My favorite place to go with the girls when we are planning a night out around town. Located in the lower floors of an old building in the historic Pike Place market area. Walking through the doors, the place is reminisce to a 1950’s speakeasy vibe. The bar is the first thing you see, surrounded by dim lights and liquor galore. Make sure to grab a drink before parking yourself on one of the small seats while waiting for the show to open. A few minutes before opening, the hostess will begin to seat all parties. Order some beignets and fries to munch on while watching the show. It’ll keep your hands busy, because once the show begins you’re in for a wild ride. The shows are a mix of modern dance, burlesque and cabaret style. Every 3 – 4 months they come out with a new venue as well as updating their older venues. My absolute favorite show is Junk Yard. It’s only offered once to twice a month, depending on scheduling and availability. The tickets are a bit on the pricier side, but definitely worth the buck. If you signup for their email updates, you’ll stay up to date with and get notified when they do special deals for a buy one get one free ticket.

Absolutely amazing and stunning show. See the midnight show! The bar staff was so friendly as we waited to sit down, the cocktails are so yummy, and the burlesque show — you can tell the girls and the host are professional dancers and singers and wow are they good. Beautiful costumes too. Host of the show was funny too and got the crowd very into the show. Would love to come back when I come back to Seattle!

A great date night place! I only gave it 4 stars because of the the very high ticket/food/booze price. That said, it’s Seattle. If you’re looking for a fun night out, with a little adult humor and some legitimately talented dancers, this was it!

We had a blast!!! I had read about Can Can on a blog and decided to give it a try. The venue is small and intimate, and we sat right on the cat walk. It was amazing! The dancers were beautiful and the mc/dancer was hilarious. The waitresses were super nice and helpful. If we lived in Seattle we would definitely go again.

We went here for their Christmas show and did not leave disappointed! Funny, sexy, great drinks, and even better food! I recommend going here to anyone who wants an out of the box experience in one of the coolest and most unique bars in Seattle.

This place was so much fun! I can’t wait to go back. We went on a Friday night for the 9:30 show with première seating. I didn’t expect it to be so small inside! I thought it would be more of a real Parisian type burlesque setup, so I was expecting a nice moulin rouge building! It’s probably an old building and inside you’re so close to the dancers with a small stage but it’s pretty cool. The show was very sexy and funny at the same time. The dancers were really talented and attractive. I’d definitely go back and see them again. They run different shows throughout the week and monthly. Food and alcohol is served. Bathrooms were clean, and make sure to bring cash to tip the dancers at the end!

Five stars for the midnight show! The dancers were amazing and the hostesses were friendly and even entertaining. My only complaint would be that the food is very overpriced especially because the portion sizes are so tiny. So definitely come for the show not the food!

We made a last minute decision to attend a late show, and we had a fantastic time! The hosts and staff were attentive, food and drinks were tasty, the announcer was charismatic, the shows were fabulous, and the audience participation was side-splitting and on-point. We definitely intend to go back for a different show next season.

We very much enjoyed the show. The entertainers are all talented and work hard to put on a good show. Food is reasonable for the venue(it’s not about the food). As others have mentioned it is cramped, especially in the bar area when they are setting up for the late show. The night we went they were running behind and there was quite a bit of standing around in a very crowded room while they got ready for seating. Still, we would not hesitate to go back.

I was really excited to take some guests and a few Seattle natives to this show for a ladies night. So excited that we booked our tickets a month in advance. :) We checked the venue out first and it was cozy, so we didn’t think we would have to pay for a «premium» seat price(as they are around $ 50 for the general and then go up from there). Guess wrong. We were sat in the very back left corner directly under the sound tech so the seating could not be raised stadium style leaving the four of us on the wall side to see literally just seeing floating heads for the entire show. It was pretty disappointing. I recommend you at least request not to be in the back left corner.

Everything was great, keep in mind the auto 18% tip on your bill, we had the $ 60 tickets, the drinks were $ 9 – 14 each and we had many, the only thing bad was after you’ve paid and tipped the dancers come out and come to your table one by one wanting a tip. It was like pan handling.

This was our second time to the Can Can and this time we came for the NYE Show! We are big fans — and despite a hiccup we had a great time(no one will stand between our group and a rockin’ NYE). We had a group of six and booked all our tickets together. I love that the Can Can’s venue is small and intimate. It was decorated very festively and the show followed suit! Our issue was that a couple at the table right in front of us(directly in our line of view to the stage) was acting inappropriate(hand check please!) — we alerted our waitress(who was really nice) and the manager(who was a little rude) and they said they would keep an eye on it. We never did see them say anything to the couple but eventually the couple stopped… doing what they were doing… and the night went on just fine. It ended with a champagne toast and a little dance party which was fantastic! I would highly recommend dinner and this show for NYE or any date night/girls night for that matter. Despite our experience we will most likely be back — just go knowing you might get a few wild people in the crowd!

Went for a girlfriends birthday to the winter wonderland, We had an amazing time. The show was fabulous, dancers were super talented, and the host was the star of the show in my opinion. Sexy, intimate, and totally worth going to see it! The reason however I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because the our mac and cheese was bland which I don’t expect much because you pay to see the show. Also they add like a 30% gratuity on the bill and don’t mention it to you(maybe in hopes of getting more) so our bill was $ 94 and the gratuity added was $ 26 like… ok. no worries I would have tipped great anyway but I don’t like when its not mentioned.

My absolute favorite place I went to on my trip to Seattle this summer. The people there are SO friendly. My friend and I came in last-minute one night while a show was already going on. We sat at the bar and I asked the bartender about the show, and he said«it’s almost over but let me see if I can get you guys in for the last couple numbers». He asked Johnny(the ‘MC’ of the show and main performer) and he said it was okay, and we got seated at a table for the last couple shows! I had to come back, so I bought tickets for a show the next night. The show is hilarious, fun, and sexy. So much fun, truly. My friend was originally worried that it was going to be too much of a «strip club» type show but it isn’t that ATALL. The dancers are legitimately talented and awesome. The servers are great, drinks are good. Absolutely top-notch A-1 place. I LOVE Johnny, he is so friendly and fun. Definitely come here if you’re ever in Seattle. I know i will.

My husband and I did a date night here. We purchased a dinner/show package for the Zombie Cheerleaders from Hell. It was great! The show was hilarious and the dancers were wonderful! I think my only complaint about the whole night was that it was a little cramped sitting at the table next to a rather large woman but it was still worth it! The wait staff was great; although, there was a beverage runner who refused to take an order from us and told us to ask our waitress. I get that it’s not his job but in a customer service role, he could have taken the order and let our waitress know. Other than that the service was great! I’m so happy that we found this place… I’m sad at the same time because we’re moving back to Denver… but I’m so happy to know where this place is for future visits! I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t get offended. If you’re easily offended you have no business attending a show like this and honestly you’d probably offend the performers — so if you didn’t show up, I think the grateful feeling would be mutual. Last comment about this place — best date night ever!!!

My boyfriend and I went to the Midnight Show and had a great time! The show was very entertaining, classy, sexy, and hilarious all in one. We plan to go to another show soon and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some mature yet classy entertainment.

We just had an amazing night celebrating my girlfriends birthday and they couldn’t have put in a better show! Our waiter Victor was so awesome and entertaining too. He truly looked like he lived his job. The dancers were gorgeous and the MC was on her game big time. I highly recommend this for all ages and for any occasion. Best money spent! Thank you!

It’s about time I wrote a review for this place! I have been to somewhere around 8 – 10 performances here over the years and I have always enjoyed myself immensely. The choreography is always sexy and playful and the same time, and just the right amount of cheekiness. The performers are skilled, sexy and so much fun to watch. They always have great music selections for their numbers and great costumes too! I’ve always had really good experiences with the people who are at the front desk as well. For example, when I went two weeks ago, I was running 15 minutes late(Paaast the actual start time, not the seating time. eesh!) and not only did they hold the entire show and make everyone wait for us, they even called me before giving my seats away(bummer, but I totally understand) and they gave us the best seats in the house for the midnight show instead! Wow. thanks Can Can! My only(small) complaint is that I wish the venue was bigger, and I really enjoyed the layout before the remodel. Also, bring back the«CANCAN» marquee sign that was on the wall! That added so much to the atmosphere. Other than that, I’m happy to say I’ll continue to come here for years to come. :o)

The Can Can is a hidden gem located underneath Pike Place Market. Saw the Flamingo show at 9:30 on a Saturday and it was fantastic. Both funny and sexy and the dancers are very sassy. Cocktails from the Absinthe bar are a must try, just be careful they will surely sneak up on you. I will be back to catch the Zombie Cheerleaders From Hell show coming up for Halloween. Love it!

I give them 5 stars! My face hurts from laughing so hard!!! $ 50 cover for the show. Drinks are between $ 10-$ 15 all are tasty and of creative style, staff is extremely friendly!(bartender, waiter, bouncer, dancer) They present 3 segments with a 5 minute break for ordering drinks, that is full service and on tab. Each segment has about 5 or so songs that are female and male dancers, tonight they had 3 female, 2 male and they all were outstanding! I would give a play by play, but I do not want to spoil any surprises… I would bring a date, husband, wife, adult +21 friend. Laughs we be had! Warning adult content, lol. I will be back! Make sure to tip, and try the pink flamingo vodka and pink lemonade.

We had a great time at the Midnight Show! I got us VIP seats($ 10 more), and we were up front by the stage. The place is small, so regular seating is pretty close to the stage too. I’m not sure about the other shows, but the dancers come out topless(with just pasties) at the midnight show. Johnny, the host, was awesome! My fiancé got called up to the stage a lot — to help host and danced with the dancers. This was perfect because it was his birthday(I didn’t even tell them beforehand — he just randomly got picked). He had so much fun! Thank you for making his birthday memorable! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because the bartender did not know how to make a mojito and had an attitude. We had to have him alter it which still tasted awful. It was $ 14 so we weren’t going to throw it away. So we just asked him to make another drink. He asked«What’s wrong with it?» and we said it was too sour. Then he asked again«So what’s wrong with it?» as if that wasn’t a good enough answer. The food was pretty good but the pear salad needed more pear and cheese — it was mostly greens.

The night took a turn for the worst when I found out I had cash taken from my jacket. The staff and Manager were not helpful or friendly, offered zero assistance in the matter… instead they cut me off from drinking anymore. Poor customer service. Also was never even served any dinner even though our tickets we paid for included dinner. Avoid this place if you can.

Talented dancers, awesome space and great show. It’s pretty stuffy in there with all the moving bodies. The food was okay, but the only problem I had was the bachelorette group put together money to bring our bride to be up on stage, but we were yelled at to not take photos of her. We were prompted to take photos of some other random audience guy… what?! We paid $ 100 extra and can’t capture our friends moment on stage? That was my only negative experience. I understand the prohibited filming and photography throughout the show, but to yell at us for taking a photo of our friend pulled on stage was a bit silly.

We took our friend here for her bachelorette party and saw FLAMINGO. It was our first time here and it was super fun. We went on a Wednesday night so the room was not full, however, that worked out in our favor! The guys paid a lot of attention to our bride… money well spent IMO! The show was sexy and funny at times, I recommend it.

My husband took me here for my 30th birthday and it was AMAZING! Such a fun way to usher in a new decade. All of the performers are so talented(not to mention ridiculously good looking) and seem to genuinely love their jobs. I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience, we will definitely be back!

I have never left in the middle of a show when I have paid for tickets. Now I have. We went to the Can Can for a show, and instead got three guys on stage talking sex positions for an hour. It was terrible and awkward and I feel as though I wasted a ton of money. We left at intermission because it was so lame. I don’t know what they were going for, but the mark was missed. The servers during the show were awesome, she was very attentive. That’s the only reason I’m not giving this place one star.

Bartender wasn’t very nice to us girls, wouldn’t even make me a Bloody Mary. Kinda just tolerated us the short time we were hanging there while waiting for the cabaret show. The burlesque was good, amusing, but I felt like it could’ve been a whole lot sexier. The hostess and our server were awesome! Cute personalities. Food was okay, small in portions. I had rare baked steak potato leek soup that was reminiscent of baby food. Anyway my sis got pulled on stage and they made her take a double shot before rubbing down two half naked guys. Was funny.

The Can Can is a tiny little space hidden in the basement of the Corner Market Building at Pike Place with low, exposed wood ceilings. When you first walk in the door there is a tiny bar specializing in Absinthe drinks but like any other bar, carries it all. This is where you can wait while you were ushered to your seat for the show. We brought a friend here for her birthday to see the«Wonderland» winter-themed show. We didn’t have to wait in the bar area long before we were seated in the dining room/stage area. Other reviews are correct in that the space is a bit cramped. We were seated in the far back underneath the lighting guy, and I pretty much realized as soon as I sat down that I wouldn’t be moving for the rest of the show. Luckily, the show was amazing and I didn’t want to entertain getting up for even a second. The dancers, men and women, are as gorgeous as they are talented. We all thoroughly enjoyed the Wonderland show. Tickets for the back area were 50 each with taxes and fees. The closer seats, which included a food credit, were a little over $ 20 more. I think it would be worth it to spring for the special seating just to see the show better, and it might make the food more palatable. The only thing we didn’t thoroughly enjoy were the drinks and food. I heard the French 75s were great but one of my friends and I ordered the Old Fashioned and thought it was just«ok». The food was nothing spectacular, and a little overpriced in our opinions. My mushroom risotto with only a few mushrooms existing in it just wasn’t worth the price. i think the only decision we made with the menu that we felt good about(besides the French 75) were the fries. Next time I come here, I’ll grab dinner at Japonessa down the street, and get the VIP seating. The show was a lot of fun — definitely worth checking out!
