I order here weekly, plus pick up a slice when I’m driving by. Pricier than Pizza Hut, because you’re paying for real food instead of cardboard. My teen looooves Pagliacci, too(we buy a half-and-half so she chooses her own toppings). I love the seasonal offerings. I just wish they’d have a regular pizza with all of my crazy, salty/savory favorites(roasted garlic, anchovies, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, warmed blue cheese added at the end) plus something sweet like apples or pears. Or maybe a tapenade«sauce» plus pineapple. I keep having to add and subtract items when I order on the website, and it would be soul-gratifying to order a «Suzanne’s Salty-Sweet Special» and and know that others are into brine on bread like I am. One star removed because the salads are only meh.

I came here twice during my five-day stay in Seattle. Pro-tip: Order by the slice. On my first visit here, I got a slice of the fresh vegetable pizza and had it reheated in their pizza ovens and it was awesome! Super crispy, just the way I like it. On my second visit here, I ordered an entire fresh vegetable pizza in the hopes of saving some for later. The leftovers were unfortunately soggy and flavorless. And then I realized that some pizza is better when it’s baked twice. Side-note: The panzanella salad is really really great– light, citrusy — serves as a very refreshing complement to any slice of pizza.

I tried the spicy pepperoni, although to my girlfriend and I who are used to spice didn’t feel much. Delivery was fast, the driver was nice, and the pizza was fresh. Good for a late night munch when you’re inside and spending the night faffing about on the Internet.

I work across the street from this location. The past week I’ve gone in there 3 times for lunch. Each time they have only 2 pizzas to choose from and the others are still baking. When I’m on a 15 minute break I don’t have time to wait for them to bake. This is a pizza shop there should ALWAYS be an abundance of slices to choose from. Guess they just can’t keep up with the production. Also have more vegetarian Options please.

Wow! I just got a totally free pizza! I have been buying Pagliacci pizzas for years, but tonight, I ordered one and they just gave me a free one. I tried to tip the driver, and he refused. It was an unbelievably nice gesture! He just laid a card on the pizza and it said«It’s on us!». I’m blown away. I so needed this this right now. I am really impressed. And the pizza is great. I even called and asked for onions immediately after placing the order and they were so nice. I know this sounds fabricated, but it’s not. Miller and 10th location.

Sadly I don’t even want to rate them one star! I have been ordering pizzas from this pizza establishment for over 25+ years. They always were consistant and great customer service. In the last 2 or so years it’s all changed! Pies were coming burnt, toppings were not correct. In one year we counted we had to call over 3 times and ask to have our money refunded or another pie brought out. They said we were being to picky and they accomodated us the first couple of times. This is a huge establishment with a big corner on the market, when they are on they are on but sadly they went downhill for us and many others in the Ballard area. Think twice before dialing the order out number! Zeeks is a great candidate and so is Stellar in Georgetown. My final thoughts are the company got to big, to cocky and just plain quit caring about their customers feelings. Good luck, I hope you have better luck than our family did. God knows they got enough of our money over the years. Thanks for reading this post.

Sometimes convenience beats gourmet… This one happens to be in the neighborhood. I am no big fan of thick crusted pizza to start with but every now and then it is perfect for the occasion(Sportsball!1!11!!).

Always friendly and quick to help Pagliacci is a Great neighborhood Pizza joint. With locations across Seattle Pagliacci is easy convenient and cheap. They make some of the best pizza I have found here in Seattle and definitely have the best salads around!

After little over a month in Seattle, Pagliacci made me a lifer thanks to their awesome customer service — and pizza, of course! Most importantly, they have some of the best pizza crust I’ve ever had, and the ingredients are amazing. While this alone should warrant a glowing review, my customer service experience there last week was one of – if not the — best I’ve seen. The weather was particularly nasty last weekend, so I ordered a delivery rather than make the 20-minute walk up to Broadway and get soaked. It was a small order — just enough to snack on with some Moscows on a dreary Saturday — and I was in no rush, so I didn’t mind the 70-minute estimated delivery frame. I didn’t even notice until my boyfriend got home that the 70-minute window had just approached 120 minutes. Again, I was in no rush, but I called just to check in, only to find an extremely apologetic and courteous staff who promised to rush my [newly comped] delivery. Not only did they rush it in 20 minutes at no charge, but they sent a gift card as well. I wasn’t upset or anything — they didn’t have to do any of that by an means — but they did anyway, and I was extremely impressed by the lengths they took to ensure I’d be taken care of after waiting. Kudos again to Pagliacci for A++ customer service, and A+++ for delicious pizza!

3.5 stars! Pagliacci Margarita Pizza is mah jammm! Unfortunately, this location can be frustratingly inconsistent in how they artistically assemble their creation — bordering from alright to wonderful. After eating their margarita pizza as many times as I have, I’ve concluded that the goodness and inconsistency in taste of the pizza comes down to 3 factors: 1. salt grain count(them ore the better) 2. olive oil on top(awesome!)… orrrr not, when forgotten(not so awesome) 3. cheese and basil placement and quantity Unfortunately, these are also the easiest things to be inconsistent at :( Here’s the other rub… You might say(when placing your order over the phone — yes, Pagliacci delivers with 45 minutes seeming to be the average amount of time an order takes), «I want a salad without any dressing,» but, when it arrives, you will find that it is indeed a salad, however long after the delivery guy has left, that it also has dressing. DAHH!!! YOUHADONEJOB!!! ONE! JOB! If I didn’t like their pizza so much, I’d probably dock them a star for careless service… but it’s still some of the best damn pizza you’ll find in Seattle(aka the closest to real East Coast pizza). Mama’s runs a close second.

The Bottom Line on Top: Pagliacci Pizza belies its ubiquity by consistantly producing the best pies in Seattle. The Review: Seattle is a town with wonderful food options, but outside of a few artisan outliers such as Delancey, Serious Pie, and Paxti’s, the pizza scene is somewhat lacking. Most of the casual family pizza places serve an inferior pie and worst of all, they seem not to care. Enter Pagliacci. Serving a thin crust pie that borders on NY Style without infringing on any copyrights, this place passes my test of being delicious and flavorful PLAINCHEESE pizza. Beyond that, they offer a fresh and rotating cast of delicious toppings, foremost among them for me, Salumi’s Spicy Pepperoni. Prices are somewhat high, near $ 30 for a tricked out pie, about $ 20 for a plain cheese. Despite this, the obvious care and consistency, along with the high quality of ingredients… right down to the dough, sauce and cheese, make this a worthwhile weeknight splurge or an office pizza party solution for any company that actually cares about its employees. Delicious by-the-slice, even better as a whole pie, Pagliacci Pizza’s Broadway Seattle location has yet to let me down in the many(many) chances I’ve given them. Bravo!

Consistent and tasty neighborhood pizza spot for your quick pizza fix. You know you love pizza when you preorder online. The online order time is always right on its quoted time too. Great customer experience and open late on the weekends! I love the ease of customizing online. Try their pagliaccio salad too it’s delicious :) It’s dangerous that I live across the street from here.

Price is high but quality is too. I’ve been eating at Pagliacci for over 10 years and the quality has only improved since. Price is a little steep as I usually order pizza for delivery. Delivery is the easiest thing in the world after you have done it once as they remember your phone number and order. Sometimes scary hearing them tell you things you don’t remember haha. My go to is the agog primo with spicy pepperoni

The pizza is above average, but it’s the artichoke/pea pesto pasta salad that makes this place so memorable to me. Certain foods make me miss Seattle, this being one of them.

Expensive pizza but worth it. Super thin crust, plenty of sauce and gooey cheese. You’ll have a mess if you eat with your hands. Something about their oily recipe is just delicious. It’s not the powdery crumbly bottom like real New-York style pizza. But it is thin crust. It’ll leave an orange-yellow pattern on your plate that you will want to lick up. Every day they have a couple of options for slices. Saturday is super mushroom day. That’s pretty much all you have to know. Saturday is super mushroom day. Walk in, order a super mushroom slice, pay the slightly higher price than you were expecting before you came in, drop a little red pepper flake on it, and get whisked away to flavor country. Once you’re done, you can go order another one to eat, and another slice to go. I’m almost positive that that’s what other normal people do, too, right?

We’ve been eating Pizza Hut and Domino’s pizza all of these years. Like chumps. We took a chance on Pagliacci and we’ll never go back to those other chains. Pagliacci is seriously amazing. The crust is PERFECT. Even their delivery guys are nice and not weird at all. The only issue I’ve come across so far has been that it’s not the best reheated/left-over pizza, but you can solve that by just eating the whole pizza when you get it. Anyway, Pagliacci is great.

Okay, let’s be honest: Pagliacci Pizza is the ISH. Their Pagliaccio Salad is always so good, and their selection of pizza slices is usually pretty decent at this location(though, if you want the really fancy pies, order delivery or takeout). I imagine there are a number of reviews that detail each of these in more detail, so I will skip over that and just comment on my most recent experience: I’ve grown up eating Pagliacci’s and I would love to give it 5 stars except for a few things I noted during dinner there last night: 1) One of us ordered a can of Rainier, and the beer was not that chilled :/It was not super busy at the time we stopped by to eat, so I feel like the employees should have paid more attention to keeping the drink fridges stocked. 2) When the pies are not fresh out the oven, sometimes they can get a little too crunchy after getting warmed up again right before you eat it. Unfortunately that was the case this time around, which was kind of a bummer because their crust is SO good but it was slightly over toasted/dry! 3) While we were in line to order our slices, a customer in front of us asked for slices of their cheese pizza. There were two slices sitting out, and the Pagliacci Pizza employee opted to throw them out rather than sell them to the customer!(He then got a new pie out of the oven for the customer.) On one hand, I appreciated that he wanted to give the customer«newer» slices… BUT if I had known the«old» slices were just going to be tossed in the trash, I would have a) offered to eat them for free or b) suggested they/I give them to a homeless person or something. Seemed like a waste. Sad face. Other than that, Pagliacci’s is always solid. Not the cheapest pie around, but it makes my belly happy. If you’re ordering your own pies, I recommend the Brooklyn Bridge or the Parma Primo.

Spicy chicken salad = LOVE Even their smaller portion is quite large and more than enough for one person. And yes, it is indeed spicy! They pre-mix their salads here so you may want to ask for dressing on side if they can. Mine had a bit much. Everything is good here. Pepperoni pizza was a touch greasy but everything is fresh, crust is a perfect blend of doughy and crispyness, really can’t go wrong here. Plus, they have the soda machine that can make you a kajillion different flavors. Prices are fair but a touch pricey if you are ordering more than a salad or slice. Staff is great. Place is clean and it’s a great stop for lunch or dinner.

No way! How have I not reviewed this place before? Pagliacci has become integral to Seattle’s restaurant scene and for good reason. While other pizzerias have come and gone, some might be viewed as being more hip or trendy, and others try to be extra fancy, Pagliacci keeps it simple with quality food, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere. There’s just something that feels right about walking in, ordering a slice(or two), and spending a few minutes either with friends or by yourself. My standard order is a slice of pepperoni with a side caesar salad although sometimes I go crazy and get two slices! Salads are always made fresh right in front of you and there’s always a steady stream of fresh pies coming out of the pizza ovens so you don’t have to worry about your food being old and stale.
