I went to draw with sidewalk chalk in their little parking lot once when I was like 12 or 13 and some old shithead ran out told me that I was on private property and had to leave or he would call the cops. I shit you not, I was drawing cute shit like rainbows and cats.
A friend and I wandered in there one day to see if they had any bell buzzers. (That just seemed like something they would have if their specialty truly was building radios or whateverthefuck. And I wanted to ‘support local business’ instead of going to Radioshack or something.)
But the meeeeeaaaaan old guy behind the counter said, «Sorry we don’t carry anything like that. You have to leave.»
I was like, «Are you sure? Do you have anything similar to what I’m lookin for?»
And that douchebag mumbled something about requiring a certain level of education to shop there or something and told me to leave again.
So sorry Unilocal,I have no idea if they accepted credit cards or what their price range was because I was only in there for all of 15 seconds. And «bitchy» is not an option under the «Atmosphere» section.
A cautionary word of advice to business owners: never do this. I’ll put a curse on your building and you’ll be out of business before 2013.
