This was our first visit to this location. My husband ordered a Foot Long Steak and Cheese. They gave him a Cold Cut Trio instead. On top of that they put the meat and cheese on his sandwich then took the COMPLETE order and payment from the couple behind us before asking Hubby what toppings he wanted. We will avoid this location in the future.

Most frustrating Subway franchise. It is always about what can’t be done and what they won’t do. I know the advertised specials are at participating restaurants but if you post a sign, you should honor the specials. Lupe refused to honor the BOGO free 6″ sub if purchased by 9 am. I was there at 7:15 and was told there wasn’t a special. Then I was told I had to buy a coupon. I repeatedly asked her to read the sign that stated the rules that didn’t include having to buy a coupon to get a BOGO. I asked for someone else who could help and she refused. On another note, I ask for extra green peppers and extra red onions and I have to ask 3 or 4 times. One time, I was told they had to follow a recipe so couldn’t do it. I don’t get ½ the veggies that are the options, yet they can’t give extra onions and peppers.

I only frequent Subway on first hill because I work up here and it’s cheap. I usually just order from the 5-dollar foot long menu but have on a few occasions ordered the«sub of the month.» Generally speaking, Subway is pretty skimpy on the toppings you ask for(lettuce, spinach, onions etc.) and when you ask for a little more, they almost ALWAYS throw you an eye roll or glare as if you’re literally taking money out of their pocket! It’s pretty ridiculous considering there already isn’t much meat on any sandwich, the least they could do it beef up the veggies to make it somewhat of a meal. Like I said, I only come here because it’s cheap and convenient.

I figure since I go here literally every day for work, hey look! there I am in googlemaps streetview! I am a qualified patron. There are really only two things I care to order here. The veggie patty or the veggie delight. I know there are pizzas, soups, probably even salads. Variety isn’t really my style. I love how fast the service is. Even if you are the 5th person in line you will still have a sandwhich done in 2 minutes. They keep an assembly line going. They have never reprimanded me for exploiting the free refill honor system… There are ample benches And finally, cheesecake cookies — for a limited time only!

Really fast yet still friendly service. The owner is super friendly and often gives discounts to old customers or when the line is long. Only takes about 40 seconds from ordering food till all paid. Awesome store. One of the best

Better than average service for a Subway. You do have fend off the throngs of O’Dea highschool boys when your lunch break coincides with theirs though.
