Came in with great expectations and went back with a «meh». Flavored burgers are interesting but didn’t do much for me in terms of preference. A bit pricey considering burgers didn’t include fries. Meh.

Trio burgers, and cut fries and beignet. It’s a very meaty burger. The blue cheese is a little over powering. I liked the one with cheddar better. The bacon burger was really tasty but was a bit meat loafish(ground TOO much?).

Their burgers are superb. The service is great and it’s a neat little place on Pioneer Square. Just a block away from the Seattle City building. I LOVE their Churizou burger. Flipping delicious. I will have to come back again.

Found this place on and got a really good deal on a coupon. This is pretty small, right up the hill from pioneer square. Search for it! Bf got the BBQ pork, which was okay. I ended up getting the special, which happened to be the pork belly patty with bacon inside. It was so huge, I had to take 2 bites for the width of it. The bun is pretty different from anything I’ve ever had. Since we had to spend a certain amount, we also got a tasting plate for 2 sides and a burger. Got the pastrami burger, bf loved it. Our 2 sides were sweet potato fries and potato beignets. We also got another side of bread pudding. Now that was very good, it had mini chocolate chips inside. The sweet potato fries were also a favorite. Barely ate the potato beignets… too full! Menu is always changing, so there’s always something new to try!

Caramelized onions? Danish Bleu cheese? Roasted bacon? I immediately fell in love with the pinnacle bacon bleu burger’s description on their website. I just HAD to run over during my lunch break to give it a try. These burgers are different from most burgers I’ve had because the«toppings» were mixed in the patty, resulting in packed flavor. I tried both the pinnacle and their special of the day, the prosciutto burger. Both were very flavorful but I found the pinnacle to be juicer. Regardless of that, I like both very much. However, what makes me come back here are their potato beignets. I still dream of biting in these crispy and fluffy morsels of goodness. I seriously could just buy 2 orders and be content with it.

Yum! I stopped by during a Jury Duty lunch break and had a really good lunch here. The burger bun here has dairy in it(I’m really, really, 1000x really lactose intolerant) so I had the veggie burger«naked». I felt like a douchebag eating a veggie burger in a burger joint with NO bun on it! But.nevermind that. There are worse consequences had I munched on the burger bun. The veggie burger was really tasty(it wasn’t a thin slab of defrosted Boca either!) and juicy. The lettuce, tomato and avocado went well with my naked veggie burger even without the bun. The seasoned fries were tasty, but a bit salty for me and I wasn’t able to finish it all. You definitely don’t need ketchup for the seasoned fries. + Coca Cola in a glass bottle. In all, the damage was $ 13(not including tip). It’s a bit pricey to eat here everyday for lunch(and the $ 10/day jury pay won’t cover lunch) but its definitely super tasty, fresh and worth the $. : Allergies! Intolerances! — The staff were able to answer my(often) annoying questions on ingredients and cross contamination and what is cooked in oil and what allergenic ingredient is in the dressing, etc. etc. — They were able to accommodate my lactose intolerance issue, and I left without a stomachache! :)

Talk about over-rated and over-hyped. I purchased a $ 25 coupon from , grabbed a few office mates, and headed out for what I heard was going to be one of the best burgers of my life. The restaurant is long and narrow and we arrived towards the end of the lunch rush. The lady taking orders and manning the register was one of the slowest human beings I’ve ever seen. It took us close to 7mins to order two pinnacle bacon bleus, a magnificent chorizo, and a sides trio of fries, sweet potato fries, and the beignets. When I handed her the $ 25 coupon, she proceeded to tell me she hated them and went off on this tirade about how tricked them into putting their restaurant on their site. Talk about AWKWARD! We just stood there. It got weird. The burgers were ok, maybe a little small. They weren’t as juicy as I expected them to be and having all the fillings incorporated into the patty seems like a good premise, but I don’t think it delivered. The sides and dips were better than the burgers. Bottom line, I wasn’t impressed.

a must stop if you’re in downtown Seattle… creative tasty bites that makes your mouth water. I have the Chorizo burger, and it was actually spicy and an amazing blend with the ground beef to make a patty together. The bun could be a little better, as I think it was a tad bit too much bread, but still an amazing burger. The potato, perfect to snack on and simply delicious. Their curry ketchup was a bit too strong curry flavor. At first I was reluctant to try it as most curry ketchup sucks and don’t have enough curry flavor, but this one had too much curry flavor. Great stop, and I think I found my downtown Seattle lunch spot! Also super friendly and fun customer service.

Built to taste great is what these burgers are! Having a hard time choosing between the bacon bleu burger and the pastrami burger, I bought both!(It’s great to have a dining partner and force them into the«you eat half, I’ll eat half» deal.) I loved the idea that the real flavor comes from within the patty. Call me crazy but these burgers were tasty without that greasy, unhealthy flavor. The patties were super fresh and buns were nice and fluffy. Fries were fresh as well and I got the option of a variety of dipping sauces. Because this was my first visit I asked for recommendations all the way through the menu and the woman behind the register was more than willing to help. With a big bright smile and tons of confidence she helped me pick out the perfect meal. Love it! There’s nothing worse than when someone can’t recommend something from their own kitchen. Within a few minutes the food was served and gobbled up. I need to hit up Pioneer Square more often!

Chicken picata burger with garlic angel hair pasta? Really? Yes, really, and wonderful to boot. That’s what Friend had and as fun as it sounds it was even better to stick into ones mouth. I had the Magnificent Chorizo and was floored. Burgers are 6oz. of NW sourced meats, buns are organic and perfect. Skipped the hand cut fries and went straight for the Savory Potato Beignets. Delicious and addictive. And they have beer. I have not eaten every burger in town but so far, this is my favorite. I will be back as many times as it takes to try the entire menu.

Wow, yet another yummy burger joint in Seattle. The Denver Burger was fan-frickin-tastic! Pork burger that tasted like sausage, a fried egg and bacon. Too good for words. I observed that the staff were all young and attractive. Even the cooks were appealing. When I was ordering, I could see the cooks working in the kitchen. One of the hot cooks reached above the grill for something, steam was all around her. I thought I was in a real life White Snake video.

great burgery place in P-square! I gather from their website they do a lot of their business as an on-line purveyor of tasty burger patties formed from various kinds of critter(beef, pork, chicken, lamb) The actual restaurant site, althought not offering the entire online meat selection, does offer up an interesting menu supported by an equally interesting specials of the day. I went with the sampler in which you get a three mini-burgers for $ 11.95. The breakdown: Superb trio burger: almost sausage-like in its flavor but its made from three cuts of beef, shallots and spices! Chorizo burger: can you ever go wrong with chorizo? no. Thiswas no exception. Pibil burger(special): Pibil is kind of a mexican style porky mix. Tasty! Potato beignets: fluffly and tasty! stir fried kale: I don’t know why I got this. maybe guilt from eating so much. It was still very very good! This is no slider joint so the prices are on the moderate side. The ingredients seem quite fresh and they seem very friendly and passionate about what they are doing! Check out their meats on-line or belly up to the actual burger joint!

Damn, that was a good chicken burger. I ordered the Utopia Chicken, aka the thai chicken burger. The burger is infused with cilantro and peppers and topped with cilantro-lime slaw. The burger is juicy, has a little kick and is all around delicious for $ 7.95. The bun kept it all together, but was a bit too doughy for my liking. I also ordered the kale with lemon. I liked having a healthy option for my side, but for $ 4.50, it seemed a bit steep. The space is sleek, but small. The line was out the door after I arrived, but it moved quickly and the food didn’t take too long to be served.

I went here for their first burger and beer tasting, which I found out about through the mailing list. I’m always thrilled to get lots of flavors in small bites(sample platters are the best), and I’m doubly thrilled when it’s experimental and offbeat. Three courses of never-before-tried«burger» creations with crazy-ass pairings from Epic Ales? I was in heaven. Some flavors were hit and some were miss, but I love that they did this and will be doing it again! The hands-down best course was the potsticker burger — pork and shrimp served over fried rice, with a rice, ginger and chamomile beer. SOEPIC. My only critique is that the service was super zealous and I felt rushed, but I forgive them because I love being part of something right as it begins, even if that means there’s some kinks to work out. I was surprised that they had a veggie burger on their menu(and chicken, and other non-beef things), and plan to try it next time I stop in.

Interesting menu but the flavors can use some refinement. I was very excited to see a new burger joint open near work. When I got in, the place had reasonable amount of business for close to 1pm. I saw people with beignets on their plates and was very tempted to order. Instead, I got the tasting plate which came with three burgers, slider sized, of your choice. I chose the Superb Trio(on lettuce, tomato, and red onion), Supreme Pastrami(on Swiss, sauerkraut, and thousand island), and Utopia Chicken(on Cilantro lime slaw). My reason for selecting the these three out of the menu is they were on different things and I wanted to get a sample of everything. Out of the three, the Superb Trio tasted the best. It’s hard to beat a tried and true combination and the fresh ingredients probably made the Superb better than a regular burger. I cannot say the same about the other two. Whoever came up with the menu probably had a taste for big, contrasting flavors, but personally I thought the flavors didn’t work in the Supreme Pastrami or in the Chicken Utopia. The initial bite was interesting because you have a lot of flavors rushing at you, but the taste failed to sell in subsequent chews. The sauerkraut and thousand island together tipped the balance too much to the acidic side(though I know this is an attempt at a classic Reuben, what works with pure pastrami doesn’t seem to work with pastrami in a meat patty). It may have worked better with a sauerkraut and wasabi mustard or something crazier. Since the owners obviously like to create sauces, it maybe worth a try. And as a minor note, my Supreme Pastrami did not come with Swiss as advertised(perhaps I only got the holes because it was a slider or it was too tiny that I didn’t see it). A note for the lunch crowd, the wait is a bit long. It took about 15 minutes before I got my burgers and subsequently turned into a 45 minutes lunch. So don’t come here if you are in a rush, come when you have the leisure to eat an hour lunch. Either way, finishing the three sliders was a bit of a stretch for my stomach. Perhaps the owners can consider adding a burger duo version of the sampler with two burgers for 8 dollars.

Do you want a burger? Go here. I’m pretty sure this is the best burger in Seattle. To get even close to this quality elsewhere, you have to go to a fine dining establishment and spend at least twice the money. The restaurant and prices are not fancy, but the burgers sure are. Natural and organic ingredients, amazing specialty grinds… really fantastic. Paired with tasty, perfectly fried house-cut fries: can’t go wrong. Add a glass of red wine to chase the cholesterol down your arteries, and love life. Service: Counter(not table) service, but very friendly and accommodating counter service. Price: Get the best burger in Seattle for $ 7 or $ 8 dollars. Add fries for $ 3. Enjoy a small range of beer, wine, or soda for a reasonable additional cost. Oh, and go with a friend so you can share an order of fries — it’s too much potato for one person who already has a burger.

Delicious. Yeah, yeah, you’ll have your«$__for a burger?!» people out there, but folks, this stuff is awesome and full of flavor! I wanted to try different ones my first visit, so I opted for the Sampler with 3 of the day’s selection(which, d’oh, I forgot what they were). Flavorful. Moist, Tasty. Based on these other reviews, if anything, they probably aren’t quite consistent enough with cranking these out, but after reading these reviews, you can now tell yourself«Ok, I’ll make sure to ask questions and request my order the way I like it» when you go in. =P The sides also sounded delicious; one of which I tried was the Farro Salad with spinach and walnuts… I look forward to trying more food from this place.

Wow! What an amazing burger… almost a shame to call it a burger because it was so gourmet. This is no ordinary burger. They had some crazy goodness infused into their meat. I had the Siracha and my wife had the Chorizo. Can’t wait to go back and try the others. I’m getting the Spicy Hot Wing next. Not only was the taste making me do a happy dance but the all natural ingredients didn’t put me a food coma after I was done. I actually felt great after I ate it… no guilt either, and local ingredients. A burger you can feel good about. Is it possible to have a burger that tastes great and healthy? Yes! Just had it. Great job Built Burger. Welcome to the hood! We’re glad your here! Okay, now that I’m done writing this I’m off to get another one

*Oh man! These things rock, dont put anything on it except a bun on both ends *Price point gripe-I would buy these 10 times as much if the price was 30% less *Kudos to them for firing up a brick and mortar store, saves on all that ridiculous styrofoam, dry ice and packaging
