Really 2.5*, but choosing between 2* and 3* it’s closer to 2*. Ordered Sushi and Thai(Wok) food: Sushi — –Dragon roll was terrible. It had tempura shrimp that was at best fried several hours ago, but most likely at least a day old. Yucky! –Seattle roll was good -(fake) Wasabi was without taste I loaded half a teaspoon in a piece and still didn’t feel any kick. — Rainbow tartar was fine but could use a bit more content instead of a lot of sauce and garnish. Thai — — chicken dish was ok, matches quality from your average Thai eatery. Could be better. Service was fast.

The Eat24 ordering process was very easy, the staff were really friendly, the food mostly tasted good, but the food was also very watery(I ordered rama) and I got sick right after eating it. Maybe it was on off-day or an off-dish, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

This place is great if you order sushi and dine in. But having a 4 year old and 4 month old, I tend to order out these days. For the second time I ordered the steak teriyaki and at a whopping $ 18 I expect it to be somewhat tasty. The first time I ordered it it came almost raw. I called and they replaced my order which was nice. It’s been a couple years and I thought I would give it another try. This time it was about 95% fat and maybe 5% actual steak. It was completely inedible!

This lovely place is our favorite!!! Eating there or ordering in. I can’t have Thai food from anywhere else. I like getting my sushi there. Everyone is friendly and professional. It always feels very clean inside. They have nice dishes that is important btw. Ice water always refilled. I hope they stay here because it is my go to!

I had such a great delivery experience last night that I had to update my review! I placed an order via Eat24 and asked in the«special instructions» section if they could make their Pad Kee Mao with regular rice noodles, not wide. Well, they did and it made the dish stand up to the delivery process much better. I’d likely order the dish as is if I were dining in the restaurant. But this small change made a huge difference. Not only was it delicious, and perfectly hot, like I ordered, I loved that they’re willing to make changes for you. Now that I have my go-to delivery dish, Pinto is a solid four!

Ordered delivery in temp housing and they were super quick showing up. Much faster than what it said. The panang beef was so yummy, hot and creamy. Lots of beef, will definitely order again!

Pinto’s lunch special is pretty great, as far as anglicized Thai food goes. The chirashi bowl is delicious and handsomely presented too.

The Thai food and sushi are amazing! The atmosphere is a little cafeteria style. Not very comfortable or inviting. Bright lights. Hard plastic chairs. But if you’re looking for something casual with delicious food and not a long wait time, check it out! I’ve been many times, and will continue to return. Could they improve a few things? Yes. But as long as you know what to expect, it’s totally worth it.

Slow, price no fair. A lunch special is as expansive as the dinner portion. It should not be called a «lunch special» DONTGOTHERE unless you never have any Asian food before. Or you will be very piss off.

Very very mediocre food. They charge the same as any regular Thai place($$) but the taste is so average. I have had way better Thai food(Explore Nibbana Thai) in the Seattle area. Not going there again.

I’ve ordered delivery from Pinto Thai several times and it always hits the spot. Highly recommend.

Food was amazing and the service was good. Only thing I didn’t like was the music. It was techno the whole time and I’m really not a fan. Other than that I would come back. I got the eggplant and tofu. It was cooked wonderfully

I’m having a renewed love affair with this place. Usually, this is my selection for workplace delivery as my contribution for a potluck! Lately, I’ve made it in time to enjoy their happy hour which I highly recommend. The prices are better than you would expect for a location on Broadway. The service is fun and friendly. Always clean inside with enough seating for two or a foursome. I would not recommend bringing a large group to dine here if you are looking for space to eat and visit. I love the combination of awesome appetizers with a good selection of Thai dishes and sushi! My favorite is the Philly and it’s always so tasty with just a little spicy mayo and all the ginger I can pile on top. Whether you are grabbing something yummy to go, having it delivered or stopping in for a nice sit down meal — this is a great spot.

The forum is THE place in downtown Puayllup for a convivial experience with excellent food and casual yet just slightly upscale feel. Amazing service everytime… personable, fun. The food is good and the competition is slated… Crocketts is pricy and uppity and popular nearby Bumpys can’t compete with its miniature heat plate kitchen. You’ll like the woodyinterior, specials every night and Tuesday open mic talent night.

As a meat eater I am a fan of Pinto. They generally have delicious sashimi and nigiri. Unfortunately, todays order was not so great. My wife is vegetarian. Normally, when we order they separate the vegetarian and meat products. The order today had combined the veggie rolls and fish rolls in the same container and they were mixed together and touching. Not a big deal — this happens. It makes for a sad vegetarian though. Fortunately, Pinto was willing to re-send the veggie part of the order. Unfortunately, the bad news does not stop there. The Hawaiian fried rice with Tofu turned out to have Chicken Surprise. The chicken looks close enough to egg that it wasn’t detected until too late. So, I decided to call again and cancel the order they were re-sending. When I called the person I talked to was reasonable and listened to my complaints about the food. He did end up refunding part of the order. However, he complained initially because we had placed a moderately large order(~$ 80) and was afraid I was going to ask for a full refund. I was not really calling for a refund I just wanted to cancel the order he was re-sending so it was a pleasant surprise that he was willing to refund the veggie part. So I am willing to try again as they may have just been having a bad day. But, messing up 2 vegetarian orders is pretty bad so I have to give this warning to vegetarians out there.

I’m a fan of Pinto Thai food, It was so delicious! I came here one evening with my roommate, and was skeptical based on the reviews by my fellow Unilocalers. We ordered the pad kee mao, albacore tataki, and panang curry. Everything was flavored well, even with the #5 spice level that my roommates and I challenged ourselves to. Everything tasted great, but I did think it was a little weird with the fusion Asian food going on at the restaurant. We also ordered some sapporo beer and hot sake, which you can’t go too wrong with. Overall, good ambiance, good service, and tasty food!!! Definitely visit this establishment if you are in the area!

We’ve gotten delivery from this place and gone to the actual restaurant. Pinto Bistro did not disappoint! The Thai food and the sushi were all so good. We got pad thai, a spring roll, tom yum soup, curry, and the crazy veggie roll when we got delivery. All were good, but the sticky rice with the curry was a super small amount and not as good as regular rice. The time we ate at the restaurant, we got the fried rolls, avocado rolls, and 5 piece salmon sashimi on the happy hour menu. We also got sake bombs even if it wasn’t something on the menu. Our waiter, Koh, was super friendly. It looked like he enjoyed watching us drop the sake shots into our beer glasses even if our shot cups were obviously too big to reach the bottom. :)

I’ve had both their sushi and their Thai food and I would recommend only ordering sushi here. When I ordered Thai here, both their plain rice and fried rice were not cooked right: too mushy /wet. What I usually get that I recommend: — chicken satay — California roll — sashimi

Yeah, I wasn’t too thrilled with the Tom yum soup. It wasn’t that spicy and the broth was very boring. I wasn’t feeling so well afterwards. I also tried the sushi and it sucked. I got sick after I ate it. My friend got the chicken pad tai. He wasn’t too thrilled about it. This place has gone down hill. The service was good, they were watching everyone. So that’s a plus. Will I return? Nah I can get better Thai down the street.
