Got a shellac mani and they all peeled off within 2 hours. They blamed me for peeling them and denied refund. Absolutely will not be back.

I used to LOVE this place! But the service and quality has decreased dramatically. I feel lucky if my shellac nails last a week. Last time I was there the guy doing my toes even said that my toes didn’t look that great(which they didn’t) but still made me pay full price for them. Never going back!

I’m so disappointed! I actually picked this place over the one across the street. I asked for a design and was told it can’t be done on shellac… But I’ve had it before. They did my mani and pedi at the same time and didn’t seem concerned at all about putting the heat lamp on my lap… Above the water! The woman doing my pedicure at least engaged and put in some effort. The manicure woman seemed annoyed that she had to do my nails. Ugh! Both mani and pedi were less than mediocre. I won’t be coming back. Can I please find a place that is consistent!!! Also!!! $ 45!!! Wtf!

I ONLY love one young lady there and thats pretty much the only one who ill let do my nails. not sure what her name is, but shes amazing she does whatever you want and doesnt say no. everyone else is VERY stubborn and unprofessional. When you ask for a special design or something new, they mumble under their breath and start talking to ther other women very angry. you can sort of tell they are talking BAD about you. Other than that this place is amazing. shellac is great and pedicures are to die for amazing!

This place is terrific! I’ve never had a man-mani/pedi as good as they give here. You get the trim, the file, the smoothing, sure. But you also get a wonderful foot, leg, hand, and arm massage. And hot paraffin. And hot stone massage on your legs! All for $ 35. What a bargain. The place is pretty new and very clean. The staff is polite and friendly. Parking is easy, right in front of the place, which is in a little strip mall across the street from QFC. So what’s not to like? Go here.
