Food was delicious. Service was outstanding. We loved learning about the restaurant’s history. The manager Ryan was friendly and helpful and left us with a memorable experience.

I was exploring Seattle EARLY morning before the heavy crowds and the smell of bacon had me crawling here. Loved the chef and the locals gave me a great organic history of Pike Market. As soon as I returned a week later off my ship, this was my first stop before the airport. BLT!

Fabulous breakfast croissants and pastries.. even their customers blend coffee was superb– didn’t even need to add cream or sugar as black had excellent flavor. We’ll be back!

Last summer, I had a group of Girl Scouts in Seattle and we stopped by for lunch. They were so patient, talking to each of the 15 girls to get their order just right, making them perfect, and labeling with the girls names for easy distribution. Plus, it tasted amazing! Even our picky girls were happy. My mother and I were in Seattle today and knew we needed to get another sandwich for our plane ride home. When we explained what we wanted, the girl was SUPER sweet and helped pack everything that was liquidy/moist(tomatos, pickles, chicken salad) in seperate containers so we could build our sandwiches on the plane. It was just fabulous! And they were so good! Even 4.4 hours later, still fresh and delish! Can’t wait to visit again on my next trip to Seattle!

Got a frosted sugar cookie as well as a chocolate chip cookie! The sugar cookie was great! Nice and buttery and the royal icing on top wasn’t too sweet. The chocolate chip cookies was just okay. It looked better than it tasted but definitely still good enough to eat it all :) The man at the register was very nice and there were tons of choices to choose from!

Came here at the end of the day and there was still a decent selection of sweets. I got a few treats… two snickerdoodle cookies, one lavender shortbread, one cranberry pistachio shortbread, and one earl grey tea shortbread. Everything was good and not too sweet. My favorite was the earl grey tea shortbread. I would like to try some of their other offerings if back in the area, especially their shortbread bars and scones. Prices are reasonable. I would have given this place five stars except that the man at the window was acting very brash.

We loved this bakery, they have an impressive selection of breads and baked goods. The only thing we tried were the Earl Grey Shortbread Cookies and the Cinnamon Walnut Rugelach. Both were fantastic! I would love to try more the next time we are in Seattle. The breads look amazing!

One of my favorite stops in Pike Place and no line! HA! It may not have as many reviews and be as popular on Unilocal as other stops in the Market… but it deserves to be. The Rugelach is seriously out of this world! The Strawberry White Chocolate and Apricot Walnut was jam-packed with flavor and layered to perfection. The Chocolate Drop Cookie is soft and delicate. The Almond Mounds bar is DIVINE. Friendly service and VERY affordable. This will be a staple in all future Seattle trips.

As a Seattle resident I have been trying to get to Pikes Market more often for shopping for dinner items. I remembered three girls bakery for treats and fresh loaves of bread. Since we were making homemade rueben sandwiches, I was very happy to see not one but two styles of homemade tangy rye bread in the window here! I now Highly recommend the rye, nice size loaf for 5 bucks. It really held the sourkraut well with a spongy center and crispy crust, this bread made the meal great! They also serve breakfast pastries, coffee and sandwiches at a lil counter in the market! Stop by and support your local artisans in the Market!

I’ve been going to the Market for over 20 years and while the cheese monger and my primary produce person are right next to the Three Girls Bakery — yesterday was the first time I bought some treats. Bread & pastries. The prices for a number of things are surprisingly reasonable. I did shy away from the croissants because they seemed pricey. Now I’m regretting that because I’m sure based on the other items I bought they are probably well worth it. An extra note: the young gal that helped me was super friendly /cheerful despite working on her feet on a brick floor all day long.

Gotta echo all the ravings on the earl grey shortbread cookie, it really is delicious and not too sweet of a snack. I changed it up last time and got a pecan shortbread bar and that was also delicious. Ultimate fudge brownie is average and pretty rich in flavor.

I came mid afternoon looking for something sweet. While the selection of breads was huge and looked great, I was disappointed that their dessert selection was already almost all gone. Only a few cookies and dessert bars left. I opted for an M&M cookie and while not bad I think it was a bit pricy. Either have a better selection at all times and have high prices or just lower them if everything just sells out and you don’t have extra.

I searched for a bakery on Unilocal and Three Girls came up. I took Mark E’s advice and came right when they opened. I don’t think they expected someone that early as the one guy was setting everything up and a bread delivery had just arrived as well. So I waited. It gave me a good chance to look around at all the other stands opening. When he opened the window, I ordered two bacon and cheese croissants, a plain croissant, two blueberry muffins and two cookies. I took this back to the condo where we were staying. It felt just like being in Paris, and the goods tasted great! I ended up going back one more time and should’ve went Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. The staff I encountered were all friendly and funny! A great place that’s open early!

Couldn´t be better; I was here early morning, not facing the crowds and had a perfect buttermilk rasperry scone! Service was very friendly, price was 3 $… Ok, I will come back next time. Possibly for some of the great looking baguettes, or other sweets!!! See you again Three Girls Bakery

This was the only place open at 7am on a holiday so we stopped in cause we were starving(and a bit sick of eating starbucks for breakfast). It’s super casual so don’t expect anything more than that. There were some breakfast specials, but we chose bagels. I had an everything bagel with cream cheese, he had an everything bagel with lox and cream cheese. We also got some of the brewed coffee there. Bagels were perfectly toasted and the lox combo was fantastic. There were other baked goods to purchase, but we were pretty full up on our carbs. Definitely a quick place to enjoy a delicious bite!

As a german I could recommend this place for great bread with a real crust that revives your memories of the bread from«home». Also the big variety of baked goods is amazing, the staff is always so friendly and the coffee is good. Not the cheapest place but you get what you pay for and here you get a lot of good stuff for your money!

Overpriced baked goods, ahoy! I tried a pretzel brownie. While it definitely had some pretzel going on, it seemed light in the chocolate department. As I was eating my brownie, a guy popped out of the storefront and asked me to move because I was«blocking the view of their breads.» Dude, I’m just eating this tiny-ass brownie. It’ll take me like four bites. Calm your ass down.

One of Pike Place Market’s older establishments, Three Girls Bakery is a nice, mini bakery that should be on your list of stops in the popular tourist market! Highly distinguished by its neon lighting, the bakery has a nice display of diverse goods ranging from sandwiches to desserts so you’ll definitely find something to fits your needs and preferences! The baked good selection includes many traditional choices like tiramisu and unique inventions like Russian tea shortcake. The only con is that it’s rather pricey like many Pike Place places so don’t expect to indulge if you are on a budget. However, Three Girls Bakery is still worth a try; the bakery is on the main Pike Pl street so it’s easy to find! *The bakery is a booth so no direct seating is available. It’s a pick-up-and-go deal.

It has taken me too long to try this place. I’ve been to Pike Place countless times and I always pass by the display case full of various goodies. I always, always take a look but I never actually felt motivated enough to try them. Don’t get me wrong, these little treats are beautifully made and look divine. I guess I was just always full from all the other great things to eat at Pike Place. But today I tried some treats and I realize I should have come here earlier. The display case will draw you close and you’ll probably begin to wonder what kind of treat you should have. The cookies look scrumptious, the bars look mouth-watering, and their scones are so plump and full of fruit that they are bursting. It took me a while to choose, but I tried three different things. Russian tea cake — This powdered sugar covered ball of goodness was calling for me. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I wanted it anyways. The first bite was a puff of sugar and then this crumbly, but soft interior that tasted like vanilla shortbread with chunks of pecans through. This was so delicious. It is going to be a bit messy to eat, and pieces of it will probably fall and the sugar might just blow into your face, but it is so good. If you like pecans, short bread and something sweet, this is for you. Although it’s a lot of powdered sugar, it’s actually not overly sweet. Earl grey shortbread — Anything that says earl grey gets to me. I am just magnetically attracted to it and I know that I have to try. I was afraid the shortbread was going to be really hard, but this was perfect. It was soft, but crumbly and held it’s shape well. On top of that, there were specs of earl grey(loose leaf?) throughout it. It’s like the joy you get from seeing real vanilla pods throughout a vanilla shortbread. You know you are getting the real stuff. The flavor was authentic, and it tasted exactly like earl grey without being overpowering. Buttery, crumbly goodness that just melts in your mouth after each bite. Pecan shortbread bar — My partner and I both love pecan pie during Thanksgiving, and this was like pecan pie in bar form. The shortbread crust was spot on(this place just makes awesome short bread). Crumbly and flaky but soft. The pecan filling on the top was firm but very smooth and luscious. It has a nice strong vanilla flavor to it with lots of pecans throughout. Not overly sweet, and definitely reminded me of Thanksgiving time. There is still so much I want to try from here. I want to try the cookies, the brownies and the scones. The prices here are reasonable. When you are downtown, things tend to become a bit on the pricier side, but all these treats ranged from $ 1.50−2.50 or so. We spent $ 6 exact for our three treats. Well worth the cost for what we were given. Next time, I won’t just take a look without taking something home.

*review for the raspberry cream cheese brownie** Ill have to pass on this one. I came down to the market to grab something sweet with lunch. Unfortunately this raspberry cream cheese brownie didnt do it for me. I didnt really taste any flavor at all. The brownie part didnt taste very chocolatety, tasted like a pretty plain flavored pound cake, the raspberry cream cheese was a very thin layer on top and just barely gave me a hint of sweetness and raspberry flavor. And for $ 3 it was a pretty small piece. Dang. I’ve been here quite a few times before, I had their apple fritter and cookies, that was pretty good. Oh well, Ill choose wisely next time.
