US Federal Courthouse

Love the U/A’s!!! Drink plenty of fluids before leaving the casa to avoid a long wait in the lobby filled with women’s magazines. Street parking takes a minute to get, but a little patience can make it economically affordable.

The courthouse does not have a parking lot so you must find parking in a garage, lot or the street.
The grounds are clean with plenty of greenery.
When you enter through the revolving doors, please remember to show your ID and prepare to go through the security line. I unfortunately had to remove my shoes and scan them with my purse because I kept on going off. I think they were a little bored because no one was there.
It is very clean inside and quite quiet as well. The elevators moved fast and the clerks are extremely kind and patient as long as you have your documents organized. Definitely a change of pace compared to the King County Superior Courthouse or the other district and municipal courts. No stinky feet smell here. They also had numerous purell containers throughout the building.
