I bought the Groupon for this restaurant, knowing my wife and I were going to be in the area, and needing some food. It seems that the majority of reviews for the joint are negative, based mostly on the delivery experience. Since we ate in, we didn’t have any issues of that nature, so I cannot comment on that aspect of their business. The building itself was not very nice or new; in fact, it was reasonably unkempt and unappealing. However, we had the Groupon, so we decided to go ahead and give it a chance. The male owner was seated inside, at a table, reading, but he greeted us warmly when we walked in. His female counterpart came out and seated us, and gave us menus(potentially borrowed from another restaurant). We got a bottle of water and two cups, none of which was particularly clean, but it was what it was. We ordered the shrimp fettuccine and a white sauce pizza with tomatoes, onions, chicken, and cheese. The wait was not too long, and the pasta came with some garlic bread. Our opinion: the food is perfectly fine(no idea if it was canned, frozen, or what-have-you), the service from the two linguistically challenged owners and their younger assistant/son/employee was extremely friendly and personal, and the location was in a good spot. The negatives: not a great building, the language barrier is noticeable, the pricing is a bit high, but not unreasonable, and the food isn’t exceptional. Verdict: we most likely won’t be back, but we aren’t as turned off as most of the customers who’ve posted here. Best of luck to the ownership, and perhaps they should hire someone who’s business/restaurant/English savvy to assist them where they struggle.

Worst pizza ever. Chuckie cheese pizza is better. I really hate to rant about my experience since the owner seems like a nice lady but I don’t expect them to stay in business long. On top of the bland pizza with no flavor I didn’t even know how much my bill was and did not receive a receipt. The owners english is very limited. This is my second time using an offer with ValuPak both time it was disappointing. Stick to places with history and reputation, its risky trying a new establishment.

I order pizza from here frequently. It’s reasonably priced and has nice, quick delivery.

This was a really unpleasant experience…$ 50 for a pasta dish, medium pizza and a 2-liter soda and it was inedible. I was bummed because it was rated 4 stars on GrubHub. The sauce tasted like something out of a can — it was sickeningly sweet. The exact same sauce was used for their spaghetti and my 14-year-old made himself boxed mac and cheese instead. It wasn’t even high enough quality of food you can force yourself to eat. It was a real disappointment.

The WORSTPIZZAEVER! You’re better off ordering Pizza Hut or Dominos for the price Greenlake charged! First they gave me the wrong pizza then by the time they returned with mine it was cold! They even gave me someone else’s pizza as a bonus but I couldn’t eat either pizza! The cheese was awful and the sauce tasted like it was out of a can! ORDERATYOUROWNPERIL

We had two of their pizzas tonight. A medium Pep and a med gourmet. Pizzas were slightly better than average — 6⁄10. Big downside, two mediums were $ 32. wth??? I wanted to argue the price but the person working there spoke English at a 2nd grade level. Never again…

Ordered for delivery. 3 strikes and you are out. 1) Driver texted me to come outside? It’s February and I order in for convenience. Don’t make me get on a jacket, shoes and come outside. 2) 3 out of 4 hot items ordered are cold and soggy. 3) Brown lettuce in a Gyro. Oh — and they forgot the soda ordered. So actually 4 strikes. Avoid this place.

We have ordered delivery from here twice. Both times someone called to tell us we needed to meet the driver outside because there was no parking. Both times there was ample parking, and the second time the driver wasn’t even outside. We had to call back, and when we checked again he was just pulling up. This is an unacceptable delivery experience in every way. Plenty of other restaurants are able to find parking or put their hazards on to take the pizza all the way to our door. The pizza itself was inconsistent — it was pretty good the first time and the second time there wasn’t enough cheese which caused the spinach and sundried tomatoes to be burned to a crisp and practically inedible. I really do like that they have so many gluten free options, but it’s a shame that they can’t deliver on the experience and consistency.

We’ve ordered delivery from Greenlake Pizza twice now, but there won’t be a third time. The wings are breaded, and by the time they were delivered the breading was soggy. Meanwhile, as with any breaded wing, the skin underneath was flappy and soft. If you like a crispy wing, go elsewhere. The calzone was delicious the first time I ordered it, but disappointing when I ordered a second time. The ratio of ingredients in the filling was different the two times(and they forgot our marinara sauce the second time). The Greek salad came with sliced black olives, despite the menu clearly saying it would have Greek olives. And it was not mixed greens — it was all iceburg lettuce. Definitely an overpriced dish for the cheap ingredients used. The delivery driver called my phone to have me meet him outdoors both times.(Apparently in my triplex building it’s hard to find my door? No one else has ever failed to find me). Too many disappointments to try it again.

Pizza delivery was 45 min late. Called the restaurant when we were waiting for the pizza. The lady was rude and told me that all the deliveries left the restaurant. She didn’t want to give me an estimated time. I won’t be ordering for this place again.

Have had green lake pizza delivery to my home many times since I have moved to Seattle. Super hot and tastes amazing! I used to order from Romios but green lake pizza is now by far my favorite! Price seems competitive too!

There’s no way this place survives, unless they have a serious re-do of the restaurant set up and get more customer focused. The people(owner couple) were super nice, so I’m sad to write a poor review, but Unilocal is about the customer so I’m doing my part. I don’t know where the other reviews are coming from for this place(seem, perhaps, fake? How can there be 7 Five Star reviews with all the reviewers only having 1 or 2 reviews written and most of them not local??). Walked in on Sat night 8 pm and it was empty, looks like place was furnished from garage sales with miscellaneous non matching items on tables like unplugged in lamps. Heat not working, so portable heaters. The menus had another restaurant’s name on them, hours crossed out and hand written over them. I was hungry and based on other reviews decided to take out. Lady behind the counter is very pleasant but English challenged. Asked if the jalapenos on the menu were fresh or canned. Everything fresh I’m told. Ordered greek salad and 12″ pizza with 4 toppings. Bill over $ 30, pretty expensive. Get home and realize the Greek olives I ordered for the pizza were black olives from a can and the jalapenos are pickled from a can. Yikes. Same thing with the advertised greek olives on the salad — black olives from a can. Otherwise pizza was just ok, nothing special, after I spent 15 minutes picking off the wrong items off my pizza and salad and having to reheat the pizza which had long since gone cold. Greek salad was decent, but no greek kind of dressing so had balsamic. My conclusion — if you come from another country in South Asia and have a dream to open a restaurant in the US, you should probably do some homework and do it right, have strong English speakers at the counter, heater that works, matching décor, ingredients that match what people order. And I’d rather see a really authentic South Asian restaurant(Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi, Indian) than a pretty generic pizza place with uncomfortable surroundings and poor execution.

Really disappointed with this company. Ordered on my birthday in October and it was a special deal. 2 pizzas+pasta+bread+full 2 liter of Coke(product). I didn’t get everything we ordered and we only recieved a CAN of soda. When bringing this up with my printed invoice they said«It just says one», but on their EAT24 Website it said FULL2Liter. We called and complained, they said they would bring one out. Never did. The pizza was dry, tasteless, and terrible as well. The pasta was overly salty and just not palatable. I threw it away after a few bites. My birthday dinner was less than satisifactory and I have not, and will not ever be ordering from them again. It also took two months to get even partial payment back on a 45 $ bill! I would have had better service and food from DOMINO’S. That’s saying a LOT.

I was not impressed with this order the chicken parm sub had very little chicken and lots of sauce. There was little flavor and it was greasy. The pesto bread was also bland not sure what happened. Perhaps a bad night.

Being a small family owned restaurant means a really nice and peaceful environment. The pizza is definitely different then your average pizza. The bbq chicken pizza was amazing. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely come here again.

I work in Seattle down town, driving über. I was passing by this place and decided to try it and see what they have to offer. Let me tell you they were the nicest people working there. Their food was very good. The place was very clean. Everyone working there was really nice. The food was ready quick. I love this place.

The food from here is pretty decent. We got some meat lasagna and a XL gluten free Mediterranean pizza and feta bread. It’s nice they offer gluten free options, the pizza was cooked nicely. Just done enough so that the crust was fluffy yet crispy. The feta bread was delicious. Something I’ve never tried before and will definitely order it again.
