Drab. Boring. Sometimes the notary is not available at all and sometimes there’s a bit of a wait. When they’re there, though, they’re fine. It may be worth your while to go hit the notary at the courthouse a few blocks away if you really need to ensure that you get something notarized on a timeline and want to pay a bit less (LMI charges $ 10 — courthouse was $ 6 last time I was there last year).
