Palmer Construction & Remodel

Hard to say enough good things about Palmer Construction and Remodel. We selected them for a trex deck installation and a first floor remodel that included a full bath, replacement of interior doors, installation of a french exterior door, painting, etc. Very professional. Mainly worked with Ron, Nathan, Greg, and Liam. Greg did most of the work and was a pleasure to have around. Extremely happy with the results.

Ron and his crew are true professionals, Ron will come out and give an estimate on your project. I live in a condo and he is well known here with the management (which can be sometimes difficult to work with), so I picked him because he had the ability to cut through the red tape that our association has and he was recommended by others in the building.
I wanted new bathrooms, flooring, lights, toilets, cabinets, and other amenities installed for both the master and guest bathrooms and we wanted granite counter tops.
I then thought since we were doing new flooring in the bathrooms we should also do new floors for the entry way and kitchen too.
Ron took notes on what we wanted, then he gave us a contract that we felt was very fair, and agreed to have his company do our project.
As homeowners, I felt that we had a part to do in getting our unit ready for his crew to come in and do the work. I arranged easy access to where his crew needed to work in our unit (by moving furniture, and doing what we needed to do so everything would go smoothly).
We could have had the work done while occupying our unit, but I was afraid the noise would scare our animals so I arranged us to live at our in laws place for the three weeks it would take for the project to be completed. (they were out of town in Arizona)
After we saw Ron’s proposal, we had a limit on what we could spend for certain items, and it worked well, because Ron deals with very good suppliers that he has good relationships with and everyone he referred us to (all his contacts) helped us and gave us the best service possible.
We picked out the cabinets, all the bathroom accessories, the flooring, and the timing of the supplies we needed all came together perfectly. We had zero delays and the work was performed expertly.
In my minds eye I had a vision of how things would look like when the project was completed as soon as I signed the papers. I was not disappointed at all… the completed project came in under budget, and was finished on time.
Once everything was done they had even cleaned up so our unit looked even better than before they started the project.
We had one small problem with our cabinet handles, and minor items that needed addressing, and his crew came in and we are very happy with Ron and his team.
I highly recommend Ron and his crew to do any work that needs done in your house or condo. He takes great pride in a job well done. I cannot say enough good things about him, and I am so happy with our new bathrooms.
Probably will have him do new kitchen cabinets and design next but that will be in a year or two.
If you don’t have Palmer Construction do your re-​model, then you only have yourself to blame.
