I LOVE living here! Reasonble living pricing for downtown Seattle living.
Joe, the building manager is awesome! Always around and treats you right and fair. This place is perfect to explore belltown and surrounding areas… bus stop right if front of building, parking garage, pets, has a coffee shop right downstairs. Across the street from live music and some cheap dive bars. my balcony over looks amber and tialou’s which makes for some great people watching entertainment. The noise from the bars and clubs can get kinda loud on the weekends. Safer then what you figure from belltown. Just a great place to live.

Joe is an amazing manager. He is super nice and genuine. I highly recommend living here. Plus, it’s right across the street from all the dive bars. I never did get to utilize the roof top grill… oh well… still a nice view of the skyscrapers!!!
