’s a must try for me. The flavor was all there. I should’ve gotten a large but just in case I didn’t like it, I stuck with the regular size. I like how they have outlets to charge at the tables. Thumbs up. But there’s only 3 tables and it’s difficult to do work. Not your place. I’d come back to try the other drinks. Definitely not on after school hours though. No thank you. Service was good. The guy was nice.

It was alright. I didn’t see any macarons like in all the review pics. Kind of bare in there, like they are still moving in.

0 stars. This place had me paying 3 bucks for a frigging cup of coffee. I said to the little girl at the register, must be awesome coffee. Waited 5, 10, then 15 minutes and i was like excuse me, where is the awesome coffee, i gotta roll. She’s like, we can’t find our coffee filters. Pffft. Gimmie my 3 bucks back. Ill go to the del taco across the street. You could’ve told me 12 minutes ago that u lost the coffee filters. Thanks for nothing

To keep it short and simple: meh. Drinks are bland and their«milk teas» I don’t think are made with actual milk so they have a very odd metallic flavor… Not a fan. The interior is very bland and kind of sad looking. Employees are nice, if my I would’ve given them 2 stars.

I’m always on the hunt for good bobba. I love it. I came upon this place on Unilocal and decided to check it out. The bobba was pretty decent, I wouldn’t call it really great like Bobba Express in Costa Mesa, but I have also had worse. It was very nice, I am not sure if I would go back to this place over the place over by CSULB, but I woudn’t tell people not to go.

I’ve been here many times so I’ll give my overall review. Don’t expect much from here or you may be disappointed. The interior of Honeysuckle isn’t very appealing compared to other boba shops around. It’s plain and there’s not many places to sit. There’s 3 small tables inside with a couple of chairs. One time these group of people took over two tables and all the chairs except one so my cousin and I just took our drinks and hung out in my car in their parking lot. Lol. Most of the drinks are decent. The best drink from them that I actually really like is the Green Tea Arnold Palmer with strawberry jelly. They also have the prettiest smoothie which isn’t on the menu. It’s called the cosmic smoothie with oreo bits. So good! Try it. Food is not bad either. I must say they do have one of the best popcorn chicken and is one of the only place that actually makes it extra spicy. Service is good. Friendly and attentive. Never had a problem with parking so that’s good too. 3 out of 5 for me. It’s decent, neat, and friendly service. That’s enough for me to stop by here and there. :)

Cute little boba/juice/tea/snack shop tucked away at the end of a plaza. Service was very nice and my green apple icy slush tasty and refreshing. Prices are fair, they have a great selection, it took forever to decide what to get. Simple, but very clean and bright store with only a few tables, best option is to go here. I’ll have to come back and try something else next time!

Mmmmmm… BOBA…it’s never a bad time for boba! Boba makes everyone smile and every tummy happy… came in for some yummy boba. this place jst opened so it’s clean! It’s quite a cute little place. We ordered icy slush green apple, mango, passion fruit, taro and green tea passion fruit. no macaroons only cause they wasn’t any left so I didn’t have the chance to try one, but nxt time I will. It seems to be a bit pricey $ 4 for a small and $ 4.50 for a large(the reason why I said its pricey it’s because the size of the cup is a bit small for that price) I’ve been to other boba places and they’re around the price but the size is bigger! But It’s ok I’ll continue to support my peeps here in lb! *They take cards and cash*

First tried out this place on a whim with a couple of friends who were craving milk tea. Our usual place, Cha for Tea, was closed due to renovation, so we trucked over to Honeysuckle. The plaza is tiny and kind of easy to miss, but lots of parking. There’s two metal tables with a couple of chairs outside, and there’s about three square tables inside for sitting. Not too big, but not teeny tiny either. If you’re here to chill with friends, they have games and puzzles in a corner by the bathrooms, which is pretty cool. I think this place averages a regular 3. I’m not amazed, but it’s not bad either! My favorite thing to get here is the almond milk tea(half sweet) and the popcorn chicken. I was originally going to give 4 or 5 stars, BUT I just came back from Honeysuckle right now and I’m a bit peeved. They have the Fivestars rewards system, and every now and then you’ll get a text saying you’ve got a coupon for something or the other. So i get a text on a Thursday saying that I’ve got a coupon for«Buy one snack, get a drink free.» It expires the following Sunday. So, on Saturday, me and my BF get all amped up for our chicken and tea and drive over to Honeysuckle, only to find out they were closed for fumigation! It didn’t say anything on Unilocal or their facebook page. So I was super bummed about not being able to use my coupon. I came back tonight, and asked if they might still honor it, since I would’ve been able to use it if they weren’t being fumigated. The cashier just gave me a blank look and said«maybe next time.» Lol. I still tipped him 2 dollars for a to-go order, I don’t even know why I did that. Oh well. The popcorn chicken is still juicy and crunchy and hot, and the drinks are decent. I shall probably still come back.

Cute little place. Me and my friend tried the popcorn chicken, fries, boba’s, and I had a fruity pebble macaron. Everything was amazing! One thing to remember though, is that this is a small plaza and very easy to miss on the busy pch. We missed it and had to do a U-Turn. Other than that this place is awesome.

Smaller location than I expected! The store is very small and there are only 3 tables. They have a very large variety to select from, in terms of drinks. Only 4 different foods. Staff is pretty nice but we waited more than half an hour for our orders to come out. My friend and I only ordered a drink and appetizer each and we were the only ones in the store. Not sure if we came on a bad day or what the deal was— noticed that they had a health inspector visiting. Another lady just ordered a smoothie and was left waiting for a while too. Besides the luck of efficiency, the popcorn chicken was really good and they give you a lot for $ 4.50. The Mint chocolate milk tea was interesting. Kinda powdery but I’m up to trying more things there. Not bad… But make sure you have time and aren’t in a rush when you come! — — — — — — — — — — — — — - White Chocolate milk tea: very sweet. I usually like sweet but I wouldn’t order this again. Caramel milk tea: my new favorite! Perfect amount of sweetness and actually tastes like caramel. I find myself comparing a lot of drinks from other boba shops to this one. Haven’t found one that’s as good yet

There are two things I really enjoy about this place. Their first one is the amount off games they have available. It’s a nice place to hang out with friends and it didn’t get too crowded. The second is the service. The employees have always been very nice and accommodating. They never seem annoyed I’d you stay for long. The drinks are good too. They have a wide selection but personally they Are a little too sweet for my taste. And inn not sure how they make them but the milk teas seem like they are artificial powder or something.

Not really that good. Though I am grading on a curve here. The good: –The flavor of the milk tea slush part of our drink was good. –The macarons are from Doly’s Delectables(not in house), which are good quality. I usually have them fresh from Doly, which is of course better, but this wasn’t bad. The bad: –Slow service. We were one of two groups in there and they seem to take a long time making the drinks. –A slush should not be blended to the point where it is no longer a slush. The slush lost its slushness somewhere along the way. –The Blackout… what a waste of a drink. On paper it sounds good. Milk tea slush with whipped cream and crumbled Oreo on top. But in practice it’s a mess. The Oreo is pointless because you don’t get any of it in the drink until you’ve had ¾ of it already and you can finally mix it in. And by then a lot of the Oreo has just stuck to the side of the cup. –Not super clean. A few ants and spiders walking around on the counter. I really wanted to give this place more, considering the flavor was good. I’m willing to admit there might be a gem here among their 50 different flavors of milk tea. But I just wasn’t very impressed.

Plenty of flavors to choose from with some fruit bit add-on options. The wait can be kinda long sometimes so it’s nice that they have board games and giant minion playing cards available for customer use. There’s also free wifi, yay! They do need more seating area though, there’s only three or four tables inside that are always taken. The macaroons looked very tempting and they had interesting flavors that day including Vietnamese coffee and birthday cake. The portion of the popcorn chicken is a lot bigger than Tapioca express and other boba shops. And the food comes in nifty takeout boxes instead of paper bags. The crispy tofu was pretty good too. This place is pretty close to my ideal boba shop. Good food, good service, lotsa Boba flavors, games… It just needs more seating and a TV playing kpop, jpop, or something Asian.

Ring the bell. I stood for maybe 7 or 8 minutes before seeing it on the counter. Nobody came out. They were making drinks behind the wall. The Thai Tea Boba was yummy. Just as good as anywhere else I’ve been. I like the Cha for Tea offers levels sweetness– not sure this place offers that, but would be nice as most of these drinks are super sweet. They had board games off to the side and a couple tables. The sign doesn’t look like it belongs to a Boba-type place, so I passed it Twice! It’s also in the corner near a stairwell, so easy to overlook. They also had some unique flavored macaroons! Might try one next time. There is parking in the lot. I didn’t have any issue finding a space.

Pretty happy about this place opening in LB! As there are no good boba places. This is definitely my to-go spot now. Lavender milk tea is a thumbs up!!! So happy they have this option! The boba has good texture. The regular milk tea was eh. Tasted kind of watery. This should have been easy to get right… We also got their popcorn chicken which was o-k. Good portion size, the taste was o-k, I probably wouldn’t get this too many times as I think our tummies were like protesting. no more fried stuff! They have GAMES. Hubby and I had a great time playing battle of the sexes … There are only two tables in here which is kind of odd cause they have the space for more. Also, the décor is hugely lacking! Looks kind of like a warehouse at the moment. They could use some improvements in this area :). Honeysuckle if you’re reading this, please! The décor! It could be way cuter and welcoming. Overall though, hoorah for lavender milk tea boba in Long Beach!

The employees are nice and it’s a cute shop. Unfortunately the quality of their products is lacking. When I inquired about the flavors available, the employee quickly let me know that everything is artificial. With a couple visits and a few of us there, we tried a number of menu items. Overall, it’s not really worth additional return visits. The good: Fried tofu and French fries– You can select the level of spiciness for the tofu, very cool. Fries are seasoned. Hard to mess up stuff like this. This is worth ordering, but not really worth a trip for. Not so good: Macarons– they are not good. Just really not good. Very artificial tasting, the pistachio tasted like cleaning chemicals. We bought almost every flavor they have and none were worth eating. Not enough filling either. Drinks are mediocre. The popping balls are fun, but the quality of the ingredients and artificial flavors are disappointing.
