Don’t ever order Cranes or William Arthur EVER worst customer service and customer care in the business. I have owned a store for over 30 years and I have never come across a company that treats its vendors with such utter indifference. They also purchased william arthur over two years ago and have driven that company into the ground as well. It is such a shame and we loose business weekly because of them .
Try Kleinfeld Papers for an alternative.

I’m a little baffled about why people shop here. Obviously they have more money than they need and are into the «status» of a shopping bag from this place because you can get gorgeous stationery elsewhere for half the price. Not to mention journals and pens and so forth. Granted, the papers are gorgeous and a lot of the stationery lines are trendy and modern with some designer labels to boot and the quality is of the highest, but I still prefer the kinds of independent artists you find in funky boutiques. All a matter of taste.
That all said, there is one thing I do buy here: printable art cards. The make it yourself kind. I get the ones for printing digital images because they come in square and panoramic sizes which are impossible to find at places like Office Max and the paper quality is excellent and the price fairly reasonable.
