Even for a fast food place, this is really bad. It’s so unbelievably bland and uninspired. The bread tastes like paper, and there are absolutely no spices or sauces to elevate it.

Its become packed lunch status. It used to be okay, now everything is just astonishingly mediocre/bad. lets face it, JJ has been about fast service for decent food. lately, charges for delivery have increased($ 3 for 2 sandwiches!). I can get much more from other services for a smaller delivery fee. The quality has fallen astonishingly too. they don’t do anything other delivery services do, but they at least did it fast and fresh. now i have to wait 30 mins and pay ATLEAST35 bucks for 2 sandwiches for study hall. Ive stopped ordering from them but wanted a BASIC sandwich last night. They now cargo $ 1.50 per sandwich not per delivery and their sandwich are disgusting AF these days. disgusting company serving disgusting sandwiches at a gourmet price. TERRIBLE

Here’s the deal. I like Jimmy John’s but I especially like that they deliver. Due to the holidays, I’ve been eating out less and haven’t ordered from them in a while. Apparently they now charge a deliver fee, which is fine, except that it is $ 4.99! Apparently in the last 3 months they have added an insanely HUGE delivery fee to delivery orders. I’m sorry, but you only have to come down TWO blocks. So yeah, I won’t be ordering delivery from them anymore. I could deal with $ 2– $ 3… but $ 5!!! when they never charged before… ridiculous. You can order food from just about anywhere and get free or cheaper delivery than that.

3 different Jimmy Johns all within 10 minutes of my location. However none of them deliver to my address on Broadway. If I could leave my bar Un attended and walk two block up they would do it. apparently I’m sol. Bomb sandwiches shitty execution. Won’t be getting a sandwich till I quite my job I guess…

I stopped coming to this Jimmy John’s near my work because of their low quality of sandwiches and customer service. Fortunately I discovered a great lunch spot instead, Sarducci’s Subs, which made my life so much easier. When I went to Sarducci’s last week, they were so busy and I had to go somewhere else. Yes, I told myself not to have any more Jimmy John’s but I really had to grab something. I made a huge mistake again. Their portion, taste, and price are all so much worse than Sarducci’s. The worst part was that they recently had a serious warning from King county Health Department because of so many health code violations reported by their own employees. If you want to pay for bacterial food and get sick, now you have a perfect place for your wish.

I can’t say anything bad. I literally get a sandwich from this place like 5 days a week. LOVE! And the staff is chill, funny, and delivery is quick!

Always fast and always good! The #9 «Italian Night Club», with hot peppers is one of the closest things to an east coast italian sub and delicious!

Disregard most of the 1 and 2 star reviews. Clearly, many of them were written by people unable to differentiate between a review and a complaint. These reviews read more like a rant and not a serious statement about this business. Even 5 star establishments have hiccups. The quality of a place is not that they never make mistakes. It’s in how they respond when given the chance. Posting piddly complaints without giving the opportunity to make things right is the method of the petty and small. The customer service has been fantastic. They immediately addressed the one or two things I brought to their attention. And nope. I don’t work for JJ’s.

Really JJ…16 hours at work. I ordered online the veggie delight, and for $ 10($ 8 + a tip), I got two pieces of bread, avocado spread, and cherry peppers… Never being so dissatisfied with your sandwiches, until now.

I walked in way before the lunch rush and felt rushed. I world at a sandwich shop for years and have NEVER rushed anyone even in the biggest rush when we ran out of lettuce! There was no one here but me and the staff. The guy who took my order was nice but there was a lady making sandwiches that was too busy making her own little section of a sandwich to attempt even the fake niceness you come to expect from fast food places. I ordered a pickle as well as a BLT and when I went back to the counter to get it, the guy who took my order and the lady argued about it. They are freaky fast, which I can see being a good thing but obviously if I’m coming in to the restaurant I don’t need you to rush me. The sandwich was done before I even paid so if I wanted to change something I had no option & do NOT ask for salt and pepper because they don’t have it. I will quote the«super nice”(that’s sarcasm) lady when I say«this isn’t subway, if you want salt and pepper you can go there.» They did offer me oregano… Which is nothing like salt and pepper & proceeded to laugh about the audacity of me asking for salt and pepper. Cool, laugh at your customers. Anyway, I love BLTs and cold bacon is not delicious so maybe I will chalk this up to a once in a lifetime visit and stick with subway or somewhere that has better customer service. The 3 stars is only for the chips. Those are delicious but not worthy of another visit to jimmy johns.

I ordered my sandwich at 5:42. ITARRIVEDAT5:50. For delivery, that’s crazy. And my sandwich tastes amazing. Granted I live within 10 blocks of a shop, but props to that delivery guy.

Been here s couple times now. Or I should say one delivered and one pick up. I’m visiting my sis at Swedish for a surgery and it’s nice to know I can get a sandwich quick from this place. Good stuff fast service haha almost as fast as their commercials :)

I’ve been ordering from this location for a few years now. Never been inside, as I always have it delivered. I go back and forth from ordering online to calling in my order. They always get it right and the sandwiches are fresh. The delivery time is usually quick but once in a while it will be longer than normal. There was only one time they sent me a soggy old sandwich but the manager took care of it and offered me a new sandwich. Good customer service and nice friendly delivery boys.

First let me apologize to you Jimmy John’s…I’m sorry I only call you when I am drunk and nothing else is open. I should learn to order online so you don’t have to listen to me slurring. Anyway, you guys are always here super super super fast. However, last night I got the wrong sandwich… I’m positive I said the Vegetarian but what I got was Ham. I was drunk, but not drunk enough to eat ham so I called you back and you sent out the correct sandwich(plus a few bags of chips) within minutes. Thank you so much, because your delicious sandwich helped to soak up all that liquor I was not hungover this morning. You rock!

Subs so fast you’ll freak! I love the Unwich! The idea of getting a sandwich without the carbs is amazing. Although I love the bread, I cannot eat an entire sandwich that way. So I get mine unwich style and order a bad of chips with it! The staff at this location are funny! Fast and delivery is Crazy fast! Working in downtown it can be a hassle at times to get away from the office, go in search of a healthy meal and get back to work timely… the delivery guys are quick and for the most part a pleasure to see! The chis are crunch and the pickles are HUGE! get them quartered for easier eating!

Seriously they are freaky fast! They know the secret short-cuts to the adjacent buildings and offices. Love that they are open a little later to cover the night shift folks. Hospital food gets boring after hours. Fresh veggies and french bread all the time! And a crowd pleaser for those last minute office potlucks. Definitely on our office speed dial!

WOW! They really are freaky fast! We had a long miserable day, and we were ravenous and had no energy to go hunt food in the wilds of Seattle. My urban food hunters’ weapon of choice, my master card, was also exhausted from a full day buying crap I will never need. So, we decided to give Jimmy Johns a try; after we each decided on a sammy we placed our order. We were amazed when with in ten minutes there was a knock on the door! It was the delivery dude from Jimmy Johns. It may have been the fact that I was so hungry my Nikes were looking good, but damn that was a good sandwich. My wife even liked hers and she is not a sandwich person. This is odd because she is a bread fiend. Now, they need to build one near my work.

ordered delivery from them when we were moving out of cap hill. they do a great job of delivering with the bikes. i ordered a sandwich for me, my friend, my wife, and the two mover guys too. it just didn’t seem right to be stuffing our faces while the mover dudes were sweating their arses off moving our stuff. oh, and ask for bread guts on the side if you order one of the REGULAR size subs. they scoop out the bread guts to make the bread to ingredients ratio right. but i 1. don’t like hey they usually throw away the bead guts 2. love the soft, gooey, chewy bread guts as an appetizer before inhaling the main meal of the sub. there is no button for the bread guts on the side though, so the cashier might be confused for a bit. he just has to tell the guys in the assembly line to put your bread guts on the side. see the picture i uploaded as reference on how the sandwich should be packed. enjoy!
