I’m a little bias about this place. I started going here about 8 years ago. I’ve been a pretty loyal customer. My favorite is shanghai noodle. i love it, but sometimes they are inconsistent. I also like the wonton soup, duck soup, and basil fried rice.

Good for mall food, but I wouldn’t make this a destination. The pad thai is acceptable, very lime-y. Pretty quick service, decent prices. Good for when you’re afraid of getting out-crowded by an event(PAX, in my case)

Freshly made, won ton soup fill on won tons, but is a little bland for my taste so added hot sauce. Drunken noodles were good too, lots of chicken. Cashier could be a little more firefly.

Awful. I don’t know if I caught them on a bad day or what, but when I stopped by Noodle Zone in hopes of picking up a quick bite before a show, I was horribly disappointed. I didn’t order expecting a gourmet meal or anything, but all I could think about what I received was that no one put any care into it at all. Even the girl who rang up the order looked like she was just waiting for her shift to be over so she could leave as soon as possible. I ordered the Thai Peanut Noodles which includes a choice of meat, noodles and peanut sauce over a bed of lettuce. The noodles were complete mush. The peanut sauce was thick and hard to get down, and there was not much chicken to speak of at all. I quit trying to eat it about halfway through. Afterwards, I experienced an unpleasant bout of indigestion(as did the person I was dining with, who had ordered the same thing). Will not be going back.

Great food! Pad Thai was amazing! Especially given the reasonable price! Great service too!

It was really good so I had to come back again while my two days stay in Seattle. I ordered the drunken noodle again and Won ton noodle soup. The drunken noodle as good as the first time. The won ton noodle soup was great too!

Was craving a bowl of hot noodle soup while exploring downtown and this place seriously hit the spot… Beef noodle soup and spicy tom yum noodle soup. NOMSG an added plus :)

If I’m at westlake, noodle zone would be the go to place for sure! I love love love their homemade hot sauce! It is sooo good. Their dishes are actually really good, I wish they had a restaurant! My Personal Restaurant Rating Key One star: the food was bad and I had a negative experience. Two star: I had a more negative experience and would not come here again but the food was good so I may. Three store: Everything is good except one thing. Example-the food is good, the price is more reasonable but the atmosphere is lacking class. Or the food is good, the atmosphere is good, but they over charged us. These three stars are actually my favorite types of restaurants to go eat at if the reason is due to the atmosphere because they are usually delicious and reasonably priced. Four stars: Everything is great, food and experience. However the price is definitely on the upper end. I would not recommend this first to Obama unless he didn’t like my five stars. These are restaurants you can take your boss or your mother-in-laws to impress them, however they still don’t fit into the five star category. A bit fancier than my three stars, hence I don’t often eat here unless there is an occasion for it or there is a groupon that gives me a bit of a discount! Five stars: I would recommend this to Obama. The price may be on the upper end but the experience and the taste is so exquisite, it is actually worth every nickel and dime.

Nothing great but the price and speed. I guess one should not have expectations of food from a food court. I had the pud see ew with tofu(i do not know why they call it this instead of the original name pad see ew). It would have at least tasted okay if it was not burnt…

It’s a light option in the food court inside Westlake mall. Not all food inside a mall must be bad for you. I really liked the veggie udon. The broth was full of flavor without a lot of salt. It was comfort food that I never get tired of.

More food courts everywhere should have something like this. There is too much greasy, pre-made stir-fry types of Asian food in food courts – sometimes we just want a hearty bowl of soup. I had the duck soup, which came with generous portions for the price, along with a delicious batch of broth and noodles. The fresh vegetables made up the remaining portions, including bok choy and mushrooms, along with the flavoring herbs like scallion and cilantro. For less than $ 9 what more can you want?

Wanted a quick bite and was craving for noodles. Scanned through Unilocal and BAM! Found Noodle Zone. Being a non Seattle resident, I had a hard time finding this place because it’s located in a shopping center. It’s located upstairs of the shopping complex where the rest of the food is at. Noodle Zone is off to the side of the floor. When I first looked at the menu, I was surprised to see all of the noodle dishes they served. Ranges from won ton soup, pad thai, drunken noodles, and other combinations. They also serve all kinds of fried rice if you don’t feel like noodles. I ordered the drunken noodles and it was delicious. Awesome flavor, good portion, and made fresh. Need a noodle fix this is your place.

Located in food court at Westlake Mall. Has variety of Asian dishes(Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai). Good prices for downtown Seattle. And portions are plentiful. Will come back again. Love their assortment of chili peppers and hot sauce: fresh pickled chili peppers, dried chili flakes and hot oils, etc.

I hadn’t been in the Westlake Mall in about 15 years. Back in the day, I used to eat in the food court often. I recall that the quality of many of the stalls were above food court average, so I wasn’t surprised to find that Noodle Zone served good food. We got a Won Ton Noodle and a Tom Yum Noodle. The Won Ton was delicious, the broth was tasty, and the noodles cooked perfectly. On the whole, it was as good as at any of the I D restaurants that I like. Tom Yum was also very good. My only complaint is that the chicken breast that they use is, by nature, a dry cut of the bird. I prefer dark meat, but I still enjoyed the bowl.

Oh man, don’t let its mall food court location fool you, Noodle Zone is the bomb! They’re always really nice and quick and they remember your order if you’re a frequent customer(i.e. me). I usually get the spaghetti in tomato sauce and it’s so good, it’s around $ 6 w/o meat $ 8 with meat, a good deal either way and they give you so much it’s amazing! It might seem weird getting pasta from an Asian place but it is legit, trust me. Or, I don’t have enough experience with pasta, whatevs. Sometimes I get their basil fried rice or wonton soup, and those dishes are also awesome. I appreciate that they give you a togo bowl for your wonton soup; I usually eat there on my hour break from work, and it’s cool I can just take it back to my break room and not have to use another bowl or anything.

Westlake Center, like any other mall, contains a food court with the usual suspects: pizza, Americanized Asian and Mexican food, and those can’t-escape Auntie Anne’s pretzel stands. However, there are a few places that stand out and make you surprised that they’re finding business in the food court of the mall. Noodle Zone is one of those places. Noodle Zone has noodle and noodle soup dishes that range from phở to phad thai to spaghetti! Yes, spaghetti. I’ve had a few different items here but my favorite is the tom yum soup. It comes with noodles, oddly(I guess it IS called Noodle Zone, after all) but I usually ask for it without them. There is a plexi-glass wall to the left of the stand where you can see the chefs actually cooking your food right in front of you, on demand. Considering most food court establishments serve you from warmed tins, it’s nice to see it actually being prepared. The lady usually running the register is nice, and your food comes out rather quickly. To boot, everything I’ve had has actually been pretty tasty, making this truly a hidden gem. Skip 99% of the options at Westlake Center and come here. You shouldn’t be disappointed.

Ambience. B Service. A Food. A Price. A Ambience. B They’re found on the 3rd floor in the food court in Westlake Mall downtown. Clean. Lots of security. Bright. You just have to fit in the court with everyone else! Service. A The service has always been ultra friendly and helpful in deciding on dishes. English can get a little difficult sometimes. Food. A For mall food this is great! All noodle dishes are made to order. I ordered the drunken noodles. Perfect cooked fresh wide noodles(Not gummy or undercooked) stir fried with fried tofu, basil, tomatoes, egg, broccoli, garlic and onions. I see people complaining about bland. Mine was perfectly balanced with spices and flavors of the ingredients, however, I like to enhance by using their condiment tray — I add jalepeno vinegar/Thai chilis and fish sauce and garlic chili. My drunken noodle dish with tax was $ 8.40. A great deal! Don’t forget to get a frequent customer card– for every ten dishes ordered you get a free entrée!

I don’t understand all the raving reviews on this place. My wonton soup was really lacking flavor(no love for salt?) Even for a mall food, I really can’t give any more than 2 stars for what I ate.

I’ve been having a sore/scratchy throat for the past couple of days and was craving something soupy. After doing a quick Unilocal search in the area, I found Noodle Zone. I can’t believe I’ve never been here before. Got here with some coworkers around noon and there were a couple people in front of us. I got the wonton noodle soup and it was a lot more than I thought(size wise). The noodles were normal, the broth was a little bland(add some fish sauce with thai chilli), but the wontons were surprisingly good. They were good size filled with pork and shrimp. They also had a duck noodle dish that I will have to try next time. My coworkers and I will be coming back again soon!

OHDAYUM~this place is GOOOOOD!!! Who knew that food court food in a mall like Westlake Center could taste decent! lol So my friend and I got: –Pud See Ew –Wonton Noodle Soup –Tom Yum Soup with no noodles(you have to request for no noodles) Thoughts: –Pud See Ew = surprisingly flavorful and not overly salty; this tastes pretty on par with actual sit-down Thai places –Wonton Noodle Soup = big enough wontons inside with sufficient filling; broth was decent as well as it tastes very Hong Kong-ish style –Tom Yum Soup = ordered with 3 out of 5 stars for spiciness; definitely had a good spicy kick without being too overbearing; sour flavor was good too with the correct ingredients inside like mushrooms, cilantro, and bok choy I was skeptical when I first saw the category as «Thai, Chinese, and Italian,» so honestly I think they should drop the Italian dishes. I don’t think people will go there for fettuccini alfredo or spaghetti. If you want Italian food, just go to Il Corvo on 2nd and James! Conclusion: BESTTHAIFASTFOODPLACE you can find in DOWNTOWNSEATTLE!
