Came over to buy a purse… based on location from Unilocal!Got here. Fashion Square very disappointed because the store closed and Fossil has not updated that info. So bought a purse at Bloomingdales!

I came in to get a new battery on my awesome Fossil watch. I was first greeted by Alex, friendly and very helpful. Once the battery was replaced, we noticed there was an issue with adjusting the date. turns out, there’s an 11 year warranty. So, I filled out a form, handed over my watch, and it will be fixed. no charge. The store it self is beautiful. clean, streamlined, warm; the staff just made it a perfect in store experience. thank you!

The staff is so nice and helpful! They also have a lot of patience because I had some trouble deciding which watch I wanted to buy. They have a large selection of everything and the quality of their items are 5⁄5. I haven’t had any issues with their watches but if I do, this will be my go-​to location to get it resolved.

Excellent customer service here. My sunglasses broke that I bought in April. Fossil gives you an one year warranty on them. I brought my broken sunglasses back here and gave them to the gentleman (I forgot to grab his name but he’s really tall like 6’5?) and he looked at them. He agreed they could not be repaired and looked up what they had in stock. He said he would be right back and brought out a new pair. He apologized again for the broken glasses (which is awesome because they did not break them) and gave me the new ones. He thanked me for my business! Very professional, kind, and customer focused. I will be back to buy more merchandise. I highly recommend this location!!!
