Dr. Cassidy and all of the other employees at GLO are incredible! Everyone is so cheerful and welcoming and have made wearing these teeth spanxs (otherwise known as Invisalign) a wonderful experience. I’m over a year into my treatment and almost done and my teeth look wonderful! Yuliya, the orthodontic assistant I usually always work with, is awesome. Always easy to talk to and my appointments fly by. They made everything so clear when during my first appointment in regards to payments and insurance, expectations and all the awesome perks that come along with being a GLO patient. Although I’m stoked to almost be done with my treatment, I’m sad I won’t be seeing these ladies as often. Truly a great office!

I do not write many reviews on Unilocal,but Greenlake Orthodontics and Dr. Cassidy deserve one.
I started at GLO right before I turned 26 and was unsure of what my insurance would look like in the coming months. The staff was so great during my free consultation and gave me a whole list of options and prices depending on what I would end up doing. I ended up securing my same insurance and went through with starting my Invisalign treatment.
The ladies at GLO are amazing to say the least. Dr. Cassidy is very intelligent and attentive. The office is great, clean, and always friendly. I am into my 15 set of trays and because of Dr. Cassidy and her staff I am progressing ahead of schedule and loving this treatment.
Couldn’t recommend GLO more to any reader of my review. Family, friend, or complete stranger gets a plug from me about GLO. Best decision I have made in years.

I have been coming to GLO for almost a year now and am amazed at how straight my teeth are already. It’s been a great experience, the team here is very professional and friendly. The office is bright and clean. If you are considering braces, go in for the free consultation and see the different options available. I was able to go with invisiligns and can not be happier.

I have had a fantastic experience so far at Green Lake Orthodontics. Every single member of the staff has been outstanding, and the practice goes above and beyond to serve its clients. I actually look forward to my appointments! I appreciate the details, from offering clients the opportunity to use Fitbits, to providing digital devices instead of using paper resources in the form of magazines. I highly recommend this practice.

Wow! I have never been so inclined to write a review about a Dr’s appt. before, but this place is exceptional! I went in for an eval for «adult braces» and came away knowing feeling that Dr. Cassidy is top top. I also learned that there are many options, including «invisible» braces which are more affordable than I had anticipated. The office is out of this world, and the staff is unlike any compared to other medical offices. Very attentive, considerate and knowledgeable. I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Cassidy!

Great first consultation with Dr. Sara. I know my daughter will eventually need braces and was pretty well prepared, having come from multiple «watch and wait» appointments with our orthodontist on the East coast. The front desk and assistant staff were warm and welcoming. Dr. Sara met my daughter where she was, talking to her as if she were the customer (well, lets be honest, she is…) and explaining every detail and answering all questions from both of us. I feel well prepared for the long orthodontic journey we have ahead and I am confident in Dr. Sara and looking forward to building a relationship with her and her team. My daughter is typically quite nervous about things she hasn’t experienced yet and was put at ease by Dr. Sara, who also knew to give us a coupon for a gigantic cookie at a nearby bakery — the final touch to make it an excellent visit for my kiddo. I may even finally look at getting braces for myself, but that is another story.

Everything about this office is SUPERLATIVE! Dr. Cassidy is wonderful with both kids and parents. She puts everyone at ease with her joyous personality and clear enthusiasm for her profession After a very thorough evaluation, she explains to both parent and child what the different treatment options are; going over all the pros and cons of each option, She is really thoughtful in giving her advice and wants to make sure that everyone involved in the decision is comfortable and happy with it.
Both my daughter and I love coming here… the office is beautiful, light, high-​tech, and clean, and the staff equal Dr. Cassidy’s warmth and ebullience.
After seeing how well my daughter’s invisalign is going, I too am about to begin my own treatment, since I know I am in great hands!!!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Sara and her staff! Beautiful new office in a great location. High tech, contemporary and comfortable. We are transfer patients from another state… I wish we had seen her from the beginning. Can’t recommend her highly enough. Also love her wellness incentive program for kids. I have been going to GLO for the past 6 months and I can’t imagine having a better experience. Dr. Sara is just great, full of energy, very positive. Kerri is such a nice, helpful, warm, positive person, and Kailenne has been great to work with. Dr. Sara promotes healthy living by encouraging clients to wear Fitbit and keep track of their daily movement — I am hooked! I am an adult, wearing braces for the second time (5^th/​6^th) grade and Dr. Sara has helped make the experience a good one. I highly recommend GLO to anyone.

If you are in any need of orthodontic care, look no further than Dr. Cassidy. Information is presented in a down-​to-​earth manner without dental jargon (if you have kids, you know how important this must be). The office itself is clean and high tech.
The staff, including Dr. Cassidy, must take happy pills or something. Everyone I encountered in that office was incredibly upbeat and kind. I have NEVER been to a medical or dental office in which I am served cold sparkling water! HELLO! That right there was worth the cost of admission!
However, the best part is an exam/​consulting room that is set up not only for, well, the exam, but has room for parents to sit in and watch the procedures.
The aim is clear: make the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. And GLO makes it all look easy.
Truly, its insane how on top of things this place is.

If you combine superb customer service, a sparkling new office with modern finishings, a perfect location only steps from the lake, a ridiculously nice staff, and state-​of-​the-​art insanely cool technology, you can begin to understand the appeal of GLO. When you’re there, you don’t want your appointment to end.
Dr. Sara Cassidy is the best-​est. As an adult considering braces, she’s been a life-​changer. I love GLO.

Just finished my free consult with Dr. Cassidy and her team. First off, the office is sensational! It’s like firing up a Mac for the first time after being on a Dell your whole life. It’s not just a cosmetic thing, the office is high-​tech, but super inviting and «user-​friendly.» As a marketing person, I love that they understand and focus on customer experience.
The consultation was thorough and not a hard-​sell either. As an adult considering braces (yikes!) her team was really understanding of my concerns of being «an adult with braces» and presented treatment options, the Pros and Cons and the prices, and then left it up to me to decide. I’m still not sure which route I’ll take, but I’m confident in Dr. Cassidy and her team. I’ll post updates to the review as appropriate, but for now, this is as good as it gets.

I had such a great experience at my son Ethan’s initial consultation yesterday. She was able to schedule me conveniently right after our pedo appointment next door at Dr Sata’s and when we learned that we would be done sooner at the dentist they were able to move my appointment time up… not that they would need to because the office has kindle games for the kids to play with so if it were up to Ethan we could stay all day! So, I cannot say enough about Dr Sara Cassidy’s gracious manner and her incredibly natural and genuine care for her patients. She was amazing with Ethan and for a 12 year old to tell you how much they liked someone is saying a lot. Besides having a great location, beautiful office, amazing staff and being incredibly nice she really knows what she is doing and was very thorough. We are going to come back in 6 months and if and when we need braces we will absolutely choose her. My younger son is due for an exam as well and I’m looking forward to going back.

Recently, I took my son in to see Dr Cassidy for a consultation. She was very professional and thorough. She took the time to explain everything and show us what all of our options were. Their space is amazing! and her staff was very friendly, we both felt very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend her if you are looking to have some orthodontic work done for yourself or your children!

Dr. Sara is a perfectionist, a competent orthodontist who would go out of her way to make sure that her patients get the best care. In addition, She has a great and warm personality. She has been working on my teeth and she has been consistently reliable for the past 1.5 years. If there were any discomfort, she would make sure that she would put an end to it even if it meant scheduling me in during an inopportune time.
For all the above reasons, I would trust her with my children’s teeth as well. I highly recommend.

My two children just started their orthodontic care with Dr. Sara. I will admit that I was «sold» before our consultation:
— Hers was the only ortho website in Seattle not purchased from the same «ortho website sale» all the other orthos in this city appear to use. (You would think they might change up some of the language, but no.)
— Her hours work with working parents’ hours. I was shocked at the hours some of these orthos post. One even says in their FAQs, «We cannot guarantee an after-​school appointment.» Really? Who is the customer here? It’s already a time and financial investment. Don’t make it more painful and inconvenient.
— As a kid, I saw an ortho who was just starting out, and my experience was stellar.
Dr. Sara focused first on my kids, greeting them warmly with a handshake and a tour of the office. She made them feel right at home – a decision she may later come to regret. ;-) Dr. Sara has created a beautiful office space.
The first appt was very thorough, and I appreciated the fact that she did not immediately sign my kids up for extractions, surgery, braces, etc., and that she did not act like she was on a time frame or mission to get us out of her office, even though it was past 6:30 p.m. (The appt started at 5:30 p.m. I defy you to find an ortho in this city with these hours.) They may need all of these things, but I really valued that she wanted some time to think about options for both kids, and that time to see what happens with less invasive approaches is a possibility for both of them.
GLO was the first office we contacted and scheduled an appt. I knew immediately I did not need to interview any others. We are in good hands.

Dr. Cassidy is a very caring, and competent. She has always been very careful with my son, and explained everything clearly so that he could understand it. This is not always that easy because my son has dissabilities. She is really wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone!
