A Greenlake Pizza & Pasta

I ordered through Eat24. They delivered a wrong item. I ordered Tiropeta and Spanakopita, which had good reviews, but they gave me a cheesy pasta dish covered in marinara. It was gross. The Tortellini Salad was alright, but nothing special. The tortellini itself seemed like the cheap packaged stuff. I didn’t hate it, but I won’t order from them again.

I really wish I had checked out the reviews before ordering, but I was really hungry and tired after a long day. I ordered off of Eat24 and was silly enough to believe the slightly higher rating there (I thought that Unilocal and Eat24 were affiliated now? Anyway). I ordered a roasted garlic pizza (which comes topped with sun dried tomatoes as well) and feta bread.
When the delivery driver ‘arrived’, he was around the block from my house but we finally got it figured out after a few minutes. I got my order and came inside. When I opened the pizza box, over half of the toppings were completely burnt to a black crisp. I immediately called whoever had texted me (he said his name was Null?) and told them what was up. He offered no apology, but instead told me repeatedly that it’s «just how the pizza is, because of the sun dried tomatoes.» these tomatoes weren’t sun dried; they were sun burnt. after going back and forth for a few minutes, I asked for a re-​delivery of a different type of pizza. The guy, who I couldn’t really understand too well as there was a language barrier, told me that basically no, I couldn’t get a re-​delivery because he was on his own and it’d take a while. He said he’d give me a credit on my next order. I said fine, okay, and before we ended the call he mentioned that said credit was 50% off my next order. You’d think I’d at least get an entire free pizza out of the deal inside of just a discount.
Overall, the meal was disappointing. Pizza tasted very cheap and was thin and flimsy. It also arrived lukewarm. The cheese had the flavor and look of plastic, and the crust was hard. oh and once again, just in case it wasn’t clearly common sense, burnt tomatoes taste bad and are not in fact normal to put on a pizza.
I wanted to give at least two stars because the feta bread was decent, but the marinara that came with it was extremely watery; it tasted like a watered down, cheap can of sauce.
I may not even take them up on that discounted next offer because the meal was just so bad. $ 30 wasted.
Edit: I’ve added a picture and my stomach is wrecked this morning from their food. I’d give zero stars if I could.
Edit 2: I’m gonna assume someone from this shitty pizza place is behind the very nasty message I just received; the timing is too coincidental and the broken English is as well. I got a message from a Carey P I think, who told me I’m a loser who is ruining people’s business. What a joke. How about you put effort into your customer service and the quality of your disgusting pizza so that the service speaks for itself.

I walked in this place on a cold sunny day and was surprised how there were no lights or heat on. I love cold weather however this place was so cold I had to rub my hands together to warm them up. I was the only customer at 12:30 pm on a weekend. Everything from the décor, to the food and even the paper plates just screamed CHEAP and reminded me of camping. I had to snuggle up to my partner because we were both so cold in this dark place. The staff was courteous enough to bring a space heater near the table however it stopped working before we finished eating the pizza. The pizza itself was so so however quite skimpy on the toppings. We were so cold that we asked for hot water to drink. They instead brought over barely luke warm water. When I ordered the pizza the server didn’t ask me what I would like to drink or for any side dishes. Once she heard «Pizza» she did an immediate about face and went back into the kitchen. Looking at the table its easy to notice the cheap table cloth that looked like it came from Walmart. There were no napkins or spices on the table like you would typically see in a pizza restaurant.

I’ve ordered from the place a couple time, The food was good and the delivery guy found my dock super easy which isn’t normal.

Service poor, food cold, ambience abysmal. The restaurant was physically cold, dark, and quiet, no music what so ever. Calzone was cold in the middle, flavorless, and the dipping sauce was cold. Meatball sub was mostly bread and sauce. The waitress had to call the manager from her phone to come to the premises to address these issues. We walked out.

This place is awful. It took them two hours to deliver the food and the food was poorly prepared and bland

Seriously it took forever and it literally was the worst cold pizza ever. He called saying to be outside waiting before he got there. #shady #youdbebetteroffwithpizzahut

This place is a scam! They don’t have a website, if you google the address provided on eat24 a different business comes up… drove by it the other day and it’s a sketchy building on 99 that looks like a fake front. Pizza took so long to be delivered and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had… something is not right about this shady business!!!

the food (jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks) came frozen solid. We called the restaurant and they barely spoke English and didn’t believe us that the food came frozen and kept passing the phone to other employees until we got hung up on. Do not order here unless you want uncooked frozen food along with horrible customer service
Edit: well looks like they deleted the photos of the rock solid frozen food served to us and proceeded to hang up the phone and claim they didn’t take our order and did know what we were talking about and that they don’t serve food and that game continued until we showed up with the food and finally after arguing was offered a full refund. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Do not order from here! Found them on eat24 and pretty sure it’s a scam. Food never arrived, they stopped answering the phones.
