I normally go here for my coffee or matcha tea which is pretty good and milder than Starbucks in my opinion. Today I was craving a smoothie and most places in this area for smoothies open after 8 am. So I decided to grab one from here. Unfortunately this smoothie has ruined my positive opinion about this place. In the midst of enjoying the strawberry, banana with yogurt drink, I guess they decided to add pieces of hair because, I chocked on one long piece I slurped up through the straw and noticed there were several others waiting their turn. Being completely disgusted I rushed over to complain and the barista made it seem like no big deal and asked to make me another one. She made another but I couldnt drink it because i was nervous about more hair pieces. I’m unsure about continuing to make this my morning run.

I am from Tacoma so we don’t have many Tully’s down there, but I have been working in Seattle and started trying it. WOWGREATCOFFEE! Better then the other place, they who shall not be named. I walk in and the girls know my order before I get to the counter. They are so friendly I love it. I did try a couple other Tully’s but this one is the best. They get the right amount of Caramel everytime. It is very consistent. They call my drink the pretty venti caramel macciatto! Yummy.

ok so I get the homeless and drug user problem down here, but, Im disabled and have severe stomach issues, as I was in the bathroom for no more than 10 min security came in, 2 women and 2 men in the mens bathroom, claming«someone told them I had needles on me and they needed to search me» I said«NO F#@$ INGWAY» first off how would«they» know if I had anything. I have enough freakin issues as is I dont need this kind of crap too. Remember there is normal people out there still.

Tully’s, I am a fan. I came here on my third day in Seattle and was greeted by two very nice baristas, one of who promptly took my order. The coffee here tastes better than what I’ve had at Starbucks or Coffee Bean(both of which tend to make their drinks too sweet). The place was also far less crowded than Starbucks and was nice and warm for me, a native Californian not used to cold Seattle weather. When I asked to use the restroom, the barista was more than willing to unlock the door for me. Overall, I like Tully’s, especially this location. I wish they had franchises in California!

This Tully’s is right next to the train station, which pretty much guarantees that I’ll stop by before the train back home. Believe it or not, it was my first time visiting a Tully’s. I went with something safe: cold brew with vanilla. Their cold brew is BOMB. So good. WAY better than sbucks iced coffee. I definitely want to come back to try their pastries and maybe another drink besides cold brew… But I’ll probably get cold brew. P. S. There’s a barista named Brooke here who is ADORABLE and she reminds me of Emma Stone.

This Tully’s is just across the Union Square courtyard from where I work, which means it’s excellently convenient when I simply must have a coffee fix. The prices are exactly the same as Starbucks too, but unlike Starbucks where the line of people is outrageous during morning and lunch rushes, Tully’s always seems to be able to handle the crowd. I much prefer their mochas and lattes, which means I can’t really comment on the quality of their coffee, but the drinks are delicious and always come out quickly. For a chain when I’m taking a break from work, they’re exactly what I need.

Tully’s coffee is very mediocre in my opinion so I usually don’t drink it. The ambiance here is cool. Even at 8AM on a Friday morning I saw people chilling in the shop with their morning coffee. I tried their cinnamon scone here(Y U NOHAVECHOCOLATECHIPSCONE? ?). It was okay. The cinnamon icing on the top was a bit too thick and too sweet for my liking, and I felt that the inner scone was a tad bit dry. But the scone was rather large and made for a good quick treat.

Tully’s Coffee in the ID is a cozy café that is a welcome respite from that over-hyped corporate giant across the plaza. Rich and aromatic brews are professionally prepared by courteous and perky staff. My first visit was certainly a positive one.

INCREDIBLYRUDESTAFF! Asked to use the restroom after buying a drink and was told, after asking two separate employees and waiting in line, «technically, we don’t have a public restroom.» Uh, how about for your paying customers? FYI, Starbucks has a restroom, as does the little bakery shop across the way. Take your business their.

Beverage is your standard Tully’s. The location is nice, with a good sized plaza outside for nice days. There are plenty of seats, and never seems to be as busy as Starbucks just a stone throw away. The décor is a bit worn, but acceptable. The free wifi works great. The place is clean. The service is quick and friendly. The one odd thing is they share the building’s bathroom, so a barista needs to take you to the bathroom to buzz you in. Not a big deal. I feel bad for the baristas having to do this though.

I hit this place every day during the work week. Super friendly staff that serves up great tasting drinks(which cost less then Starbucks). Don’t miss the buttermilk roll breakfast sandwiches — amazingly good.

If you don’t give a crap about how your coffee tastes, or if you prefer the taste of stale burned pencil shavings, then go here. I ordered a caramel macchiato and the Batista had forgotten the caramel drizzle. When I asked for it she said it costs 35 cents extra– on a caramel macchiato?! She reluctantly put a small line of caramel on top of the foam. Yipee! Too bad it wasn’t enough to conceal the charred taste of my week old burned espresso. Starbucks, I’m sorry I let you down!

Bermuda Triangle of Coffee in Union Station. Tully’s — Starbucks — Specialties If you don’t want a line or anything to eat, go here. Best option if you’re in a hurry to get to the office and grab a drink.

No line at this place. Darn good reason. Staff could give a rip if you are satisfied or not. Its hard to screw up coffee and service more than these guys.

Oh Tully’s. You deserve better than a 2-star review. 4 – 5 days a month I visit this Tully’s in the early morning, on the way to work. There’s a Starbucks kiddy-corner to this Tully’s, but unlike Starbucks, Tully’s rarely has more than two people waiting in line. Sure, Tully’s doesn’t have fancy packaged appeteazers(they do have local PINKS bakery treats), or a free download every day, but they’ve never let me down in the arena of what I’m Really looking for, which is hot black caffeine.

Average coffee shop close to work. Never as crowded as the Starbucks caddy corner to it. Staff is pretty friendly. Make sure to ask for the AAA discount.

This was my first coffee in Seattle and it was a major disappointment. I imagine they’re quite conveniently located for the Amazon office there, and they have an amazing WiFi connection, but my cappuccino was sour, which is a bad sign. Since then, I’ve had amazing cappuccinos in other establishments. Their espresso shake is not bad, but that doesn’t outweigh their inability to make a good cappuccino.
