I had such an amazing experience here. I was in a wedding this weekend and was told to bring my own lipstick to be able to reapply as necessary. Well, I’ve never owned lipstick and was pretty terrified about having to choose and commit to something without being able to try it on first.
My friend suggested that I try the Chanel counter, and when I popped in and explained my dilemma, I was taken under their wing and showed many different colors.
We talked about colors that looked good to me, the color of my dress, what would look good with my skin tone, and what I hated. Then she primed my lips with a balm and tested out three lipsticks and three glosses. This where things became hard, because I loved all of her selections! She was helpful in reminding me that hairstyle and wind factor into the practicality of wearing a gloss, and I left with a lipstick that I absolutely love — my first ever.
While I doubt I’ll be needing more lipstick soon, it made me want to get all of my makeup here. The quality feels really high, and the level of customer service is amazing.

Love this chanel. The women are so sweet. Ask for Cindy. She goes above and beyond for you. This is in the lower level of nordstrom. Handbags and accessories are on the first floor. Second floor is clothing.
Hands down– I love the ladies in here.

Actually, this store has a great collection of bags. And bags are never out of stock. And always have classic bags. Not like other Chanel stores.
