Rob and Pandora are the greatest! I am over three years late in writing a stellar review, but better late than never! I met them in early 2009, I secured a bid for a small remodeling job at my condo in Fremont. Pandora immediately understood my vision and design scope for the kitchen, living room and bathroom. This was based on just looking at the backsplash and flooring tiles I had purchased in San Francisco. She is extremely organized and very good at communication. At times, I had to coordinate efforts with her from SF, so I was very pleased that everything she picked for me was spot on. It made the stress of a long distance remodeling, that much easier. Rob and his crew were very cognizant that it was a condo and covered the flooring in common areas and kept dust and noise levels down. Rob built these amazing window sill coverings built of of bamboo. No one else has these (I hope)…but he was extremely creative in designing and building them in the sill. I wish they lived here in San Francisco, I would refer them to everyone I know!!! They are that good! They’re also fun to be around, as we shared a common love of food and wine. They good people and a great firm. I am looking forward to purchasing another investment property tin Seattle. There is no doubt in my mind, they will be the team for me. Anyone in the vicinity of Seattle and looking for a contractor should definitely secure a bid from PTB. I wish them continued success!
