This pizza is amazing. Maybe the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back! We got the garlic crust, it was great. Perfect amount of sauce, but too much, not too little. Best pizza in Seattle. And I would highly recommend their hummus and pita bread appetizer!

Really basic fare. I can cook better tasting food myself. And when that is the case, your restaurant sucks. Most disappointing linguine I have ever had at a Seattle restaurant. :(If I hadn’t ordered the chocolate mousse for dessert the entire meal would have been a disappointment.

Palermo’s is seriously my favorite restaurant! I’m not the Unilocal’ing type, I actually just made this account just to review about how I am consistently soo taken care of by Palermo’s & the team there. They are a local, family based restaurant that values their regulars & has everything I want in a restaurant– good people, pizza, chicken wings, a killer spinach salad, pasta, desert & a good selection of wines. Besides the fact they have all of the foods I eat on the regular– their entire team is the gold that runs the ship!!! If i could rate it higher than 5 stars I would!

My fiancée and I went here for a quick dinner. The atmosphere was surprisingly romantic and reminded me of an authentic Italian restaurant in Italy(except for the giant ‘12th man’ flag in the corner… Which was awesome.) I would highly recommend the bruschetta. I had the pesto basil pasta for my main course which was not the best I’ve ever had. I’m still giving this place a 4 out of 5 because I stole a few slices of the margarita pizza from my fiancée and it was delicious! I really enjoyed the pizza crust. The crust is a little thicker than most(which I love). I think pizza is the way to go if you ever come here.

Ordered delivery and it was so quick! I was starving and the timing was great. In a pinch, I would definitely order from here again. One thing that stops me from crawling back is how incredibly greasy the pizza is. I don’t like to be that person that dabs napkins on a pizza, but I definitely was that person when eating this pizza hahaha. It was good, just very heavy, oily, and I guess well lubed up. Be warned.

Ordered pizza and garlic bread for pick-up through Unilocal. Pizza was delicious and massive. Not sure if these sizes are a Seattle norm, but two of us ate that one pizza over two days. Pizza construction was excellent. Great crust, good balance between cheese and sauce, and the toppings were just enough. If/when I’m back in Capitol Hill, this will definitely be my go-to pizza place.

I was hesitant to visit this place since it had so many mixed reviews. — The staff was helpful and nice. — Place was clean and cozy. — And most importantly the food was delicious. The portions were normal. I eat a lot for my size and thought the portions were big enough. We had left overs and ate the delicious pizza the next day. The pizza and calzones were good. That’s all we had. Totally recommend this place.

Pizza was good and baked spaghetti was delicious. Whoever said the portion wasn’t enough must have been high. The pasta is enough for two people imo. The crust is light and fluffy, almost perfect. Anyways delivery was fast, and very polite service. Order here if u want a good meal at a decent price

Ordered take-out pasta. For the amount of money we paid for this dinner, it was disgraceful. The bottom of the tin foil container was barely filled with pasta. Expensive. Overpriced. Poor quality. Disappointment.

It’s asinine that a single star should even be given to comment on how ridiculous this place is. I placed an order for delivery, they gladly took my money on a game night and I thought I secured game day food with them. Out of no where they call me and told me they canceled my order for me because in not in their area. First of all why would you take my order AND money. Second, I LIVELESSTHANTWOMILESAWAY. Third, my money won’t be returned to me right away which I would understand if I asked for a refund. Now I have spent over $ 100 today between two pizza places. My suggestion, GOTOBAMBINOS. They’re further from me and gave me no problems, also great customer service. I know damn well they only cancelled my order cause they’re not hurting for cash.

Don’t order delivery from here. Pizza literally never came. Called to check on the order, and I sat on hold for 10 minutes before I could talk to anyone. Can’t even judge the food, because they just took my money and never delivered it.

Delivered on time and YUMMY! We were in hotel and needed something sweet. $ 17 minimum so we added a GYRO and it was really good.

Ordered delivery from this restaurant tonight. The delivery was surprisingly prompt and the food delivered was semi hot, pasta could have been hotter. Ordered two pizzas, one gluten free ham, a half cheese and sausage, and an order of fettuccine Alfredo with a side of garlic bread and a large salad. I would definitely stick to the pizza when ordering from bet and it would have received a higher score if not for the pasta. The fettuccine was overlooked and the sauce lacked any flavor of garlic or Parmesan. Was on a fairly bland white sauce with chunks of chicken and roasted red pepper. The red pepper overwhelmed the dish and the chicken also lacked in flavor. The pizza was good, thin crust with a nice ratio of tomato sauce and toppings. The garlic bread was dry and uninspired, and the salad was your basic bagged romaine with a few croutons and caesar dressing. Will come again, but stick to the pizza.

My wife and I wish we could tell you about the food, but we never received it. Service is that bad! We paid $ 28.50 for a 15″ pizza, delivery, and tip. The restaurant provided a 30 to 45 minute window that was not honored. After multiple calls with the deliveryman and restaurant we canceled the order having received absolutely nothing. In total we waited nearly two hours before giving up on the food for which we had already paid.

I ordered a large pepperoni, and they screwed up and just delivered a plain cheese pizza. That plain cheese pizza just might’ve been the greatest pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. No Joke. Well done guys.

One of the most diverse menus in town and all of their food is better than I expected. Every time. Really tasty pizza, the tortellini was great. The wing portion is gigantic, but they aren’t fried or greasy, and the lamb gyro is real lamb, not the blended /mcchicken kind of meat you get at other places. It’s pretty unassuming on a busy street near Group Health in Seattle, but it’s a really great experience and the servers are very friendly. Beyond all of that — we have started to use this new service called FlyBuy, for when you don’t have time to dine in or even park, and I have been ordering through FlyBuy and I pull up and they are waiting outside for me with my order and it’s the total red carpet treatment for no extra charge. Palermo is awesome, and with FlyBuy I can enjoy it even when I don’t have time to dine in. Great all around.

Ordered a meduim Al Funghi Pizza on 08.15.2015. It. Was. Horrible. Not just OK, horrible. It was burnt. I’m not even joking, it looked like one of those Totino’s pizzas that you used to eat in college. You know, the ones you used to overcook and then douse in hot sauce? ANDITCOST $ 35.00. I ate two slices and threw it out. Stay far away from this one. Big Mario’s or Hot Mama’s are the only two decent pizza shops in Seattle. Large pizza from either of these places is about $ 25.00 with a decent tip, and you can actually eat it.

I haven’t written a review in quite a while; however, I felt so insulted by the waiter here, I felt it would be a disservice to not write one immediately! I had walked up to their outside tables and asked a waiter to bring me a menu because I had my Boxer puppy withd me. He did and I told him I wanted to order something to go. He said ok and walked away. He did not come back to check on me so I stood at the doorway to flag him down when a couple walked inside and headed for a table. He then looked up saw me wave at him andi decided he would go assist the people that just walked in while ignoring me. When he finally finished seating them, giving them water and menus and silverware: he finally decided to take my order. I explained to him that I had arrived first and that I would appreciate him having helped me instead of ignoring me. Instead of saying He understood my point or apologizing. He told me I’m sorry I’m not going to argue about it there’s no points be that it was his choice to prioritize who he helped first. I then had to ask for the Manager and explain what had happened. I told her that this was the second timeId ordered here and that the first time my order was wrong. At that time I didn’t call back and complain. I explained that this current experience was unacceptable and that sadly I would not be returning as a customer. I also explained that I would be writing a Yrlp review of my experience. While the Managrr apologized– the waiter was not asked to apologize nor was I told He would at least be spoken to about my experiences. So there it is: The only restaurant on 15th Ave in Capitol Hill where I’ve had a bad experience!

Wonderful dining experience! Husband and I came here for a romantic date night and were not disappointed. We were seated promptly and the server took our drink order– we got a nice bottle of wine from their decent wine list. For the appetizer, we ordered garlic bread. It comes out with a chunky marinara sauce. The bread is uneventful but the marinara is really good. Our main dish meals came with either salad or soup(we both chose side salads). The salad comes out prior to the meal and is a good size for 1. It had the right mix of leaves and veggies and dressing without one part standing out. I chose the lasagna primavera and my husband chose the gnocchi gorgonzola. The lasagna came out still bubbling! Again, the prefect combo of cheese, marinara, noodles. Highly recommend ordering this! The gnocchi Gorgonzola was also very tasty. I thought it was the right amount of blue cheese flavor but my husband thought it needed more. On top of the food being top notch, the service was great! Our server had great timing, bringing the salad after the appetizer was gone, the main dishes after the salads, not rushing our order or our pace. Great place! Can’t wait to come back!
