Pizza Hut

For the Pizza Hut on fhe corner of Morgan and 35^th Ave SW. First the problem. I walked in and there were NO menus except a plastic worn-​out illegible crappy one glued to the front counter too far for me to reach or read. I kinda guessed. I hated what I got and called them back when I got home. TIFFANY sent me a nice replacement far better than my choice. It was delivered within 30 minutes and she saved me from being a hater. Go easy on the help, you all.

What can I say? It’s Pizza Hut, you won’t be thrilled with it, but it’s pizza and when you are hungry and its 11pm this fits the bill. I called and ordered a pizza for pick up and they said it would be ready at 11:10. It was ready when they stated and the pizza was hot and fresh.

Pizza was smashed, folded over and cold. Driver wandered around and was 30 minutes late. I think I’ll stick with Luciano’s next time.

My friends and I walked In there and ordered a half beef Half pepperoni. One of my friends is muslim and cannot eat pork. After 35 minutes we get a pizza and we leave. A block away we open this box and see a pizza littered with pepperoni and sausage. So my friend and I come back thinking it was a simple mistake. I open the pizza and explain to the guy behind the counter what happened. He looks me in the eye and tells me that the sausage on the pizza is beef. And after trying to check me he offers to take another one after ordering me to throw it away. So I go and put that shit in my car. I haven’t had any if the old pizza yet so I pick off a sausage and eat it. And sure enough it was fucking sausage. –_​_​_​_​_​_​-​. So I went back in there and waited for my remake. I’m glad I didn’t pay for that no flavor ass pizza. Shitty service all around

Got wrong order and called back to receive terrible attitude. He was unwilling to work with me. This location sucks. Please dont order from here unless u want to be dissapointed.

Seriously? Been waiting almost two hours for two pizzas… I could have gone to store and made my own pizza in this much time. What could possibly take this long?

Just not good.
It’s been years since I’ve tried Pizza Hut. Why? Because they’re a big generic national chain with lousy ingredients and boring soggy crust.
Well, I can say nothing has changed. I ordered some $ 10 large special spiced sausage and pepperoni pizza that sounds good in theory. But in practice it is a disgusting grease slick with rubber sausage pellets and cheap bland pepperoni. I really wonder where this «meat» comes from, it is the quintessential processed garbage that Whole Foods and the organic movement was hatched to combat. And rightly so.
I was feeling cheap tonight and got what I paid for. In fact, it wasn’t even that cheap. Advertised as a $ 10 special for a large on their website, reality is $ 10 + $ 4 (!!) delivery fee + tax + tip, so you’re not really saving much over a quality pie from Pagliacci (PH large is about the size of their medium) You’re paying almost 100% of the cost of the pizza in fees.
The delivery driver was very nice and prompt. But not enough to salvage something that was doomed from the moment I clicked «submit».
So boo, I say. Boo. Lesson learned.

The pizza tastes like the hour it took to deliver – yuk! Dominos or Papa Johns is the way to go.

If I could give zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. This place is a joke and the manager is a unforgiving asshole. He was zero help and was so contradicting on the phone… If you want to waste your money ordering from a place with rude employees and and shitty service this is your one stop shops, West Seattle! Cheers!

Highly disappointed. I called earlier tonight around 920ish to place an order and the girl who answered the phone was super rude. She said they don’t deliver to my house because I live in Burien which makes no sense because I’m 5 minutes away from them. She refused to take my order. Luckily I ended up calling the location on 1517 S.W. 104^th St and they were amazing. I will not be ordering from this place ever again.

Two orders in a row this location has screwed up!
First one I ordered 3 large pizzas for a football game at my place. They sent 3 mediums. I called and they resent 3 mediums almost 2 hours later! Yeah, no help there folks!
Ordered for tonight’s game, 3 mediums, and 3 small square pizzas show up! I called the store and they said they were out of «pan pizza dough». Well why didn’t they call me to let me know so I could make other arrangements?! Instead of offering to send out anything else, they just said sorry and hung up!
I will not be ordering from this location again! Service is horrible, order accuracy is non existent! Get your pizza from the other delivery places in West Seattle, this place is a joke!

First time ordering from this location. Just moved to West Seattle. The service was friendly and timely, and my pizza was fresh and delicious. Just as expected. Will go back and would recommend based on my experience.

This was the WORST pizza experience I’ve ever experienced.
My fiancé hates pizza hut and only orders Dominoes so after talking him and his mother in to giving them a try we ordered;
$ 10 dinner box which includes a medium pan pizza with extra toppings (+6), breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. We order the new bacon cheese stuffed crust and order the maximum allowed amount of toppings (+$ 6) and the Hersheys cookie.
My bill came to $ 40, which is spendy but we wanted to try.
My mother in law picks up the food for us and brings it over.
I had ordered online at 6:25pm and it said our order would be ready at 6:40. They made her wait until damn near 7:30!
All the food are luke warm at its hottest point.
The bacon stuffed crust pizza was pepperoni only, so I could have saved 6 bucks. The worst part was it was sooo greasy it completely soaked through the box! I have NEVER seen so much grease on a pizza.
In thw Dinner box the pizza was ok but like I said luke warm. The breadsticks had no marinara and the cinnamon sticks had no icing. They were both cold and ROCK HARD. We sword faught with them to get some sort of use.
I am not happy to say the least so I call in and the woman who answered said she didn’t have the authority to give me a refund but could give me Pizza Hut credit. Uh no thanks! Why would I want to eat there again. So she said her manager could call me the next day and give me a refund so i gave her my phone number and waited… and waited… and waited. This is exactly one week later and no call.
We will offially be an anything but Pizza Hut household. — we do mean anything.

I had to work late one evening, so I ordered dinner online for my daughter. They refused to leave the pizza & further refused to credit my account. So I paid $ 21 for a pizza I didn’t get. Thanks a lot!

Is Pizza Hut the best pizza out there? No. Admittedly, though, I am a sucker for anything with a stuffed crust, pizza included. This particular Pizza Hut has always delivered within 30 minutes of me ordering something online. The drivers have been courteous and friendly. Soda I’ve ordered has come chilled, breadsticks warm, and oddly, napkins included. Much more impressed by the delivery guys from Pizza Hut than I have been from Pagliacci’s.

Absolutely horrible experience with this pizza hut, I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this location.
I ordered the big box meal (pizza and bread sticks) online, which said it would take about 45 minutes to deliver. OK cool, not that big of a deal I mean it was 10 pm on a Saturday night. When they called to confirm the order they said it may be closer to an hour as they only had one delivery driver, OK no problem.
After waiting an hour and a half I called to double check the time and see what the ETA of my food was. The girl who answered the phone was completely useless. She didn’t know how long it would take for my delivery to show up, because her driver still wasn’t back from his previous delivery yet. She asked if I wanted a free soda to take away my troubles. How generous. I asked if I could just cancel the order as it was almost midnight then suddenly the driver was there and heading out with my order, how convenient.
Pizza was alright, obviously nothing to write home about.
Definitely won’t be calling them anytime soon, thank god for Domino’s!

I was having a craving for Pizza Hut breadsticks after having some really poor ones from a different delivery place (which has my favorite pizza).
I swung by mid-​day to pick up a to go/​carry-​out order since I was coming home sick and wanted some ‘comfort’ food. I picked up a single order of breadsticks for me and some wings for my hubby.
I had asked for a 1pm pickup but showed up a few mins early. The food was ready and I was happy to be headed back home.
When I got home, I was sad to see that my breadsticks were already cold. They now house them in just a paper bag vs. the old school way of being in a box or ‘heat keeping’ bag. The breadsticks themselves were good but cold which seemed kinda crazy as they were picked up earlier than my set time and only driven about 1 min to our house.
I can’t say I wouldn’t try them again but I would prefer to have hot food off the shelves and not cold.

Salt. Grease. A round of hot nasty.

Really sad how this pizza hut is run. She says she can remake the pizza, but they are busy and it will take awhile. Wonder how long it will take to get this customer back.
