OMG Sarah is the best I am really picky about my eyebrows but I gave Sarah a try after reading the Unilocal reviews and she is the BEST!!! she did them exactly how I wanted they were perfect

Went back to Sara & now eyebrows are WAY too thin. I told her this & she said that’s the way my eyebrows grew. Um. Back to threading I go. I won’t be returning.

I love Sara! She is amazing at what she does. I always pay a visit to her to wax my eyebrows. I don’t trust anyone else but her. She definitely takes her time and cares about her clients. It is not your usual 5 minute wax session.

I have been Sarah’s customer since 2001. She provides fantastic facials and waxing. You haven’t lived until you’ve had a facial with her.

I found this establishment through Unilocal,I love love love my eyebrows. Sarah is the best! The establishment is outdated, but sometimes those are the hidden gems. This place definitely is. I’m going to come back to see how the pedicure is. I was in a rush during my lunch hour as I work right down the street, so just got my eyebrows done today. Again, Sarah is the best.

I can’t tell you her name but she was amazing. I won’t bore you with the crap we chatted about even thought it made my day, or even my month. Buttttttttt the pedicure was amazing. She took her time and didn’t rush. She made sure my toes were on point from be moment she started to the very end. She even rubbed my calves when I was waiting to dry! Talk about wonderful service. For $ 15 I figured it would be kinda crappy. Damn was I wrong! I will say one thing though. Call and make an appointment. She books up daily. But I now see why! She’s personable and great at her job. You can tell she wants her clients to feel beautiful from start to finish.

I’ve been having issues with my feet (very bad dry skin) and I haven’t found anyone who pays attention to them. Until now! Mek is the best and is my new nail tech. My first time trying her and I love her. She’s such a nice lady and makes you feel so comfortable. I was so embarrassed over my feet but she explained what I should do to heal the dry skin and I’m hopeful. Until next time.

Sara is my go-​to eyebrow lady. She does such a great job every time I go and see her for brow waxing. She really takes her time and is such a sweet person. I get compliments about my eyebrows all the time– thanks Sara!

Three of us came by to get a mani/​pedi and we didn’t even get to get in even though they were open. The door was lock and we could see people were inside and the employee came to the door and we asked if they were open and she just stared at us contemplating if she should let us in. So we left, rude before even setting foot inside the place. Never coming back.

I loved getting my eyebrows done here by Sara and plan to go for the duration of my college life here in long beach. She definitely takes her time to perfect everything and charges little to nothing (I paid $ 10 including tip)
The location isn’t closed!!! It seems as though she will only open the shop when people call the number listed above. They aren’t open on a normal basis, seems to be calls only. Which is a little inconvenient but well worth it

You’re making a mistake going anywhere else for your eyebrows.
Sara is THE best eyebrow lady I have ever had in my entire life.
She takes her time on your eyebrows, perfecting them so you never feel like you’re being rushed out of there. Costs less than $ 10.
I seriously can’t speak highly enough of Sara’s services. She is a wonderful lady, and also does great facials!

This is the only place I go to for my eyebrows! Sara is so friendly and remembered me after only going there once! She is so sweet and that’s why I will always get them done here.

I’ve been coming here for years to get my eyebrows done and this review is long over due!
It’s not a fancy spa place and the place is a bit outdated. BUT you get amazing results with the best customer service!
Sara is the person who does facials and eyebrows at this location, it is best to make an appointment with her instead of just showing up. She’ll go out of her way to make it happen for you, I’ve had to call her a few times to make an appointment on Sunday. She usually doesn’t work that day but like I said, she’ll go out of her way to build a lasting relationship with her clients.
I’ve tried the whole eyebrow threading and it’s just not worth it, they don’t try to understand how to shape your eyebrows or even how to compliment your eyebrows to your face shape. Some places they don’t even trim your brows and are done in 10 minutes! Not her, she takes the time to give you the proper arch, trim and pluck little ones to give a clean look.

Ever since I went to do my brows here, I never went anywhere else. Sara is super sweet and will take her time on your brows. I love her!

Sara has been taking care of my skin for over 20 years. No one believes my age, I honestly look 15 years younger, and I give credit to Sara. She is an educated Esthetician who knows her trade. As, mentioned in other reviews, nothing fancy here, just great care– make an appointment, no waiting-​I get ‘the works’: facial, extraction, brow shaping, waxing of peach fuzz, head, shoulder, arm massage. Fabulous and relaxing. I would not and do not go anyplace else.

Sarath is da Bomb! What an exceptional lady that does exceptional wax eyebrow work on me! Cheap, professional, thorough, personable & educational. Painless, delicate follow-​thru. Got a mani-​pedi from Navi (no talk, just work & I so appreciate that). Tee did a half a-​Bettie Page that ended up working well for me. So going back. Good ladies & good work for a little dive hole-​in-​the-​wall. All that=$ 48 (sans tips). Gotta love it.

Honestly,
I never come here for the for my nails, I never actually got my nails done here but the ladies do seem very nice and they are asking me how i am and questions as if they were doing my nails… So your wondering why do i come then i come to get my hair done, i have been getting my hair done my this stylist for half my young life and i wouldn’t want any one else even coming close to this hair…
Maybe one day I will actually get my nails done, and then I’ll have to rewrite this review but until then i say if your hair is a HOT ASS MESS then come in and get your hair done I’ll be the one under the dryer reading a book and eating chocolate…

Sara is a very sweet lady who makes your eye brows look great. She takes her time and it’s worth it because she is meticulous about shaping your eyebrows to compliment your face.
I came here for years until I had to move. When I came back to the area after years away she still remembered my name, details about my life and all the conversations we had. I came here recently after getting my eyebrows threaded at a spot in Artesia. I went to one of those spots where there were long waits in a room full of chairs. It feels like an assembly line. Not with Sara. She personalizes her time and services with you.
I also don’t believe the claims by those threading places that waxing is bad for you and threading is better. I came back here after one of those threading assembly lines messed up my eyebrows and they were uneven. I looked like I had a perpetual raised right eyebrow. Not only did Sara fix it but she made my eyebrows look great. She’s also very gentle when she works.
It’s not a fancy schmancy place (just a small room in the back with a table) but her services are great and very affordable. I’m one of those women that has extensive peach fuzz all over my face. She can even wax your whole face. At the time of this writing it’s only $ 25 for everything. She is careful and clean, applies antibiotic cream and I’ve never had ingrown hairs or infections or anything like that. Her facials are only $ 30 and she makes your skin look wonderful.
I’ve never had to wait because she’s always free which partly makes me not want to write this review in fear that more people will discover Sara.
Don’t expect a spa like décor but do expect great service. I go out of my way to see Sara and won’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows again.
