Subway

First off, I’m not ‘Hangry’ anymore, but still super pissed. It all started with trying to order from the app. 2 separate accounts, 1 password reset using their own password and I still couldn’t login to the app. Ditched the app and called, rang, rang, rang and rang. Decided to run over instead. As I waited in line I thought I’d call thinking the number off the app was wrong, guess what subway owner? Your phone works perfectly. The server however completely ignored it! As I stood in line I watched her glance over at the phone and look away. WHAT?! I tried again, this time not even a glance. I tried one more time after I left as I stood outside thinking, maybe, she just can’t deal with customers and an obnoxious phone. Guess again subway owner, your employee ignored that call as well. Oh, on top of all that she has molasses in her veins, s-​l-​o-​w service. That was my first and last time at that subway. 1 star cause your only 3 blocks away.

I am confused about how this place is even in business. They are really convenient to where I live, so I have given them four honest tries, and every time, they are completely out of something I order, sometimes multiple things. I have never seen this at another subway.
On top of it, there is never more than one employee there, and they are very slow, so you have to wait a ridiculously long time to get to the point you find out they are out of cold cut combo meat. Or eggs for egg sandwiches. Or milk for the kids to drink. Or bread. Today I decided to give them one last chance, and I walked in, the line was four miserable-​looking people deep, and my daughter pointed out that the drink cooler was almost bare. I looked at my watch, decided I didn’t have time to roll the dice on whether they would be able to make our sandwiches or not, and headed to the subway on 15^th, which has always saved us when this one wants us to stay hungry.
I keep coming back because I have a hard time believing that a brand new subway would continue to be this bad, but I have finally been convinced.

This place makes some of the best subway sandwiches I’ve had. They have good service and are very welcoming. The employees really take the time to socialize and get to know you, also don’t be surprised if there are lines of people ordering, they get slammed during lunch and randomly in the evening sometimes :)

So cheerful greeting us when we walk in! Thank you. Nice new and clean. I’m so glad you’re in the neighborhood and w plenty of parking. I’ll be coming back again.
