The barista that took my order and prepared my drink was absolutely bubbly and all smiles. She prepared a great frozen blended coffee drink, and upon hearing of my previous less than stellar experience, offered me my drink on the house.

Came for coffee and some fruit on a workday morning. While I was dissappointed they didn’t have one piece of fruit, the French Roast was really good. Definitely one of the best cups I’d had in a while. Will return tomorrow because it was that good. If you like a bold, dark roast then this is it.

It’s a good thing I like the people that work here cuz this Tully’s takes forever to get your coffee! The employees are all friendly and helpful, they just need a sense of urgency in their work.
I always get the drip coffee and a toasted Asiago bagel with cream cheese, stuff that’s pretty hard to screw up. Otherwise, it’s all the usual Tully’s crap. The store under-​orders the pastries, so they’re always sold out by lunchtime. Sandwiches are extremely overpriced and low quality.
Come to think of it, I should probably give 3 stars. I guess I’m just happy to have a coffee place within walking distance to my work.
